Hi. I want to inform you guys that CPPS is not caused by an infection, but an inflammation in your nerves near your prostate or somewhere in your pelvic floor. This causes tightening and shortening of your pelvic muscles. The same as with levator ani syndrome, possibly it appears through an inflammation in arcus tendon inside your pelvic floor. Stress and anxiety, earlier infections and surgery is the root causes. The only thing that worked for me is shockwave therapy and 2 times regularly of pelvic stretches and Kegels every day. I am only 60-70% healed yet with a good progress. There is hope guys and keep up the work.

  • @denizkarabulut9874

Hi Zaid. I have exactly this type of pelvic floor disfunction. I have exactly the same symptoms you guys have. I was diagnosed with cpps ( chronic pelvic pain syndrome) or chronic prostatitis and levator ani syndrome. I’ve been through all those treatments and controls and medications the doctors gave, nothing of them worked nor do I have any disease. Only the pelvic floor stretches and plan I do through this website called Aidplan and your stretches have been successful, doing it two times a day. In addition to that I do a lot of kegels. Finding the trigger points with a Massage stick and tennis ball have also worked( check it out on youtube). It all started with when I was first terrified of my stomach issues that I thought it could be something serious but it was just a bacterial infection and IBS. After 1 month with anxiety and stress I got this shit called pelvic floor disfunction. I just had six rounds of shock wave therapy treatment and finally things are going better with very slow progress. The doctors are underestimating this syndrome because it's not dangerous, but in reality it has a great impact of ruining your life quality and sex life. I'm a married man with a daughter and it has affected my wife more than me. Unfortunately I'm working in an office 5 days in a week, and it is really hard to be moving a lot during a day so I'm doing walks every day after work. The main solution is to not make this the only problem to solve in your life and control your emotional awareness.

Pelvic floor issues and prostitis can also be caused by an overgrowth of a natural bacteria called u parvum or uraeplasm. They arnt normally tested for and doctors don’t tho l about them but they grow naturally in us. Not considered an sti but it IS known to be passed sexually. Try to ask for a uraeplasm/ mycoplasm test

This is one of the main things doctors test for here in urinalysis & urine culture. Came out negative for me multiple times. There’s a lot of pathogens that can play a role without being easily detected or at all by conventional tests. If you also have gut issues, chances are that’s playing a huge role in whether your body can regulate these pathogens or not.

Hi there, Thank you for your experience and tips how to best overcome this problem! I’m interested for the gym exercises what are bad and triggers for pelvic pain to return? So cycling, swimming or hiking I have to forget now? It’s hard to overcome stress because you live in bad environment: living with your parents, have toxic colleagues, you have bank credit and this is connected to money of course! It’s hard when your body is in constant spasms.

    • @fitalfa
      @fitalfa 9 часов назад

Yeah anything that elevates stress can become a trigger, but also a window to the solution. Learning to regulate your nervous system when stressed is how you overcome triggers. As for gym, that’s a different answer for everybody depending on your posture, where tension lives in your body & your experience moving with resistance. You can get most of the resources you need to get your health back in our Skool community (description) which is currently free

This might be a google question my guy. My urologist didn’t bother testing for anything & diagnosed me just because symptoms persisted after antibiotics. CT scan came normal. I've stopped masturbating for a week, and I've noticed significant improvements in my pelvic floor. At the same time, I've changed my diet, started a new eating plan, and have been going for half-hour walks daily. I do full-body strength training three times a week and eat healthily, which has helped me lose a few kilos. I've realized that taking a break from masturbation has eliminated about 90% of my issues, and I've discovered new hobbies as a distraction. I believe masturbation was the main trigger for everything. Since I started this break, I plan to keep it up for a month, and I expect nearly all my problems will be gone. I already saw a urologist and a proctologist, and neither found anything wrong, so I need to take control of my situation. Right now, I feel very satisfied; the relaxation techniques are really helping, too. I do a daily 30-minute stretching and relaxation workout, and I feel like I'm reborn- and it's only been the first week. You are a true life saviour my brother. I thank you for everything!

I've done numerous tests from ct scans to urine cultures to anything you can think of but all inconclusive. Went to a urologist two weeks ago he put me on antibiotics for 10 days but I saw no improvement at all. He has suggested it may be prostatitis or cpps or bacterial prostatits. I am doing another urine culture in a week's time and also the finger test in the rectum. The burning has gotten so much worse it feels like there's an oven burning my crotch. I will try physical therapy next if this doesn't pan out. Funny thing is I also have some gut issues and have chronic sciatica which comes and goes every 3-5 years.

