@@soulsergeant I actually saw Haney win his first Olympia in NYC in 84. He walked out and just stood there relaxed and we were like "he's the winner!" Later I met a guy who knew him when he was young down in Spartansburg. He said he was really cool, just like in the vids .

@@adamvx1531 Yea but you have to realize these are people which weigh 350lbs in the off-season that's a lot of weight to pull fully up, plus bodyweight exercises especially ones with as much weight will make the bodybuilder very susceptible to a muscle tear, which is a career ending injury for most bodybuilders. They're smart and are probably trying to avoid the risk of tearing anything.
