P.S I forgot to say - scone recipe. 12 oz SR flour. 3 oz caster sugar 3 oz butter Mix with hands to bread crumbs Then add your milk and bring together. Bake scones as you would normally do. These freeze brilliantly and you can use your milk or some of your milk. You can also toss in a few sultanas or such if you want fruit scones. Yes, you can guess my age as I am using oz here 😁 Enjoy. ❤

I love starting a day listening to you talk about random things, playing with your dogs, feeding chickens, and whatever happens. You present such a different lifestyle than my hot Arizona suburban retirement lifestyle - it's a joy to watch.
