I know this is from the wrong game (ME2, when the background is ME3) but... I can still hear Garrus saying "I still have some calibrations to do". I say this next part with love: great video, Boshtet. :) :P
@@buian_ov Because it was a boring selection. We spent all of ME2 building up all these characters only to have none of them return in ME3, except Garrus and Tali from the 1st game. ME3 should've been a blend of ME1 and ME2 squadmates. Ash/Kaidan missed out on Tuchanka and their reunion with Wrex, as well as a good chunk of the first portion of the game, Tali doesn't join us until late in the game, so for a good portion we're stuck with using the same 5 people, 4 if you didn't have the Javik DLC, and 3 if Garrus died in ME2. It's all personal opinion, but I was sick of Liara by ME2, and EDI becoming a squadmate mostly for fanservice was just dumb. Plus not having a Krogan on the team was just wrong. I mean at least this was somewhat rectified with the Citadel DLC. Still, we should've had temporary squadmates throughout the game.

For the final game it should've been a blend of both with some new characters especially since the only og characters you use for majority of the game is Garrus and Liara, luckily I always have Garrus on my team for the trilogy and I fucked with James alot. Didn't like that we had to wait so long for Wrex and Tali because I always liked the chemistry and dialogue the two had with Garrus.
just coming from starfield and listening to this, comparing how much better this score is. i really dont like starfields ost, half of it, sounds like cut tracks from fallout 4 the other hand ist boring.

It's a crime that all the ambient tracks in the trilogy go un-credited . Some of the ambient tracks are pure bliss.
I notice this a lot with role playing games, it truly is a crime
this particular song is actually just uncharted worlds slowed down a ton (the galaxy map theme)
The ambient music for Mass Effect 3 was awesome. Really great for long study sessions while at my college.

Been listening to a lot of music from ME lately, this is one of the best. ME3 got so much right.
I loved this ambient music and remember it many years after playing the game. It just felt perfect with the weight of the stakes in the story.

The squad selection may have been the weakest in the series, but that background music sure is awesome.
