.."Thank you, Zaid, for bringing awareness to prostatitis, a topic that many men may find difficult to discuss. As a family physician in Yuma, Arizona, I've noticed a higher prevalence of prostatitis cases in our hot southern state. It's inspiring to see a person like yourself sharing valuable information.
I appreciate your courage in starting this conversation. In my practice, I've diagnosed and treated numerous cases of prostatitis, and I understand the importance of addressing concerns that men might hesitate to talk about. Let's continue breaking down barriers and providing Prostatitis awareness!"

Hi Zade, I don’t comment often on any social media, but after hearing your narrative/ your story I just felt compelled to reach out and say thank you brother for at the very least, some hope on Christmas Day… I have been dealing with ALL of your described symptoms (with the exception of one, maybe two) for around 8 -9 months now and have done numerous regimens of Doxycycline and levoFLOXacin 500MG leaving me beat up and tendons feeling like there going to rupture at any time….in the last 5 months I have been to the ER 4 times, 5 ultra sounds, 4 CT scans and well, you know the rest… diagnosis: epididymitis, UTI, Prostatitis, each visit to the ER brings a new/ different diagnosis…been working out religiously for the past 40 years, resistance training and cardio 5 days a week… until this came along…this is getting long, please forgive
Me, Happy Healthy Holiday and New Year to you, your family and our family hear of brothers and

Just wanted to thank you for taking time out to share your testimony on healing the prostrate. It clarified many things for me. I've recently arrived at he place where my condition has become almost intolerable. I am now easily up waking up more than five times a night to urinate. It always starts with a burning sensation and sometimes it takes extreme effort just to get a little to come up. I go back to bed, and then I'm up again an hour later. It became pretty obvious that not all doctors know the solution. The key is finding the cause and once it is isolated then you can focus in on the solution. Thanks for sharing.

Awesome video dude. You had me laughing a few times. I had a bacterial prostate infection in my mid twenties got antibiotics from a specialist and it went away went from hell to normal in a couple weeks. Then I was fine for over 5 years then when I caught covid for the first time I randomly got my prostititas back. But this time it’s chronic with nerve pain down my legs and same issues as u. Attitude, stretching, diet. And many life choices will help but it’s still tough. Hopefully we all get better soon. Amen and take care.

Thanks bro. Glad you appreciate my humor 🤣 cause it helps a lot. I’ve heard a few people get worse after COVID or get it after exposure & maybe that happened to me too, can’t really tell. It started thinking it was a UTI but after testing we realized it was prostatitis. In a boxing trainer and it's interfered with my work. I haven't had burning or discharge, just feel sick, weak and have to pee often. I'm doing everything to get past this. Thanks again for the bright outlook.

Bro. 10 years I’ve been dealing with this. Went thru even more of test and drugs for nothing. Finally my urologist gave up on me and sent me to a chiropractor.
Walked in and the chiro they sent me to was absolutely Beautiful and I had to tell this woman about my bladder issues ! 😫😬. They did a xray and found a blown disc from a car wreck years ago that was causing my issue. I was so happy about this , that I married my chiropractor. Took 6 months to get her to meet me for coffee. Had to literally fire myself from her office according to state law. Now we have been married 3 years and u have a full chiro practice w machines and tables in my home ! God is good !! There is hope !!!! 90% of the time. It’s a lower back issue. Doctors prescribe drugs for symptoms to bill ins and keep u coming back. Chiropractors find the root of the cause and treat that with NO drugs.

I have been treated as having enlarged prostate now and even had a Urolift procedure done last year...PAINFUL. I was good for 6 Mos and it all started coming back, severely about 2 weeks ago, I started reading and researching and basically diagnosed myself, then went to Urologist, I'm now taking antibiotics, after watching your video, really helped me to think about the different possibilities, I was a high rise concrete working in NYC carrying rebar daily and I've always had low back pain. The most frustrating thing was that my prostate was and still is fine, doctors prescribing meds with worse side effects than the symptoms, not asking many important questions about lifestyle, diswaying me from trying pelvic pt & straight up telling me this problem has no cure. Almost exactly the same story!! I've only just found out that my situation is being caused by prostatitis (I've had 6 months of doctors insisting that I have an STI or a UTI, despite the tests being negative. I've even had surgery to figure out what's going on!!) Only from my own research (and a casual comment from a doctor) have I now discovered that the discharge, the burning and the pain are actually down to non-bacterial prostatitis. I've also had the candida infection. I've also had the shooting pains in the rectum.
I'm about to go get some PT to help with this, but its so reassuring and validating to hear your journey, because it's so similar!

