Yeah I'm personally expecting around ~33% like Regenerator, but only for your partner. Which is just outright fantastic. Hopefully will have the stats or at least a decent enough movepool to make it decent, though that ability is definitely a great start.
Depending on the level of heals from the ability it could go crazy.

Since its a convergent its probably gonna have the same stats as sinistea/polteageist, kinda like toedscool/toedscruel and tentacool/tentacruel
That's a pretty bad case for sure. Hopefully they buck the trend there.
