You should get laid more often then. It's funny because it's true. There are many reasons for a man to seek female companionship. But none are as compelling as sex. There's sex, and then there's all the other stuff. If you get that mixed up, all you get is less sex. Let everything fall in place behind instinct. If you try to rationalize men/women relationships as to "why?" beyond sex, the whole thing falls apart pretty quickly. Of course I say all that a bit tongue and cheek...or did I?
Absolutely spot on. I have seen this first hand and it's a very long haul to unravel and get rid of the issues that are in a womans mind. Especially if they don't want to heal themselves. It's as if they are on an irreversible path to self destruction.

Yes but as the leader you should be able to open her up and make her feel SAFE to express her fears. This is more applicable when you’re going steady or in a relationship. Communication is the cornerstone of a healthy relationship. If communication doesn’t fix things, then she needs to heal her insecurities.
One of the biggest frustrations us men have is not only women going hot & cold in the first place, but that a lot of modern women (you know the type) have values that cause them to go hot & cold in a seemingly more inconsistent manner than other women. For myself, I just subtract my time from them and go about my life when they do this. The key, however, is in understanding the problem -- both in a general manner and more personal manner to yourself -- and understanding how to respond (not react) accordingly.
Hey thank you for your knowledge... I met a woman and she totally blew my mind... First time butterflies and rainbows in over 10 years. She did the hot cold game on me and now that I know why she is doing it.... I feel a little guitlty for playing her back. I get the hot/cold treatment from a woman at work. She is married and has two kids and I know shes had a crush on me for some time. Instead of trying to work out what she wants I just keep things polite and professional. I have no intention of being the "other man".

Even though you explained all of this, I still don’t see why women go so deep into this shit. Men also have similar thoughts on this topic as you described Anna, but men don’t typically start acting hot and cold towards the woman because of it. Men just go with it and hope the the best and the outcome is what it is and we worry about it then. Women seem to kill themselves over the concept of “what if” instead of just going with the flow!
My most recent ex talked to her friends & family about us after 2 years together to figure out if she should move forward with us. She wanted to move forward so bad, but she felt I was a risky investment for some reason. They completely sabotaged the relationship by filling her head with a bunch of BS about me. None of it was true! They only met me twice. Apparently that was enough to begin the slow fade & that really stung.

So, I have been dating this girl, (just went on our 6th date) and she is constantly confusing me based on her behaviour, so first/ second date went really well (made out on 2nd) we can hold a long conversation and get on really well. On the 3rd date she was cold to begin with then later warmed up and she apologized for being moody at the start of the date, then later made out (so no big deal) 4th date she was warm to begin with, then went completely cold and then left without saying a proper goodbye and was kind of flakey. 5th date went well, had a great conversation/ good time together then made out again. Then the last date we went on she acted cold again, barley looked at me and was constantly on her phone and seemed annoyed to be with me..., She later cuddled up to me but then acted cold again .. but just a few days prior she asked if we should go into a relationship.. so at this point I'm really confused on her true feelings/ intentions towards me, I have tried to ask her what's going on, and she just said I ask too much about it. So I have no idea whether to continue this or not .

Fear. Fear of making a mistake in case she is wrong, fear of being alone / not finding someone new or possibly holding out until she does find someone new. Fear of losing her autonomy. Finances. Maybe changing residences wasn't discussed but assumed etc.

Good that you think you don't tolerate drama. But when you get tested how do you react? I'm sure you don't even notice women's subtle drama. Some drama is ususlly subtle, but your main problem is your fear of not being able to Deal with women. You literally described my ex. According to her I was the best thing that happened to her. She had a lot of bad experiences with men in the past. Then she met me and I was the exact opposite. I was kind, respectful, loving and caring. In her words I was amazing. Then she went cold in a split second and dumped me. I have no idea what I did wrong. But yup she just disappeared. Oh well I’m probably better of without her anyway. She had many issues within herself. I tried to help and support, but apparently that made her scared. I guess.

Same thing is happening with me, we are together since 5months, I am same like you were, she says I pamper her, and spoil her with my live and care, but she sometimes says things like- she doesn't feel like talking to anyone- even with me, was busy, feeing tired, and all. Yesterday she told me she doesn't feel like she can commit in future, and says the problem is herself and not me, in relationship she says she still feels there's a gap between us.

