Not feasible cause the maintenance of solar will be very high because of dust buildup on the panels so the efficiency would likely drop by 40-50% after one day because of the dust flying from tires of vehicles running on the road
I don't understand why the rooftop segment is growing by shifting the policy from Net metering to Net Billing. The ROI for the Net-Billing system takes 5 times more than the Net Metering system. Then What is the reason behind growing demand instead of falling ? Can anyone elaborate logic behind it?
I think this would provide incentive for the grid operators to buy electricity back from customers. This would make the grid operators more receptive to buying electricity from customers thereby providing opportunity to the customers to sell electricity even if it is at a lower price instead of no avenue to sell it.
the main reason is almost all of the people are putting rooftop solars for their personal use of electricity, not for earning from the surplus electricity. The main hurdle was discomfort not giving Ingrid connections to rooftop solar. you need electricity in night which will you get from the grid at night. now discos are getting electricity at cheaper rate they will allow Ingrid connections. so for users who don't want to make surplus electricity the ROI would be same with both systems. example in net metering discoms were buying surplus at 9 rupees in net billing they will buy SURPLUS at just 2-3 rupees but most of the residential and commercial buildings put the only capacity of solar plants that can offset their demand so most of the houses have really low surplus energy to sell to discoms so no loss of ROIs and discoms are getting cheap electricity if any they get. this electricity has very low transmissions losses that is also win for the Discoms
Companies are not static, residents are. Better to incentivise residents than incentivise the commercial sector. And why not more Nuclear Powerplants, what changed suddenly ? Is it something to do with the Coalgate scam ? Again it comes back to taxes i.e GST or VAT , which one is better ? Scale of Business can be answer to GST, but GST + Scale of Business = VAT Back to square one.
There is sn urgent need for model policies gir strayifief jousing like flats and rented houses? If i could sfford sn rlrogsnt, i could resadily safford a dtaff yo tend yo thr animal?
I feel all the highways should be covered with solar modules which will generate large amounts of electricity and also help keeping the roads cool

I like your crisp and clear presentation
IREDA will be a game-changer in the transition to green energy of Indian economy
Adani green energy and Waare renewables are great company to invest in.
Thank you so much! 🙏 PLEASE can you make a video on peer to peer trading of electricity through solar?
Loved his conclusion
All people must have it for eco power and atmanirbhar on energy .
Amazing video. Keep bringing this man back!
To svoid financiers hesitancy, adopt feed in tariffs? Yill cost id recovered?
After all sll capitdl investments sare recovered through depreciation?
Thank you for the overview of this market
Every parking lot should have solar power.
Rooftop solar energy potency in India ?

Very well explained.

Are they made in China
Nope, we had heavy tariffs to make sure that they are indian. We are even exporting solar
@@luciddoggo5094 most of the raw material is still coming from the china but we are improving