Man, your case is almost identical as mine. I really feel you regarding the first visits to the PF PT and feeling a quick relief and thinking I had found the culprit, but as time passed by (1.5 years) I never really achieved a full healing. I was stuck in viewing the problem purely as a physical problem (permanently trying to control posture, looking for imbalances etc. but in my case there were no major ones). But I think I've been failing miserably on the nervous system regulation part, it sounded too exotic for me so I rejected it. Somebody I met explained this properly to me and when I really started understanding how it worked everything started clicking on my head. I've been watching several videos regarding nervous system regulation and brain re-training from other people suffering other chronic illnesses (long covid, chronic fatigue syndrom etc.) and even if the physical sysmtoms may be different from CPPS the emotional regulation part applies 100% I feel. It's been like 3-4 days only since I started hitting this topic and even though it's hard to say if the strictly phsycal symptoms have varied, it's like I don't feel my body is trying to kill me anymore. A really, really strong hug to you and anybody else who is suffering from this. It's the hardest thing I've faced in my life, I had days when I was completely broken and starting to think if life was worth it if the suffering continued for too long in the same level as some of the really bad days I had.

I’ve talked to a few people who reduced anxiety & pain symptoms with meds. I never used them so can’t speak on it from my experience. The biggest thing is working on the root cause while the meds help you relax, instead of leaning on them as a crutch & without a plan More importantly, you can’t control your emotions. You gotta feel them, get comfortable letting them run their course without reacting or changing them It ain’t fun but it’ll get all that tension out of your body & your nervous system can regulate better

Yeah eventually cannabis starts causing more anxiety & depression than relieving it. It can also just make you sensitive to what’s already there, so you might be dissociated from how your body feels until you’re high Then you feel it all like a magnifying glass. Either way, there’s a huge benefit to detoxing your brain from that & if it’s something that you can quit, it likely has some unwanted side effects You’ll never quit eating real food, drinking water, sleeping, getting sunlight & moving. Those are doctors you can trust every single day of the week Let me know how it goes 💪🏻

I have a constant urge to urinate, which goes away very slowly over the course of months. When I sit, it is much worse, a strange feeling arises in the groin area while sitting. I don't have to go pee at night. In the morning, there is no stimulus until there is no bowel movement. After defecating, the urge to urinate also comes nicely. Thank you!

Physical or physiotherapy (PT). There’s something called a Pelvic Wand that releases tension in the booty (butthole) muscles that can cause pelvic pain Releasing tension in your hip flexors & lower abdomen can also help Muscles aside, gut health is very important & so is regulating stress. If you’re stressed often, your jaws will clench & this will cause your pelvis to tense up as well Learning to relax, eating real food, drinking clean water & getting daily sunlight all help tremendously Check the link in the description for more resources on these 💪🏻

I just got it and I’m 77 , I went with the antibiotics , it helped , but not entirely , I already have an in large prostrate so it makes it worse. My doctor put me on two doses of flowmax one in morning and one in the evening, it seems somewhat better. Next I’m going to urologist , to see what she thinks , dam

Good info. My symptoms (freqency, urgency, perineal soreness, burning, heaviness...they seem to rotate day to day) flared up again a month ago. It is a "controlling" condition. I had this issue years ago and did the typical antibiotics, urologist consult etc but it seemed only time and stress management helped.

Surgery is a very last resort esp if you talking about prostate removal. Most people heal by adjusting lifestyle & managing stress. We forget a lot of the stress we deal with today virtually didn’t exist a couple of hundred years ago

Thanks for the tips bro, really watching your videos motivate me on this difficult path, I have PFD, the first symptoms were pain when sitting, premature ejaculation and penis pain, then erection problems, intestinal problems and rectal pain. I would appreciate it very much if you could answer my question, I love the gym, do bodybuilding, since I started with this I have lowered my performance, do you think it would be good to stop doing bodybuilding? I avoid heavy squats for now, most leg exercises leave me with rectal pain, it's like doing a kegel unconsciously. Do you believe in the possibility that once I recover I will be able to return to normal in the gym - obviously taking care of myself, I would not like to stop training and hypertrophy, today you can train without problems?

For sure, & you can develop jaw tension from forward neck posture, unsupported shoulder blades etc it’s a vicious cycle & no wonder even our “experts” are confused.
