Plus, since Peia is a metahuman, and Intergang has proved that they can *make* metahumans, how could the DoD even be sure that Peia's son wasn't one? IRL, Sam would have been court martialed and dishonorably discharged by now for all the security breaches that seem to happen under his command!
I don't get why Kyle is so adamant about finding out who this super powered individual is. All he knew was that there was someone with super powers secretly being a good Samaritan, and Kyle acts like that person is doing something wrong, or thinks he's entitled to know who it is.
Probably because he used to be one, when he and others were possessed by Kryptonians in season 1. He was deeply affected by that and he might be worried it's happening again. It's understandable that he would distrust anyone displaying superhuman abilities in their town. But I hate that he knows now. He doesn't seem like the type who can keep a secret.

As much as I love this show I was low key confused and annoyed. Why does Kyle feel he needs to play an unneeded detective? And barging on the Kent property demanding answers and refusing to leave when politely asked to is crazy. Just be thankful someone was there to help and move on. Why was this written to occur feels strange and unnecessary.

So I actually called this. At the beginning of season 2, somebody made a comment comparing this to the Flash, and I was like just you wait, because that was how Arrow started. That said, they have actually handled the secret very well in that they have only told people who were either helping them or in immediate danger. John Henry Irons, needed to save Superman. Natalie, by default. Lana and Sara, a fucking drugged out Doppelganger was chasing them. The only person who did not need to know was fucking Chrissy. The only reason Kyle knows is because Jordan sucks at hiding his involvement.

Season 1, Morgan Edge came to Smallville because of the Ex-Kryptonite, which was not Clark's fault, and Superman did not show up in town until the end of the season. Season 2, the entire plot revolved around the portal that was there because of the Ex-Kryptonite and again, Superman only showed up at the end. We do not know if Lana's doppelganger was after her or Jordan during the school fight (likely Lana considering she attacked her before). Hell, this season, Lana and John Henry Irons got attacked because of the old mayor, which probably has something to do with the Ex-Kryptonite again and John Henry killed Henry Miller in the middle of town. The Kents are free and clear.

Like Edge causing a car wreck for Sam, the boys and Sarah - so that he could put his father's mind into Jordan, who then attacked the farm and nearly killed Jon. Yet, despite all of this, Clark and Lois had the insane notion that the boys should recover from these traumas and resume "normal life" just because Clark and Lois themselves have been playing this little game for fifteen years and enjoying it thoroughly. That's as much as I feel like typing. But it proves how wrong you are. Have a nice day!

I’ve seen bits and pieces of that show but didn’t like it at the start. I’ve heard and seen it has become better. Unfortunately me and my editor lack the the time to also upload clips from that show for now. Honestly, I saw the way she was driving, no one who is drunk drives like she was driving. She wasn't driving great, but wasn't driving in the way someone who was drunk would be. So why did she say later on that she got a dui? And why are we under the impression that she got a dui? Haven't seen this season, so it doesn't make sense to me
Sadly every series with a secret follows this model. First, 1 or 2 find out, then a season passes and there is a dozen or more people in the know. It serves no function relating to the characters. It is cheap writing.
