this entire show is an absolute masterpiece an S tier grade A masterpiece, It's absolutely flawless. Just this scene by itself is incredible. Lois is extremely relatable and understandable. A wonderful loving strong woman and mother of two teenagers. Her unconditional love for her sons and husband and that fear she faces when they are in danger and that anger and furry she feels when they get into trouble and do stupid crap is how any mother would feel and goes through. She's dealing with so much, a husband who puts his life in the line daily, teenage boys who she just wants to protect and keep safe. She knows she can't always protect them from everything especially being that Jordan has powers and is in the same daily danger Clark is in. The realism of the characters and what they feel and go through. The absolutely stunning scenery and incredible acting, the action, comedy, romance and drama. The constant on edge moments. This show is truly immaculate
'That will never happen!' If this follows the arrow verse, then isn't this the 2nd time Clark's been corrupted? when he appeared on Supergirl his mind was warped and Kara had to fight him, now he's been turned
This is part of the arrowverse, but Clark being mind controlled in supergirl probably never happened after crisis. Flash proves a lot of things that happened before crisis never happened after it.

You know, this gets brought up a lot, and I'm gonna be honest. A handful of people with railguns objectively seems like a much easier problem to deal with than a nigh-immortal demigod who could destroy a planet and whose only weaknesses are magic, red lights, and a glowing green rock that you need to stab him with. If Lois keeps this mindset, she's essentially making it so that if Clark turns evil, his own son will have to kill him. Tell me, what's worse; a few wacky people with railguns, or a traumatized demigod who killed his own father, and likely hates his own mother for forcing that to be the only way?
While it is easy to initially side with Clark on the idea that him being corrupted without a built in fail safe is a huge gamble to take for the world's sake, you have to consider one important thing regarding that. How many things are capable of " corrupting " him into being that world destroyer threat? Are there enough of those things, that he doesn't believe he could overcome, versus the number of people willing/capable to use those fail safes in order to take him out? I'd say the number of things capable of corrupting him are far less likely than it would be for any number of crazy villains or even just over zealous politicians to decide to take advantage of a situation in order to finally get Superman out of the picture for good. Essentially going for a Captain America mindset of " the safest hands are still our own. " in regards to keeping themselves in control of the situation, having faith they can navigate whatever challenges they come across.
