Good review. I have a 2024 blk edition. Fuel mileage is decent. If people want better mileage then buy a turbo 2.0. The V6 and normal tranny, not a CVT, were the reason for choosing a PP. Don't need three rows at all. The space in the back for my two weens. Looking for a roof basket now. People want these computer monitors inside their cars. OK. Think about the price to replace one down the road when your warranty expires. The PP is perfect for me and my needs. Happy trails AutoWoman.

Thank you, Miss Juliana, for the informative post. I'm considering the Passport Black Edition or the Toyota Highlander. Your review helped.

Looks similar to my new Honda Ridgeline and both are great vehicles

Is it true the Passport has the older V6 engine compared to the Pilot. I've also heard the Passports transmission can be problematic and a weak spot of the vehicle.

Yes the Passport uses the original 3.5 VTEC V6 engine. This engine is also used in the Ridgeline and Odyssey. The "new" 3.5 is only in the Pilot. Nothing wrong with the old engine - it has many years of experience and is a quality unit. The 9 speed trans did have some shift problems back in 19-22 models. My 2023 seems to have no shift problems. The one "got-ya" with Honda is the "tows up to 5000 pounds". This is only true IF you have the optional transmission cooler installed. Be ready to pay up for that!

Excellent. I like my Passport and women to have a nice rack, and be very expensive.

Why do reviewers rev the engine? Totally not necessary.
