Bro this circus technique will never help u achieve ur goal.. The only truth is taking ur muscle close to failure whereas in this every muscles involved is under stimulated, I mean u can build muscles by this but there are far better option then this so don't waste ur time and money
Well... I am 51 years old, grandma, though I am fit... I do your workouts ( especially abs) on a daily basis. So, I challenged myself with these sets of dumbbells and push-ups... I made it all the way through... not fast but surely ( three push-ups just like in the video, without jumping from set to set) .. and instead of single dumbbell, I put two dumbbells together. The last standing dumbbells push-ups was the hardest one for me...( just one but vicrorious). It is so much fun to challenge yourself and to know your own strength. Thank you!!!!!! will practice more... so innovative and cool!

On the final 2 (standing DBs) i see that you're using it for a tricep move, but you can also do a normal "incline pushup" and it will hit the lower chest... I recommend heavier DBs when they are standing upright to prevent them from wobbling... If you space them apart more to where your chest can go between them on the way down, youll get a crazy range of motion, just make sure on the way up that your body goes back to a 45 degree angle... (Or just use 1 big one and touch your chest to it on the way down and itll hit lower chest AND Tricep, similar to Diamond pushups. Incline pushups are meant to be the DB equivalent of "Bar Dips" Although, their is no single "right way", just some tips if you want to switch things up. Aswell as making EVERYTHING in the setup being spaced further apart at times... Really helps widen the outer chest, while closer together will help build the inner chest more as it created "Chest Adduction" at the top of the movement. Definitely experiment with the spacing. 1-2 rounds of this also works as a GREAT pre-fatigue excerise to where you can then start doing Flys and pressing light way and itll light you chest up being your chest will think its much heavier than it really is.
Just a thought: maybe use some bigger Dumbells for the last variation, they may wobble less. But then again, they wouldn't be as close together which is the whole point...
