I think you’re doing the right thing taking care of your two trucks. I’ve been driving commercially for more years and I can count my main thing in my trucks. I want to see and I want the air conditioning working and heat working for you. I’d make sure you get the air conditioner working in your trucks

Wd 40 is A quick fix but a lithium grease will last longer. They also have a rebuild kit that you could check out on a lot of different truck seats .
