Would love a channel lineup with numbers so you can access the channel directly without scrolling. Probably never going to happen. Also wish there was the ability to only add new episodes to your library with the ability to delete old episodes that take up space on the cloud DVR.

Great video! I cut the cable yesterday and love RUclips TV. Spectrum decided to turn off ESPN and Disney networks because of a price increase. Watching 4 college games at once is awesome. Sports bar in my own living room.
Yea, that is a common complaint. Unfortunately, it's one of those things where A&E would likely force them to take on all of their channels. That'd require YT TV to either drop some they currently hold, or a price hike. Thankfully, Frndly is available for a fairly affordable rate.
Hopefully they'll add that in the future, keeping in line with their statements. Live sports is obviously the main draw on that, but other channels, like news, would be nice to have.
I haven't gotten the updated guide with the clock yet, but my Roku Ultra is about 5 years old, so that's probably why. What I'm really looking forward too is the improvements in controlling your library content that they announced last year. They weren't specific, but hopefully, being able to record and delete individual episodes or seasons will be included.
We remember you mentioning that. Both of our devices are several years old, so who knows. Yes, that'd really be nice for them to upgrade to. The unlimited feature has always been great, but that missing feature does hold them back.
Question! I often watch RUclips TV on my PC and keep getting "we are experience problems with our servers" error msg when I want to playback a video. What is the fix for this? I find the way RUclips TV sorts shows with in a series is counterintuitive. Most other streaming services sort from oldest to most recent (starting with season 1). RUclips TV sorts from most current to oldest. It would also be great to have more control over recently watched shows or even channels. I have been watching a series on Showtime and every time I want to watch it I have to search for the show in the search bar

We get it and know it can be scary. In all likelihood, especially if it's a major channel, you shouldn't face any issues. Is there a channel or two you're specifically looking for?

