Chris writing this song: "How about I write a song about an alligator, that's something new. What rhymes with alligator? Refrigerator? Is there a refrigerator in this story? No, but I'll throw it in anyway. I think I'll rhyme Russell Crowe with crossbow while I'm at it and shove it in there somewhere, no ones pays attention to the lyrics anyway." Good song, btw
Great job man, im actually surprised you have so low ammount of subs for the quality of the content u make, you definitely deserve more! Keep up the pirate music aye!
Considering A Pirate's Scorn is a cover of Skurvy's Song from that old Donkey Kong show, part of me feels like this song's a tribute to King K. Rool and his Kremling Krew. _Hail to the King, baby!_ Also, is it just me, or is there a subtle SFX sample just before 1:00, after "he'll drag you to the deep and eat your fucking head!" Sounds like SFX from one of the Rare's old games--specifically that sound you hear in Banjjo-Tooie after taking damage, lol. Bubblegloop Swamp was a thing, too.
Chomp chomp! Chomp chomp! Sailing out of Mexico, heading up to New Orleans Heard about the biggest treasure horde outside the Caribbean One stormy night in Caillou Bay we smashed into the reef A flash of crust, a crash of teeth, a load of giant loaves beneath If you see a bread loaf walking In your kitchen, door unlocked and talking You better lock the door, friend Or you might end up dead They say you should never smile Right at a loaf with teeth and style It'll drag you down, it'll eat you whole And munch on your head instead Chomp chomp! Chomp chomp! Chomp chomp chomp Our captain was the first to go, he got torn apart and fed Still screaming as the bread loaf swallowed down his legs One by one the crew all died in several deadly ways The vision of that massacre still haunts me to this day If you find a bread loaf prowling You're gonna have a really bad outing There's nothing more to say than I won’t see you in a while Not even Gordon Ramsay With a knife so fancy Ain’t got a snowball’s chance in hell To save you from that bread loaf’s smell Chomp chomp! Chomp chomp! Why oh why, did I jump into that bread-lined swamp? Mauled to death by loaves with teeth, all singing chomp chomp chomp Time to die, in a yeasty aquatic romp Mauled to death by loaves with teeth, all singing chomp chomp chomp Chomp chomp! Chomp chomp! Chomp chomp!
Great work, as always, and I don't mean to nitpick or be a dick, but Caiman (as in the reptile) is spelled with an i (y is the islands). Regardless, phenomenal work and keep it up!
Song is unbelievably catchy, always manages to occupy my brain several hours after listening.
1:17 that bridge is the best part, but thry whole song is awesom! How in hell did Alestorm manage to make a whole album consisiting of catchy songs?

I really like this song even though I'm not the biggest fan of Alestorm it reminds of the massacre at Ramree island.
Thats a Hudry-Girdy? Regardless, I love it.

Sailing out of Mexico, heading up to New Orleans
Heard about the biggest treasure horde outside the Caribbean
One stormy night in Caillou Bay we smashed into the reef
A flash of crust, a crash of teeth, a load of giant loaves beneath
If you see a bread loaf walking
In your kitchen, door unlocked and talking
You better lock the door, friend
Or you might end up dead
They say you should never smile
Right at a loaf with teeth and style
It'll drag you down, it'll eat you whole
And munch on your head instead
Chomp chomp!

Chomp chomp chomp
Our captain was the first to go, he got torn apart and fed
Still screaming as the bread loaf swallowed down his legs
One by one the crew all died in several deadly ways
The vision of that massacre still haunts me to this day
If you find a bread loaf prowling
You're gonna have a really bad outing
There's nothing more to say than
I won’t see you in a while
Not even Gordon Ramsay
With a knife so fancy
Ain’t got a snowball’s chance in hell
To save you from that bread loaf’s smell
Chomp chomp!

How does the alligator fit in the refrigerator anyhow?
With a bit of rum, anything is possible
It gets scaled down.
Easier than fitting down the toilet
Open the refrigerator and put the alligator in.
Maybe it's a very big refrigerator.
Like a walk-in one.
Aww my favorite song!!!!
Yarrrrrrr matey this is my favorite song too, a very catchy song from my good pirate friends alestorm matey. 🤘🤘🏻🤘🏿🤘🏼🤘🏽🤘🏾🏴☠️
Elliots fry scream is my favorite part

No problem, 's just that we don't get a lot of Caiman around where I am
@@DukeofTxtspeak What about giant gay man?
Hmmm. Now that's a different story.
I heard it as "cave man" and was so confused.
on a rarement vu meilleure localisation
Pov, you are in Florida.
In this episode: Christopher Bowes becomes a Florida man.
Ima find them if they wont record part 2
Lowkey annoying how most of the song is pretty mediocre by Alestorm standards, but 2:56 is one of the most epic moments in history of music
Is that a hurdy gurdy that I hear?
It is indeed.
Yes. Performed by Patty Gurdy.
