I had no luck with these in my 2010 is250, what happens is that condensation (water) from the exhaust gets on the Sensor giving it a false p0158 p0138 and p0607
Did you try changing the mount spacing?. I rarely get a code . If I'm street racing getting the engine hot and come off throttle rapidly I might get. A code. Which will reset in a day on its own.
Was your exhaust modified and that’s why the CEL came on to begin with, thanks
