- Fix Windows webcam not working or camera not working windows 10. Usually laptop camera not working due to driver issue. Install window 10 camera driver. Tutorial for webcam not working windows 10. My laptop camera is not working is being asked many times. Specially lenovo camera not working windows 10. Quick fix windows camera not working.
Fix if you can't find camera in device manager or camera not showing up in device manager. If imaging devices missing in device manager windows 10 add legacy hardware and select imaging device. Quick fix no imaging devices in device manager is explained.
Simple Fix of laptop camera not working windows 10 and install camera driver windows 10. Don't worry if laptop webcam not working or getting error no cameras are attached 0xa00f4244.

@@zombieotaku1534 YOU are not going to believe this! There is a tiny slide on my laptop that was blocking the camera! Check your laptop it may have the slide that blocks the camera.

Uninstall Windows Updates. Search Update in the search bar 👍
I got to the part where it says select device driver you want to install for this hardware in the device manager action area. It then says select the manufacturer and model of your hardware device then click next. The only thing available is "model" but i can't select it. Which means I can't click next. I hope this makes sense. I need help 😭

Neither on imaging device nor any camera is visible in the device manager .. After updating to windows 10 webcam is not working but it was working in windows 7.
Download separately according to the model number of pc from the manufacturer Website

my toshiba inbuilt stopped working so I removed and turned it to usb cam. First it worked fine then it messaged "device not recognized " after some time. I have tried all but still can't figure out what went wrong.

i have the imaging device driver but when i go back to the camera application it still does not work i know it not a separate issue its still about the drivers. Another thing, when i used the last method which involved using legacy hardware, the usb scanner device shows a yellow exclamation mark sign and when i went into properties it says the device cannot start

I uninstalled the camera driver
And reinstall it from the A4 TECH website
But the camera icon didn't show on the device manager

Check in device manager if there is any exclamation or yellow mark. Try to download the drivers from the Lenovo site 👍

Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy Notebook and I’ve tried everything and till can’t get my camera operable.
so nothing here worked. on the Microsoft website at the very bottom of the camera page. it says to look for an external button or slider. I found mine on top of the camera. What a waste of time.

In add hardware the camera is in model mode ..and for manufacturers s installation it asks for manufacturers file from
HD camera