I don’t jump straight in to her arms. I remain calm. I don’t pamper for her anymore. And so far it seems to work. Her interest level increases each day. She becomes more and more chatty, flirty and warm... So here is my personal advice and I hope it helps. If she starts to pull back. Then you pull back. Without being disrespectful ofc. Stay calm and cool. Don’t give in and become soft like I did in the beginning... Sure there is nothing wrong in showing comfort if something tragic to her happened. But don’t convince her that you will drop everything and come whenever she barks. Show her that you are there for her is she needs it, but at the same time also show her that you can just as easily do without. Again in a respectful and kind way. So far this has worked on me, and much much better. My ex has dismissive avoidant attachment style. So I have figured out thanks to this channel, that every time I act clingy or too soft then she pulls away... You know like dogs and cats. If the dog is excited and chases the cat it will crawl up a tree. But if the dog acts like it don’t care super much the cat will crawl back down and actually come and sleep next to the dog, if you catch my metaphor. Men = dog and women, you know what I mean. There is also a tendency to over think and analyse every little thing you do, that in itself contributes to the hot and cold moods. Very annoying and at times soul destroying, from experience I just cease contact and let them over think to their hearts content, they either come back or they don't. I've got familiar to the weak text messages when they dump me, I no longer pander to their ridiculous poor me poor me attitude. They are either worth keeping or not, too much drama and it's a good time to bail out, Hot and cold is just insecurity issues, women unfortunately need to overcome insecurities before they date again. I think men confuse themselves too much! They are confusing themselves with a hook up, and a relationship, and the environment where they get either! If you want a hook up, you are in the game of playing or being played - get used to it! You are way less likely to find a soul mate here. You want a relationship? Find a quality woman - you won’t find her in a hook up venue! To find a quality woman - get a hobby, build your kingdom - in those two scenarios your environment changes and your exposure to quality woman increases. Don’t try play the game in this environment, women will flee!
I have a very strong hunch that the hot/cold thing has a lot to do with other men showing up after you go out with the chick. They see that she has made a move with bloke 'A' and bloke 'B' figures he may move in. She then has to park bloke A, so she can explore bloke b.

Your identification and assessment of the hot and cold conditions are very accurate. As I've said before, determining the root causes of the behavior is very important. Good communication is very important. You may only allay fears and create safety if you know what the fears and unsafe feelings are. Often times fears and feeling unsafe are irrational. Working through those fears and unsafe feelings usually resolves the behavior. The other thing to know is that women deal with fear and unsafe feelings differently than men. They really take them in and hold them closely. So what might seem like a small thing to a man is a big thing to a woman. A man must be prepared to view what she feels about something as a big thing, because it's a big thing to her.
I’m dating a wonderful woman. We’ve known each other for a month- we pray together and share so deeply - but she recently turned a bit cold for whatever reason and I just persevered with it because from the moment I met her, everything within me screamed YOU ARE WORTH IT. Great video. Some very solid insight into the female psyche. You didn't draw the distinction between crazy "cat lady" and "crazy cat" lady. You're the latter; Stuffy is mischievous. Good acts triggering the woman: the mantra of many women of this generation ("my past doesn't matter") magnifies this problem. As you point out, you may not be dating her family, but you are dating the product of her family. The past matters incredibly for everyone -- male and female. We had sooooo many family artifacts to manage in both of our personalities, but my wife had some serious baggage from a really lousy home situation. Thankfully, she was cognizant of many of them, but it still took plenty of work to get through them -- and some were still an uphill battle even after decades of us being together. Very insightful! Even if there are baggage issues, what makes a huge difference is if they have resolved them successfully. Otherwise, there will be destructive patterns that will continue to repeat themselves over and over again.
One of the best judges of a woman that I have found is to look at her Father. What was their relationship like? What did he look like? How did he act? I have found that my woman wants me to be like her Father, but I am nothing like her Father. This has caused endless disconnects.

I recently saw a woman who I’d not seen for 8 years. We ended not on a bad note but rather we just petered out. She claimed not to be interested and wanted to be just friends. However, recently I saw her for the first time in 8 years and she was totally different as she was warm and friendly. I realized there was enough blame to go around as I too was different 8 years ago. We both enjoyed seeing each other. Where this goes from here remains to be seen but what I do know is having an open mind and trying to be nonjudgmental is helpful.

For myself, I just subtract my time from them and go about my life when they do this. The key, however, is in understanding the problem -- both in a general manner and more personal manner to yourself -- and understanding how to respond (not react) accordingly.

Hey thank you for your knowledge... I met a woman and she totally blew my mind... First time butterflies and rainbows in over 10 years.
She did the hot cold game on me and now that I know why she is doing it.... I feel a little guitlty for playing her back.
I realise that she is extremly afraid to stand there all alone because thats what her father did to her mother for some time when she was younger.
We are both married to other partners and both habe children nearly the same ages. She told me she is unhappy because her new husband who is only father of the second kid doesnt treat her first son whos father is dead equally.

I get the hot/cold treatment from a woman at work. She is married and has two kids and I know shes had a crush on me for some time. Instead of trying to work out what she wants I just keep things polite and professional. I have no intention of being the "other man".

Even though you explained all of this, I still don’t see why women go so deep into this shit. Men also have similar thoughts on this topic as you described Anna, but men don’t typically start acting hot and cold towards the woman because of it. Men just go with it and hope the the best and the outcome is what it is and we worry about it then. Women seem to kill themselves over the concept of “what if” instead of just going with the flow!

