The unlimited DVR uses more storage than a limited DVR in the long run, because the unlimited builds up to thousands of hours over time as it just keeps building up more and more hours, but like I said, it should be a voluntary option. They could MAYBE offer a $5.00 discount if you choose it instead of the unlimited version since it would have less storage in the long run.
The best thing for pause on RUclips TV is saving some money to help paying other bills like for example grocery, camping, Christmas shopping, or going travel for a vacations!
It would be nice if they included RUclips Premium with RUclips Tv the way Hulu includes the Disney Bundle with Hulu TV. Maybe with their next price increase.

@@MartialartsfitnessUSA I think DirecTv Stream is a really good service, but there are some things about it that remind me of having a cable or satellite service, like the problem canceling it. When I first tried it as AT&T TV NOW, you could cancel on line from the app. One thing they should do is allow for pausing your subscription, but as of this time you can pause at all (as far as I know).

I just needed temporary access to a station, so I signed up for the RUclips service. After watching two episodes of a show based here in the States, I was quickly reminded as to why I stopped watching. lol... There's a reason why it's called "programming".

I am canceling because I don’t watch tv enough to justify paying $72.00 dollars a month. Plus they started off in a bad way. They offered me a two months trial for $40, but charged me $62.00 dollars after just one month. And now the price has jumped up to $72.00 dollars a month, no warning or anything. They are just too greedy.
I've been a RUclips TV subscriber for slightly more than a year. Generally, it's been great. Recently, I've started to notice lip sync issues with some but not all channels. Fox Business and Fox News are noticeable while Fox weather doesn't show any sync issues; HGTV has sync issues but Food Network is generally fine; All the ESPNs seem fine. This applies to live and recorded programs. When I watch Hulu, Disney Plus, ESPN +, Apple TV or Prime Video, everything is just fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the YTTV app numerous times; I've rebooted my Comcast Gigabit service a few times; I've reset the Chromecast device to factory settings. Tech support, both live and via chat, while genuinely concerned had no workable solution. This doesn't happen on my old Vizio TV in the bedroom, only on the Samsung in the family. (The Samsung is supposedly up to date with firmware.) I"m getting more and more tempted to upgrade from Hulu without commercials to Hulu Live TV. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Hmm, interesting. We've not heard about any known issues re: to this. Have you reached out to YT TV support about the issue? Hulu Live is a good service, in our opinion. We'd put it as a close second to YT TV for premium services. The one drawback is they no longer offer a free trial so you have to commit to paying for at least a month to try it out.
Now that College Football is ending, I plan on canceling YTTV and switching to Philo until next September. Since that is around 8 months, I will probably have to "Cancel" rather than "Pause", since 6 months is the limit. Or...can I increase the "Pause" length during the pause period?

I live up north in the summer and south in the winter. I am paying for two Direct TV services and it’s over $300/mo for crap. Do you know if one subscription will work in two homes 6/6 months in each home or do I need two subscriptions and use the pause feature on each?
Great question! The one issue you *might* run into is that they require you to check in at your home area once every three months to get your locals. If you don't need your locals, you should be fine. If you like to have access to locals, it'd be best to do two and pause the one when you're not at that particular residence.
My reason for cancelling would be the constant getting kicked off and having to go back into the App. I checked my speed and I'm above 90mb both up and down. Price is also a factor but more the issues

But then I cancel it at the very end I press reason for canceling other and then I press the next page where it says review and cancel I press pause instead and then I left it alone my provider Frontier has a $10 coupon for me to use it for RUclips TV and so I try RUclips TV start oh my TV where I have to Roku sit on it and so I go to RUclips TV start and then it asked me to put the password and it doesn't accept it my password is good but I cannot seem to get RUclips TV to get started on the TV but it will on the laptop I don't understand this on the meantime the tablet I have left it on the page where it says manage and I press pass instead I left it alone I don't know what to do next but I don't want to watch RUclips TV on my laptop I want to watch it on my lock screen but it seems like my email is not accepting my password I checked with Google and it's the right password I don't know what to do I hope I can hear from you I never done this before

I have been charged for TWO subscriptions that share the same email address for over a year! PayPal keeps paying them even though I’ve complained about it and showed the bills with two separate billing codes! Hope this works. I otherwise would close my bank card but that affects other linked changes. I’ve also complained to Google to no avail. Thanks for the information.

I would like to be able to share with family and friends in different states. I understand that the local channels become an issue. With that being the case it would be great if they could watch just the premium channels. This will allow me to share my servioe and my family would pay money to me to help reduce my overall cost.
The best for me is RUclips, sports is whay I keep it. At the same time I do stop it when the season ends. Price is an issue and if it goes up at the same pace in the future - i will select only NFL to keep it. Sports are fun to watch but I think it is becoming to expencive.
Because RUclips TV dropped SNY channel. SNY covers all the UCONN basketball games and we are big fans. We will be going to Hulu and intend to go back. However, we may come to like Hulu better.
They billed my debit card twice for this month's service. That's stealing. I filed a claim but they said it would take 7 days to review. Didn't take 7 days to reach into my bank account. What's with the delay? This will be my last month of RUclips TV. I don't like how it doesn't keep your current viewing channel in the channel lineup on the Roku app. Once you switch back and forth from the broadcast to the menu system, it forgets the channel you are on and you have to scroll all the way back down to move the channel up or down by one channel. It's annoying, but fraudulent entries on my bank account is my primary concern, whether or not they choose to resolve it peacefully or I have to consult with my bank's fraud department. I was only credited once on my RUclips TV account, but debited twice on my bank account.
RUclipstv sucks. I don’t know how they do not have a customer service department. I have forgot my username and account information and they still charge me 82 dollars a month. They suck.

Because RUclips TV dropped SNY channel. SNY covers all the UCONN basketball games and we are big fans. We will be going to Hulu and intend to go back. However, we may come to like Hulu better.

They billed my debit card twice for this month's service. That's stealing. I filed a claim but they said it would take 7 days to review. Didn't take 7 days to reach into my bank account. What's with the delay? This will be my last month of RUclips TV. I don't like how it doesn't keep your current viewing channel in the channel lineup on the Roku app. Once you switch back and forth from the broadcast to the menu system, it forgets the channel you are on and you have to scroll all the way back down to move the channel up or down by one channel. It's annoying, but fraudulent entries on my bank account is my primary concern, whether or not they choose to resolve it peacefully or I have to consult with my bank's fraud department. I was only credited once on my RUclips TV account, but debited twice on my bank account.

I only got it to watch Nebraska football. Now it's over and I would rather have the money in my pocket.
RUclipstv sucks. I don’t know how they do not have a customer service department. I have forgot my username and account information and they still charge me 82 dollars a month. They suck.
It seems too much for RUclipsTV TO DROP A email REMINDER THAT YOUR PAUSE IS ABOUT TO END. Why? Cause they SUCK is why.!!

WHY, WHY, WHY do RUclipsTV require me to "identify" myself every week- the process is extremely annoying??? When I find another service -- I"M GONE!!!
