solo backcountry fishing - Colorado Open Range Adventure

I headed out on my first expedition miles deep on a closed road into Colorado’s open range. This was a solo mission and I was honestly pretty scared because I’ve never done this before. Hiking super remote in New Jersey and the tri-state area is one thing, and it’s pretty gnarly. But it’s nothing like, the prairies, enclosed by mountains out in the great wide open of Colorado. This is the state I’ve always dreamed of Fishing and a place that I knew would have a calling me. Seeing the horse stables on the side of the river, endless miles of trout stream was a crazy experience in itself. But the way this adventure panned out I couldn’t have thought up even if I tried. The sunshine fresh air, beautiful scenery just made for a trip for the soul. No video could sum up how it felt to be back in this area all by myself. Nobody around For I don’t even know how many miles. All I need is a fishing rod, a pair of snow boots and send and I’ll be content. This one for the bucks and I hope you guys enjoy this Colorado adventure. Got one more to come, and then we’re back to exploring around here. Keep on sending it. Wow. This was a real one
