    Sadly, I made this tonight and it was AN EPIC disaster. I should have known not using toothpicks to secure the bacon would be a failure, but the second red flag was cooking on cast iron because the filling leaked out way before the shrimp was done then burned. The bacon was rubbery where it wasn't glued to the pan. The temp he said to use was way too high.
