Blocking the fuel island is a no-no. Circling and stalking a driver, who is blocking a fuel island, with the intent to assault them, a much bigger no-no.

i drove for 8 months a while ago and this sounds about right. This is that guy that buys about 30$ of wings at a flying J and leaves the bones on his dash.

Dealing with idiots on the daily who can't seem to park in a spot to goof off, I get the frustration, total bonehead. But hot laps around the pumps stalking a driver, filming while driving especially where there is a lot of foot traffic, and filming yourself about to commit a crime makes you a massive bonehead. Preparing to throw bodily fluid on someone makes you a completely unstable person who should have their cdl revoked. He obviously needs a mental evaluation and help.
intentionally exposing someone to bodily fluids is a felony punishable by prision time this comes from registered nurse.

All he would have had to do is ask the guy if he could move up, or tell the people inside about it. then go about his day.

Never start a fight. This driver was threatening to throw coffee or some other substance into the Prime Truck. That is a serious felony. Also, it is likely to start a fight resulting in serious injury.

That prime could be having a mechanical issue or anything. For a driver to get so upset that he was going to throw a cup of coffee in a persons truck. After 24 years of driving I’ve learned that you never know what is going on with people around you.

I agree it was a gift and a curse honestly. Everyone doesn’t deal with confrontation very well. And having people run up on you with a camera talking about bone head trucker is only gonna get someone hurt one day. Us as drivers never know what type of day or mindset the next driver has. It can be dangerous.

Prime driver wasn’t preventing anyone from fueling. It would be one thing if he was blocking the only open fuel pump but he wasn’t. So with that said MYOB!
Let me show my driver driver status and time, say where I am, film myself driving while filmilng, and possibly show what company I work for via a reverse image of my driver door. There's no technology that can put all this info together so my dispatcher and boss how shitty a person I really am.

I had people cutting me off and flipping me off while I was driving a TRUCK DRIVING SCHOOL Tractor! The trailer literally says "Student Driver" all around the trailer. . . I never knew how stupid some driver can be until I started this career 🤦🏿♂️
