    What’s one thing you’d change about RUclips TV?

      I would implement more control of the DVR, as follows;
      1. The ability to record and delete both single episodes, and full
      seasons of all shows.
      2. Offer an alternate DVR feature that provides 500 hours of recordings
      with no time limit on retention.

      @@spaceghost4474 Those would both be good options to add, in our opinion. They set the bar with the DVR, but it would be nice to see some added functionality to it.

      @@spaceghost4474 I like the 9-month auto delete feature and unlimited storage; I never have to delete anything manually. But, I would also like about 100 hours of "permanent" storage for retaining my favorite movies in my library.

      @@jensotube The DVR they have is very good IMO, I would just like to see more control, and a VOLUNTARY option for at least 500 hours of permanent retention.
      The unlimited DVR uses more storage than a limited DVR in the long run, because the unlimited builds up to thousands of hours over time as it just keeps building up more and more hours, but like I said, it should be a voluntary option.
      They could MAYBE offer a $5.00 discount if you choose it instead of the unlimited version since it would have less storage in the long run.

    The best thing for pause on RUclips TV is saving some money to help paying other bills like for example grocery, camping, Christmas shopping, or going travel for a vacations!

    It would be nice if they included RUclips Premium with RUclips Tv the way Hulu includes the Disney Bundle with Hulu TV. Maybe with their next price increase.

    I cancel on the same day that I signed up for the free trial and they have charged my bank account for something I didn’t even use. I’m waiting on my money back!

      Yep,same . Canceled a free trial followed youtubes step by step bs, screen shot everything and they still tried to charge but I locked my card,now I gotta fix this bs.

    Thank you for the clear and concise instructions.
    I cancelled because I learned during the trial period that I just wasn't very interested in the material, not enough to pay the cost. I watched television a lot as a kid but now as a retiree I find I have better things to do, like going back to school!

    I have had RUclipsTV for over a year. One thing that drew me to YTTV was unlimited dvr. But what good is unlimited dvr when all the shows you like don't get recorder because they are only available by on demand where I am forced to watch dumb commercials over and over? I am going to no ads hulu!

    RUclips tv is very user friendly with their PAUSE/CANCEL feature.
    Unlike DirecTv Stream, which is more like getting a root canal. 😄

      I was about to sign up for directv stream because it seems I wouldn't lose anything vs my regular directtv, until I found out its hard to cancel just like the real directtv is hard to cancel. Now deciding between youtube TV and fubo

      @@MartialartsfitnessUSA I think DirecTv Stream is a really good service, but there are some things about it that remind me of having a cable or satellite service, like the problem canceling it.
      When I first tried it as AT&T TV NOW, you could cancel on line from the app.
      One thing they should do is allow for pausing your subscription, but as of this time you can pause at all (as far as I know).

    Shiiii, I WOULD NEVER cancel my RUclips TV, I having it for almost a decade since I cut the cord & works GREAT with my Chromecast TV, best of the best piss on the rest!!

    Thank you, I could figure out where to cancel and it was really easy after watching your video. I may come back after my year is up with Spectrum. I know cable usually goes way up after your year as a new member. I don't need to be paying over $200 for cable when I only watch a hand full of channels. RUclips TV or Hulu will be my option next. Thank you!!!

    Thank you for the information! I intentionally gave up TV years ago (when it switched to digital), and rarely ever need access outside of what is readily available online. I just needed temporary access to a station, so I signed up for the RUclips service. After watching two episodes of a show based here in the States, I was quickly reminded as to why I stopped watching. lol... There's a reason why it's called "programming".

    Thank for the video. It was helpful. I like RUclips tv, and I maybe back in a few months. Tried sling, philo, and fubo so far. Next month, I’m trying Hulu Tv before I decide. It’s just nice that there’s so much to choose from these days.

    I dropped RUclips TV because they dropped New England Sports Network & I like to watch the Bruins. I switched to FUBO because they carried NESN.

    Make sure you are in the right RUclips account. I spent hours trying to cancel my subscription to RUclips TV with no success. I then realized that the subscription was registered under my wife's profile....not mine. Easy to cancel if you are doing it under the right account.

    I am canceling because I don’t watch tv enough to justify paying $72.00 dollars a month. Plus they started off in a bad way. They offered me a two months trial for $40, but charged me $62.00 dollars after just one month. And now the price has jumped up to $72.00 dollars a month, no warning or anything. They are just too greedy.

    I've been a RUclips TV subscriber for slightly more than a year. Generally, it's been great. Recently, I've started to notice lip sync issues with some but not all channels. Fox Business and Fox News are noticeable while Fox weather doesn't show any sync issues; HGTV has sync issues but Food Network is generally fine; All the ESPNs seem fine. This applies to live and recorded programs.
    When I watch Hulu, Disney Plus, ESPN +, Apple TV or Prime Video, everything is just fine.
    I've uninstalled and reinstalled the YTTV app numerous times; I've rebooted my Comcast Gigabit service a few times; I've reset the Chromecast device to factory settings. Tech support, both live and via chat, while genuinely concerned had no workable solution.
    This doesn't happen on my old Vizio TV in the bedroom, only on the Samsung in the family. (The Samsung is supposedly up to date with firmware.)
    I"m getting more and more tempted to upgrade from Hulu without commercials to Hulu Live TV.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

      Hmm, interesting. We've not heard about any known issues re: to this. Have you reached out to YT TV support about the issue?
      Hulu Live is a good service, in our opinion. We'd put it as a close second to YT TV for premium services. The one drawback is they no longer offer a free trial so you have to commit to paying for at least a month to try it out.

