1. Could you clarify as to how losses are handled when a consumer opts for Open Access? e.g. if a consumer wants 100 units at his end then how is it ensured that the Consumer gets the 100 Units.
2. Also, how scheduling and energy accounting is done in Open Access?
It all depends on the consumer voltage level, state and the nature of power procurement whether power exchange, bilateral or renewable power

Getting a licence is a very costly affair, minimum requirement for getting Category IV licence is ₹500000 annually plus other net worth compliance, you can always work as a freelancer consultant to start business
