Not to degrade any of your other guests, but your first interview with Edie Penny was a stellar interview. I don’t think anyone else could have had such an open, honest, personally experienced dialogue as that show. I found myself engulfed in these stories, and realizing the resilience of some humans. Thank you for that fine example. I also appreciate this follow up interview. Please keep up the good work, and thanks again.

I usually turn off anything with audio issues, Bc it becomes the thing I focus on… I can’t turn off Mike’s show. The content is enough to keep my mind “here”.
Mike, I can help you with the sound problem. Flutter echo is wrecking it. Get some absorption or diffusor panels to mount on the wall and possibly the ceiling. These can be made yourself or purchased at Sweetwater or like musical supply. Make sure no reverb is on the audio interface. Lastly, check phase. Out of phase mics can make it sound like this. PM me if you need help. I don't live too far away from you and I can help sort this out. Love the show and this is an easy fix.

Audio is kinda bleh. But I listened anyway! Mr Ritland, get ahold of an audio engineer and have him fix up your cast area. He or she can give you great tips on cutting down echo and other things.
Iv been hear since the beginning of this podcast and am huge fan. SOMEBODY need to UNFUCK the audio! Maybe another new producer lol. But overall im appreciative of the volume of content as of late. Keep it up ! Truly Yours J Q Public
@@tylervinny6994 well what I was referring to is that his past few interviewees that the sound kind of died off when they got real low so now somehow he’s picking up all the sounds and it’s making it sound different however I do like how he is trying to make this better.
His level of communication skills are pretty fucking unmatched within any interview medium. Shows a lot of humility and says fuck just enough to make me like him. Dude is rad.

The audio that is ideal is the one we hear when you do the ads…it seems to change and it actually sounds like you’re speaking into the mic
I think the audio is fixed to mono instead of stereo in the editting software if Mike's makes that adjustment and re-upload it will sound normal.

Tier 1 guest and tier 4 audio. Still love the channel man. Even if mic drop was recorded in a submarine I’d still listen to it.

That doesnt matter.. he never turned the mics on or didn't press record and just used the cameras mic I'm assuming. Those mics record in mono anyway