So, I have been dating this girl, (just went on our 6th date) and she is constantly confusing me based on her behaviour, so first/ second date went really well (made out on 2nd) we can hold a long conversation and get on really well. On the 3rd date she was cold to begin with then later warmed up and she apologized for being moody at the start of the date, then later made out (so no big deal) 4th date she was warm to begin with, then went completely cold and then left without saying a proper goodbye and was kind of flakey. 5th date went well, had a great conversation/ good time together then made out again. Then the last date we went on she acted cold again, barley looked at me and was constantly on her phone and seemed annoyed to be with me..., She later cuddled up to me but then acted cold again .. but just a few days prior she asked if we should go into a relationship.. so at this point I'm really confused on her true feelings/ intentions towards me, I have tried to ask her what's going on, and she just said I ask too much about it. So I have no idea whether to continue this or not .

Same thing is happening with me, we are together since 5months, I am same like you were, she says I pamper her, and spoil her with my live and care, but she sometimes says things like- she doesn't feel like talking to anyone- even with me, was busy, feeing tired, and all. I’m using a different tactic now. I’m playing it cool. I don’t jump straight in to her arms. I remain calm. I don’t pamper for her anymore. And so far it seems to work. Her interest level increases each day. She becomes more and more chatty, flirty and warm...
So here is my personal advice and I hope it helps.
If she starts to pull back. Then you pull back. Without being disrespectful ofc. Stay calm and cool. Don’t give in and become soft like I did in the beginning... Sure there is nothing wrong in showing comfort if something tragic to her happened. But don’t convince her that you will drop everything and come whenever she barks. Show her that you are there for her is she needs it, but at the same time also show her that you can just as easily do without. Again in a respectful and kind way.
So far this has worked on me, and much much better. My ex has dismissive avoidant attachment style. So I have figured out thanks to this channel, that every time I act clingy or too soft then she pulls away... You know like dogs and cats. If the dog is excited and chases the cat it will crawl up a tree. But if the dog acts like it don’t care super much the cat will crawl back down and actually come and sleep next to the dog, if you catch my metaphor. Men = dog and women, you know what I mean.

There is also a tendency to over think and analyse every little thing you do, that in itself contributes to the hot and cold moods. Very annoying and at times soul destroying, from experience I just cease contact and let them over think to their hearts content, they either come back or they don't. I've got familiar to the weak text messages when they dump me, I no longer pander to their ridiculous poor me poor me attitude. They are either worth keeping or not, too much drama and it's a good time to bail out, Hot and cold is just insecurity issues, women unfortunately need to overcome insecurities before they date again. Good communication is very important. You may only allay fears and create safety if you know what the fears and unsafe feelings are. Often times fears and feeling unsafe are irrational. Working through those fears and unsafe feelings usually resolves the behavior. The other thing to know is that women deal with fear and unsafe feelings differently than men. They really take them in and hold them closely. So what might seem like a small thing to a man is a big thing to a woman. A man must be prepared to view what she feels about something as a big thing, because it's a big thing to her.

I just discovered this channel and the content is great. I was raised with three sisters and they are all good girls. None of the BS. I find that the vast majority of modern women like to play games that you have to play along with. I do not play games. I don't chase. I'm probably going to die single. Whatever. At least my dog is a straight up guy. Lol. Keep up the good work.

Great video. Some very solid insight into the female psyche. You didn't draw the distinction between crazy "cat lady" and "crazy cat" lady. You're the latter; Stuffy is mischievous. Good acts triggering the woman: the mantra of many women of this generation ("my past doesn't matter") magnifies this problem. As you point out, you may not be dating her family, but you are dating the product of her family. The past matters incredibly for everyone -- male and female. We had sooooo many family artifacts to manage in both of our personalities, but my wife had some serious baggage from a really lousy home situation. Thankfully, she was cognizant of many of them, but it still took plenty of work to get through them -- and some were still an uphill battle even after decades of us being together. Again, a very good treatment of a really complex subject. Praying for you. -- Russ P PS/Looks like we're in a race to see who will trash their room quicker: Stuffy or PJ. PJ is finally discovering that my senior dog Tyson can be a great wrestling partner, while Stuffy is clearly all over the place! ;)

Very insightful! Even if there are baggage issues, what makes a huge difference is if they have resolved them successfully. Otherwise, there will be destructive patterns that will continue to repeat themselves over and over again.

One of the best judges of a woman that I have found is to look at her Father. What was their relationship like? What did he look like? How did he act? I have found that my woman wants me to be like her Father, but I am nothing like her Father. This has caused endless disconnects.

I recently saw a woman who I’d not seen for 8 years. We ended not on a bad note but rather we just petered out. She claimed not to be interested and wanted to be just friends. However, recently I saw her for the first time in 8 years and she was totally different as she was warm and friendly. I realized there was enough blame to go around as I too was different 8 years ago. We both enjoyed seeing each other. Where this goes from here remains to be seen but what I do know is having an open mind and trying to be nonjudgmental is helpful.

The average modern woman is too self-absored to think she will be alone forever. Even if they're insecure, constant validation from men online has them delusional. The reason women play the hot and cold game is because she's not fully sold on you. Any (mature) woman who is really into you wont play these games out of fear of losing you.
