Those Mickey Mouse balloons at Disneyland, Tokyo Disneyland, Shanghai Disney Resort, Hong Kong Disneyland, and DisneyWorld are iconic and these parks would not be the same without them. I am an adult and I like these balloons too. I like that sapphire blue color your balloon is. These balloons are called "Mouseheads" and the clear plastic balloon is a 20 inch Deco Bubble. I would agree with everyone who says these are beautiful balloons, and they are a challenge to inflate. I have over the years inflated hundreds of these mouseheads. I buy these balloons without any design printed on them, and they look nice that way too. The special shape makes them fun to decorate with, give out to someone special, or just enjoy for yourself. I believe the plastic balloon thing should be inflated till the seams disappear. It will look better that way.
