Up and out
So the top part where you cut up and out sometime we have a ledge there
Do you start blending up and then round to the top or just up and straight up and out
The ledge or weight line which you haircut does not have
What do we do at the weight line
?

You scissor over comb in an up and out motion to keep the shape from rounding out, if you start getting a weight line, you will slowly change the angle of your scissor over comb to blend the weight out. You can also take vertices section holding the hair in your fingers and blend the weight line out as well since the longer the hair gets the less control you'll have doing scissor over comb.

The comb you used at 5:05 the clear one please provide us the brand for it I want a comb like that

The comb used was by company called Geometric Illusions which doesn't exist any longer but you can find a clear comb exactly like it by YS Park 336 and Sassoon. They are out of stock as well since the transparent quality makes the comb more brittle and brakes easily.
