As a very old folkie I’m truly delighted Katherine Priddy has come on the scene and actually stayed around now for a few years, hopefully new younger audience members will start to come along and explore the folk scene, beyond the big clubs and into the village halls. Yes.....All that I want is A Boat on the River.....beautiful and insightful....and is just one of those natural compositions that eat you up in the delivery, probably as the performer is absolutley is presenting the musical sentiments of the poem and music...and breaks my heart.
