I use WinUAE weekly, but mostly just for testing purposes or for setting up a disk image for a rel Amiga. It is a brilliant program

Кстати процессоры серии 68ххх позволяют работать в многопроцессорной конфигурации и это реализовано в них аппаратно(в отличии от аналогов х86 тех лет).Жаль что никто не воспользовался и не сделали ускоритель на нескольких процессорах...

I turned my original Surface Go into a virtual amiga by booting into Amiga Forever. I hope they pull in UAE 5.1 soon.

I never used WinUAE but I'm planning on installing it before the new year. So much to do so little time. Nice Tron animation. Any luck finding the Lightwave 5.5 code for the Amiga, that really needs to be open source.

WinUAE is great tool, most of the time I use it to test software or prepare new hard disks for my real Amiga's.
With the current PiStorm setup (A1200 with Pi4 @2.2Ghz and Emu68) my real Amiga is actually faster than WinUAE on my old i7 PC 😄
WinUaE is an amazing tool to have. I’m very happy we have it. For testing and even just to use. Especially with how expensive Amigas have gotten.

hello do u know if Dream102 on the Amiga is usable? i mean if it has a brighter green text screen mode?? is the Dragon 32 and 64 emulator on the Amiga thanks.....

Slightly related adjacent question, do you know any RUclipsrs that detail their Deluxe Paint workflow for virtual machine based Amigas?
Trying to figure out a good workflow to share files between a Linux Machine host and FS-UAE.
Trying to do some cool old scene art stuff. Assuming I should just find forums?
theres a lot of great 2D Amiga artists on Doug’s Facebook Amiga Art group. I’m no fan of FB but I use it pretty much only
for retro computer stuff.
You can mount any host directory as an Amiga drive in UAE. That's the easiest way to share files. DeluxePaint uses the IFF ILBM format which most image viewers on Linux should support.
I watched 90% of this, but I'm not sure there was a single reference to what is new and/or importantly fixed in 5.1? I know its not meant to be a how-to or even a "review" of 5.1, but given the title of the video a few mentions might be useful?

I wouldn't call your Tron anim "janky", I'd say it's "authentic". It jives with the Tron 1982 aesthetic.