SIMPLE Things DRIVING ME CRAZY ON YTTV! 1. If you PAUSE the video, 40% of the screen is covered up with menu nonsense, I paused to see the image, not to see a menu! At the least, give me a way to hide the menu when paused, OR jus skip putting a giant menu across the display! 2. There is NEVER a way to see exactly where you are in a video your watching! Ex. I’m watching a 3 hour football game recording, I want to leave and run and errand, so I want to know where I am leaving off (on the recording timeline), if you hit pause you see a GIANT ridiculous menu taking up 40% of display, and yet nowhere does it show on the playing bar WHAT TIME YOU ARE AT? Yes, the bar shows approx. how far you are with red (viewed already), but wouldn’t it be nice to have a “1:02:45” next to the bar (indicating you are 1 hour 2 minutes and 45 seconds)? And yes, I know if I leave and come back to the recording later it will ask to restart where left off, but I want to know where I am, how much time left, and more importantly if I see a play I want to talk about or show somebody, I want to know where it is! 3. The guide setup and way to bring it up, is, sorry, ridiculous! Why cant I easily get to a simple guide that takes 75% of display and let me scroll thru it to see what is on…..? Getting to the guide is difficult, clumsy, and then when you finally get it up, I see 2 or 3 networks at a time and pressing down once instead of scrolling just pages down like I hit page down. I just want to slowly scroll thru, and see 10 or so networks/channels at a time, like EVERY OTHER GUIDE on the planet. Really annoying! They are trying to be too cute, JUST MAKE IT FUNCTIONAL, NOT CUTE PLEASE. 4. When I go into the Library, and click on a show I record every morning (Good Morning Football for example), it then shows each episode recorded from the last few days. I see only 2 1/2 episodes on my 70” display, because each one shows the shows logo on about 40% of the display, a GIANT square box with the GMF logo in it, giving me almost no information about it. Instead, the info I am really looking for, when it was recorded, what date, how long it is, is in a tiny little almost unreadable font, and worse, spread all over the display. The network (NFL in this case) is under the big logo, along with the time it was recorded (7am-10am in this case) in TINY LITTLE FONT I CANT SEE, and then the date it was reordered is at the TOP RIGHT of my monitor which is literally 4 feet away on my size TV, and the date is only shown for the recording version that is highlighted!! So I have to scan all over gods creation with a telescope and microscope to simple get the only 2 pieces of information anybody really wants to select a recording, the DATE AND TIME for gods sake! This is RIDICULOUS! Again, STOP BEING CUTE AND MAKE IT FUNCTIONAL PLEASE. 5. Added to Library! WHAT IS ADDED TO LIBRARY BESIDES THE SHOW I WANT??? New releases? Old episodes? Replays? WHAT is going to record??? How about let me decide “New episodes only”, “All episodes”, “No replays”….. the Library is really a disaster! FIX IT! DO NOT MAKE IT CUTE, MAKE IT FUNCTIONAL! 6. Guide: Why is the description of the content of shows in the smallest font known to mankind?? I have a gigantic 70” TV, I am sitting 6-8’ from it, it looks like a movie theater screen, and yet with 20/20 vision, I cant read a single thing on the guides program descriptions without standing up, and walking over to 3’ from the tv to be able to read it! USE A BIG, BOLD FONT, STOP TRYING TO BE CUTE AND MAKE IT LOOK FANCY OR PRETYY! I just want to be able to read the damn thing. See a theme here? They are trying to be cute and make it look cool. Yes, they announced about a week or so ago that you can record games. It doesn't count against your streaming limit, unless you're watching the stream that's recording. Good question! Here's what YT says, from their support page on it. Hope it helps. 🙂 "For RUclips TV subscribers, NFL Sunday Ticket streams do not count towards Base Plan streams. If you have a RUclips TV Base Plan, and you purchase NFL Sunday Ticket, you’ll get 3 screens for your Base Plan plus 2 streams for NFL Sunday Ticket content. In listening to the advice about random starts and stops of Premium channels. Is it allowed to discontinue a Premium channel for a few months and then start it again?
We have not. It'd be great if it was available during the NBA playoffs, but it was just a test during March Madness. We'd imagine that it would be out right before the NFL season, in a worst case scenario.
The key is get whatever free perks you get from your cellular company or internet service provider. Be willing to binge and dump providers as necessary. If your a sports fan, ditch the sports related service after the season is over.
I haven't seen a setting to change the duration to view station and title. Seems to be about 3 seconds. I would like about 5 seconds. Do you know if there is a setting for this? Btw, great video! I just moved from Spectrum to RUclips TV.
It largely depends on the content provider, regardless if you're with cable or a streaming service. For live TV, it's fixed and there's no way to change it unfortunately.
About 2 years ago RUclips had free trial that I took than cancelled after, now RUclips have deal 51.00 a month for 3 months but they wont let me sign up for that, that don't seem right

When I do the Live guide on my computer it doesn't update on my TV. When I change it to "Custom" all I see is NFL Sunday Ticket channels. I cannot see the clock either... 😵💫
OK I had to go to RUclipsTV on my laptop and hit Live and Custom and all the channels were hidden? I had to hit unhide on every channel. Still no clock tho 😛
I tried you tube tv and there were 3 things I didn't like which is the commercials skip on live tv , on the the recording it's either all or nothing and no lifetime movies.. Other wise it wasn't bad.
RUclips tv is missing a password for buying some movies or chanels. It doesn't like RUclips. They need to update this feature. My kids get into account and buy movies
A couple of things. RUclips TV will absolutely ignore your tv watching history. I continue to get recommendations where CNN pops up in recommendations.. I haven’t watched CNN since the gulf war. FCOL RUclips fix it.

Yes, I have the newest Apple TV 4K and it does not have the clock displayed in either place as well.

It isn’t white balance that is washing out the text. Its exposure and highlight adjustments. White balance adjust the hue not the brightness.
I’m cutting the cord on our cable for the first time. I’m kinda nervous because there might not be channels that I’m used to watching.

Had this same issue - to fix you'll need to add the Lifetime app and then you'll be able to watch it once you log in.
