Clark is overreacting to Jordan drinking considering that, like him, Jordan can't actually get drunk. It might as well have been soda pop. In real life, the authorities would have already stripped him of his paternal rights due to reckless child endangerment.

Because Clark is a very hypocritical parent. Kind of like how he used to outright disobey Martha and go racing off to bust criminals and just generally using his powers, which she disapproved of. He also drinks wine regularly, confident that it won't be a problem if he has to fly off and play Superman, because he can't get intoxicated. The hypocrisy comes from Clark being a stickler for law - but only where the boys are concerned. Clark and Lois routinely ignore the law when it doesn't suit them. Case-in-point: Clark letting his brother Tal-Rho go free because he and Lois decided that he was reformed. They didn't even bother to question the DoD or discuss the government view given the amount of lost lives and property damage that Tal caused. All that could be forgiven because he helped *Clark!* And Clark often acts above law and government.

At least Damian has some kind of excuse.
0:08 mamas boy!
I'm glad Jordan helped but Clark is right he did the right thing not like Jordan can get drunk can he I mean his dad can't and he has kryptonain genes Johnathan maybe can not sure the way Clark sped up and grabbed his keys LOL I can imagine Clark telling Jordan no drinking and flying
I will always be on Jordans side.
Why?
for what? why does he only look at sara like a disgusting mf? he is acting as if sarah were his wife wtf the boy has no friends nor does he try to make is antisocial he just went to harass sarah.
@@blacky8987 Not really
@@blacky8987 he's a teenager, I'm sure you were the same.
@@blacky8987 yeah he should be minding his own buisness and not help sarah or anyone when to are going to die next time
Heyyyy!!!! Guys!!!! let's pull a prank on Superman wif sprinkles ahahahahahahah LOLOLOL!!!!
Clark en realidad esta molesto porque sus hijos no querian quedar con el
I'm not a dad yet, but I could really use some fatherly/daddy advice and tips from Clark 😅
Jordan got all that mouth this season. Smh.
It's called being 16. Jonathan also only recently dialed back his habitual sarcasm when speaking to his parents because of all the trouble he got into in S2. Sarah already had that mouth towards her parents at 14, especially her father.
😂como detrasadas se les ocurre cancelar los planes con clark sabes cuanto desearia pasar un momento lindo con clark
Most powerful superhero in the history of superhero…can’t handle his kids. Moral of the story don’t have them
Man they are going to make Jon evil when he gets his powers. Clark pretty much abandoned him since Jordan got his powers. When he gets them, it is going to get to his head.
Clark debería ver lo que hace Nayib Buekele
Since Superman can do anything I did NOT know he has “super smelling” but like daredevil and yes I know he’s Marvel and Superman is DC but like him can’t Superman hear a heartbeat to know if someone is lying or not?
0:06 That's because your dad died in the middle of Smallville

brendonself dad if you were yes or after you you want to up to up to your room okay now
Clark is overreacting to Jordan drinking considering that, like him, Jordan can't actually get drunk. It might as well have been soda pop. But the reality here is that Clark got angry because the boys went to party instead of going to a wrestling match that only Clark was really interested in. He's kind of an overbearing and hypocritical father. Especially given how he lied to them for the first 14 years of their lives and has repeatedly gotten them into deadly danger. In real life, the authorities would have already stripped him of his paternal rights due to reckless child endangerment.
Just bc Jordan can’t get drunk doesn’t mean it’s not the illegal for him to drink bc the world doesn’t know he has powers and that would kinda be unfair to Jon bc he can’t drink but it would be stupid to let his brother drink
Also he’s still half human and maybe he can get drunk if he drink’s enough bc we’ve seen in many episodes how their powers are a lil different
He is still underage and drinking while he is underage is illegal that is what Clark was upset about
@@micahfranklin4560 - Clark is in no position to judge. Aside from being a literal illegal alien, he routinely crosses international borders without passing through customs and immigration, even if he's just flying around for the sake of it. He acts above the government of the nation that he lives in, and indeed all other Earth governments. Plus, he's a pathological liar. He's kind of a role model for the idea that superheroes get to decide which laws they abide by and which ones they choose to ignore.
@@daniels7907 Jordan does the exact same thing tho, there have been multiple episodes in season 3 where he’s crossed the boundaries of his father.
And you also have to remember that even tho Clark was out saving the world he was still routinely in his children’s lives.
Jordan’s just immature a selfish. Him and Jon lied to their dad when they simply could’ve just said they didn’t feel like it.
U don’t need super hearing to hear a truck pull into your driveway super lame cw lol
So Superman can’t get drunk can jordon? If he can’t I don’t see the big deal if he’s drinking
Well actually there’s a chance that Jordan can get drunk bc he is half human and it would be totally unfair to his twin brother if he could drink but his brother can’t
@@ljebaylor1604 - The half-human argument raises the question as to why Jordan doesn't feel half the effects of *everything!* Also, it's kind of trade-off. Like Clark, Jordan can drink. But if he can't get drunk, then what's the point? He might as well drink water. Clark admits that he drinks wine mostly because Lois does. Certainly whatever beer Jordan drank didn't hinder him from flying in one window of a car that was rolling downhill, grabbing the two people inside, and getting them out safely. All at super speed.
@@daniels7907 but Jon still feels super shadowed by his brother bc he has powers plus either way Clark is still his father and said he’s not allowed to drink and Jordan was SUPER disrespectful
@@ljebaylor1604 - Again, normal for a teenager. Definitely so for one who has had to put up with Clark for a father. Between 14 years of absentee parenting and lying about why, followed by two years of Clark bringing supervillains home to try to kill them, repeatedly, it's amazing that Jordan and Jonathan haven't blowen Clark's cover just to get the state to revoke his parental rights.