I've had prostatitis for nearly 35 years since I was 20, at first acute bacterial prostatitis which went undiagnosed for many years and then after many many(over years) 3 month courses of different antibiotics they eventually cleared the bacteria. I am now left with severe chronic prostatitis which has basically ruined my life. I'm on massive doses of perception pain meds(approx 15 years) just so I can function at all. My stomach was already poor(inherited from family) but all the antibiotics have wrecked it. Sitting is the worst and do as little of it as possible. Any stimulant, coffee, alcohol even artificial sweeteners(not many know they are a stimulant) and especially stress really messes up my prostate. Great video! Thanks for sharing your journey. Two of the things that have helped me the most in terms of pain management: 1) Detoxamin -- this includes EDTA, and is not for long-term use. However, EDTA breaks up biofilm, and if you have a bacterial problem, bacteria surround themselves in biofilm, and this makes it incredibly difficult for antibiotics of any kind, synthetic or botanical, to work. EDTA + Enzymes break up biofilms. So does Apple Cider Vinegar (diluted in water); 2) Green Juicing - I was having severe pereneum pain, to the point where I could not sit in a chair for more than one hour at a time. It was brutal. And while it was the Detoxamin that allowed me to sit in a chair again without issue, it was Green Juice that helped me in the short-term survive this ordeal. Every time I drank it, my pain went away. When I did this for weeks or months at a time, my pain went away for weeks at a time. The recipe that I used: one cucumber with peel (organic); two celery stalks (organic); 1/8 - 1/4 lb sunflower sprouts; 1/8 - 1/4 lb pea sprouts, 1" ginger root with peel (organic). Triple strained so there's no pulp. Re: Candida --- Separately but related, I have been battling a very high PSA (prostate specific antigen) for many years. One January, I took a product called CandiBactin-AR and CandiBactin-BR (MetaGenics). One of these two products includes oregano, thyme and sage. The other, includes herbs that contain Berberine, a potent antimicrobial. This includes herbs such as Barberry and Coptis. I credit these two products with causing a PSA drop of 15 points, which for me, was a near miracle. Urologists, they don't know squat about this disease, that's the unfortunate truth.

Took lots of antibiotics and destroyed my gut and developed an ulcer. All in one year. I started Sports injury therapy and my PT fixed my adductors, my lower back pain, and hip pain. But I'm dealing with burning perineum, prostate inflammation, and testicle achy pain at times. ButThe main pain feels like it's on the base of my penis. I went from stressing and having a hard time pushing out literally hard nuggets to full on normal long shits in 2 weeks.( i couldn't believe it, but it helped me). I was having ED, and my hard ons came back. I'm only dealing with the burning perineum/ass area with achy testicles that are probably caused by my prostate. I started pelvic floor therapy this Friday. My PT mentioned something about my prostate feeling kind of full from liquid. She recommended for me to milk it, I didn't know what that was until she said that massaging the prostate, it would drain out fluid that has probably been there for years. That can release prostatitis/ inflammation. I'm getting that done on Monday. Look into milking the prostate, it might benifit you too. I'm staying positive even when though it's 24/7 burning with pain.... I started having ok days, I don't know if it was the pelvic wand ( the thing that goes up the anus). But only time will tell since I only used it 2 times and my PT massage me last Thursday. I hope that you are back to normal by now.

Hi I'm French, excuse me in advance for my English😅 I started seminal retention in March and a month later I started to have symptoms like blue balls, when I urinated it became uncomfortable, I had painful semen leakage when i pooped. I relapsed thinking that it would relieve me but it got worse, burning when I peed and the urge to urinate every 5 minutes... I had the same doctor's experience, negative urine tests, taking medication. antibiotics, vesico-prostatic ultrasound with normal prostate volume, cystoscopy with absence of urethral stenosis... I have to do a uroscan in 2 weeks, I'm afraid it won't find anything again. I did a lot of research for months I was really discouraged no one understood me.

Hello brothers I’m back bc after a three month battle with prostatitis I found some relief. I changed my life completely as it was ravaging my health. It all started when I broke my toe and my doctor recommended to halt all exercise. Then I started to have problems urinating, which led to a uti. Then recurrent UTIs treated with antibiotics every time. It would get better then go away. I realized the meds weren’t helping so I decided to try intermittent fasting, I only eat three times a day I skip breakfast most days eat one big meal and make a meal replacement smoothie with spinach, organic grass fed protein powder with flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, and green powder, pineapple, small amount of milk, and tumeric. I am a college athlete so I went back to working out twice a day. My most important movements are my leg workouts twice a week. I run almost every day sprints/distance. I also incorporated “prostate yoga” every other day or a bit less. At night I take saw palmetto every evening. I only drink water I will taste other drinks but please refrain, sugar is a big no for me as well. I quit smoking weed that also helped relieve symptoms! I know it won’t work for everyone but if you do all these things eat clean and implement these things with your journey.