    Now that College Football is ending, I plan on canceling YTTV and switching to Philo until next September. Since that is around 8 months, I will probably have to "Cancel" rather than "Pause", since 6 months is the limit. Or...can I increase the "Pause" length during the pause period?

    I’m canceling because of error issues. Says “unavailable in this country”. Getting NO help from their support. A shame, I think youtube tv is the best streaming app, but what good is it if they won’t support it.

    I live up north in the summer and south in the winter. I am paying for two Direct TV services and it’s over $300/mo for crap.
    Do you know if one subscription will work in two homes 6/6 months in each home or do I need two subscriptions and use the pause feature on each?

      Great question! The one issue you *might* run into is that they require you to check in at your home area once every three months to get your locals. If you don't need your locals, you should be fine. If you like to have access to locals, it'd be best to do two and pause the one when you're not at that particular residence.

    My reason for cancelling would be the constant getting kicked off and having to go back into the App. I checked my speed and I'm above 90mb both up and down. Price is also a factor but more the issues

    Ads ads and more ads. It’s clear that the YTTV software shifts the streams to play you ads. No way I’m lucky enough to hit channel after channel ALL in ad break and exactly at the start of the ads.

    might be me but I have to log in everytime I sign on to You Tube TV. I also do not like that I see no guide. I have Samsung guide on my remote and do not see how to get the RUclips TV line up if it exists.

    RUclipstv switched our current viewing area from Shreveport,LA to Dallas/Ft. Worth. We don't know why it was not our request. now we cannot receive local Network channels and none of the suggested steps to change back work.

    I went to this website, found the membership link, but next to RUclips TV, there was a link to add it? Well, I already HAVE it, and I'm being charged $78 for it a month. If I look on my iphone, I see the subscription for this amount, but yet there is no option to cancel it on my iphone, it just sends to me to the app store where I can read a review on the RUclips TV app. I've tried to cancel it from the TV app, but it just says to the same useless website!

    pshew. thank you. you calmly got me threw that, and I didn't freak the f**k out... did pay $60+ because I got my life topsy-turvyed last Sunday and forgot to do it within the 5, but dang, having multiple Google accounts makes it a tad more difficult, but everything's always like that with me, so,... thanks for keeping a cool head, something I was having trouble with myself.

    RUclips tv for me offers the best service and programming, but at some point you have to look at priorities and determine value. For ME the price exceeds it’s worth. I don’t watch enough to warrant the cost.

    Hi guys I'm so glad I bumped into you oh my tablet as it also came out on my laptop I got the free trial. But then I cancel it at the very end I press reason for canceling other and then I press the next page where it says review and cancel I press pause instead and then I left it alone my provider Frontier has a $10 coupon for me to use it for RUclips TV and so I try RUclips TV start oh my TV where I have to Roku sit on it and so I go to RUclips TV start and then it asked me to put the password and it doesn't accept it my password is good but I cannot seem to get RUclips TV to get started on the TV but it will on the laptop I don't understand this on the meantime the tablet I have left it on the page where it says manage and I press pass instead I left it alone I don't know what to do next but I don't want to watch RUclips TV on my laptop I want to watch it on my lock screen but it seems like my email is not accepting my password I checked with Google and it's the right password I don't know what to do I hope I can hear from you I never done this before

    I have been charged for TWO subscriptions that share the same email address for over a year! PayPal keeps paying them even though I’ve complained about it and showed the bills with two separate billing codes! Hope this works. I otherwise would close my bank card but that affects other linked changes. I’ve also complained to Google to no avail. Thanks for the information.

    I would like to be able to share with family and friends in different states. I understand that the local channels become an issue. With that being the case it would be great if they could watch just the premium channels. This will allow me to share my servioe and my family would pay money to me to help reduce my overall cost.

      The beauty of RUclipsTV is the unlimited DVR. Record all of your favorite shows and when you watch, just FF thru the commercials. It's a game-changer!

    The best for me is RUclips, sports is whay I keep it. At the same time I do stop it when the season ends. Price is an issue and if it goes up at the same pace in the future - i will select only NFL to keep it. Sports are fun to watch but I think it is becoming to expencive.

    Because RUclips TV dropped SNY channel. SNY covers all the UCONN basketball games and we are big fans. We will be going to Hulu and intend to go back. However, we may come to like Hulu better.

    They billed my debit card twice for this month's service. That's stealing. I filed a claim but they said it would take 7 days to review. Didn't take 7 days to reach into my bank account. What's with the delay? This will be my last month of RUclips TV. I don't like how it doesn't keep your current viewing channel in the channel lineup on the Roku app. Once you switch back and forth from the broadcast to the menu system, it forgets the channel you are on and you have to scroll all the way back down to move the channel up or down by one channel. It's annoying, but fraudulent entries on my bank account is my primary concern, whether or not they choose to resolve it peacefully or I have to consult with my bank's fraud department. I was only credited once on my RUclips TV account, but debited twice on my bank account.