I really want to emphasize this is typical chronic pelvic pain and it is curable. Pelvic muscles are way too subtle and very difficult to bring our perception to the area correctly. All these make the way to heal become almost impossible. I practice yoga for years and almost went through the same journey like yours. I finally found a physical therapist. Combing my self study of anatomy and the professional help of PT, I stop the horrible symptoms within 4 PT sessions within 3 months. Although it is curable, many so-called experts might be your obstacles to be healed. Because not many “experts” actually understand how exactly the pelvic system work.

I’ve had CPPS for 10 years, and learned about it quite recently 2 years ago. This is how I deal with it:
    1. Sex and jerking off only worsens the conditions since ejaculation thightens the muscles. So, take it easy. 2. Reduce intake of alcohol dramatically. 3. Massages helps me a lot I go to another dude that is not afraid of massaging all muscles around the groin, lower back and butt. 4. Stay warm, cold water or temperatures creates tension in the muscles. 5. Exercise everyday and not sitting down too much helps.

Thank you for making this; one thing I'm not seeing in the comments is ZINC. Most of us are very low in both magnesium and zinc. Magnesium is critical for proper muscle function and prevents spasms, soreness, etc. Zinc is also important for this, BUT our prostates have A LOT of zinc in them, sperm (and interestingly enough, white blood cells) NEED a lot of zinc. There is a growing amount of research, primarily biopsies of inflammed and cancerous prostates that show they are VERY low in zinc. Healthier prostates have higher levels of zinc. Also, most of the basic prostate supplements, like those at Walmart, etc, are primarily zinc. It's also something that our body needs a constant supply of. Zinc is very good for infections and bacteria; zinc lozenges stop my sore throats in their tracks. Taking zinc has greatly decreased my prostatitis symptoms and I HIGHLY recommend anyone whos experiencing this to try taking it regularly for at least a few weeks to see if it helps. Also, zinc can upset your stomach if taken on an empty stomach, so be careful with that. It also helps reduce stomach acid. Best

man ! thank you so much for the video; I just got diagnosed today; have had light symptoms for years; I thought the problem was in my testicles, but today the doctor said is a problem with my prostate. Because of the evolution I´ve had I kinda had the feeling this was more due to stress than other things; despite that, I will give the antibiotics a shot (at least 2 weeks, or 3...doctor said 4, but fuck it, i´ve taken the same antibiotic years ago for, say 12 days, for other conditions, like a sore throat, etc.). I will however immediatly stop drinking "mate" (has caffeine), stop eating chease (inflamatory), and stop eating bread; I never eat sugar so that`s clean from the beginning. I will start elongating again. Eventually I will test for candida. Again, thank you and keep us updated

Hey man, I would also start eating fermented veggies to keep your gut from getting inflamed. Antibiotics will hurt your good bacteria & you have to make sure that doesn’t happen. Fermented veggies! The other thing is that stress, overactive muscles in the pelvis & imbalances in your posture can also contribute greatly if not entirely cause this condition. So I’d look into physical therapy & work with a strength coach or chiropractor as well to hit this from all angles.

I have good general elongation because of martial arts training, but I have stopped elongating two years ago or so and I´ll be back to it now, particularly focusing on the groin area. Then it turned into urethral pain, anal discomfort, lower abdominal pain, all up until the point where now it hurts to sit or sleep on my sides. Crazy how wildly this type of stuff develops and how almost nobody really has an answer for it. I even had a Cystoscopy done, which I absolutely hated and regret not just getting a scan or xray instead tbh and all it really resulted in was a nothing burger and more pain for the pelvis/genitals.

My son is age 19 dealing with groin pain and pelvic tightness. Urologist is clueless and Pelvic floor therapist is super expensive and not covered by insurance. He has had symptoms since puberty. He kept it secret for 4 years out of intense fear and strong emotions.

I had exactly CPPS with the symptoms you describe plus low back pain, tried a lot of stretching and supplements, but what actually help and make me free of symptoms are doing Ketogenic diet.. like after 1-2 weeks of carb free the symptoms went away.. 3 months after i had Abdomen USG again and the doctor said my prostate is inflammated

wait, so the symptoms came back again after keto, or you're STILL symptom free?

@@fitalfa My previous symptoms are urge if urinating (feel like i want to urinate all the time), pain on my penis bladder perineum and scrotum (sometimes constant or up and down), low back pain, blood on my semen and fever sometimes.
Ask me anything, i understand the struggle.. hope i can help.. the key is in diet.. all sugar, caffeine, milk and processed food should be avoid.
If u can do Keto + IF that will help greatly, but if its hard u can do like me, just eating whole fresh food, exclude milk, caffeine, cakes and bread, sugary fruits. Add Quercetin and Pumpkin seeds oil in your diet. Exercise routine and sleep well along with stress management. And i believe u can be symptoms free again.. God bless
