I’ve wanted to Airbnb my schoolie for a long time, but my husband pretty much took over that space till we can build him a garage. So I’m s.o.l. for now.
Beautiful gypsy wagon, beautiful owner! Her love of tiny homes and her lovely gypsy wagon are very apparent. So well built, and the finishes like the spiral or rope edge on the bench, the colorful and plush fabric, wallpaper, and lace curtains really do give it the old world feel, yet all the modern amenities are right there. Great job, beautiful location!!!
I can totally see why a creative person would enjoy doing what she’s done. The creative outlet and the joy of meeting new people while making money for the family makes this very appealing. I enjoyed the video and wish them all the best!
I actually know Anita from the real estate investing world. I've never seen this side of the business before. This video clearly shows how she treats these tiny homes as much more than just a business. It's art, it's an experience, it's a story, it's fun, it's beautiful! Thank you for making this video, really well done!
Such beautiful small places. I love her vardo and the decor. Anita took what could have been lemons, and made lemonade. I think some of the snarking is due to her initiative on her family's behalf. I'm glad more people saw the beauty.
well, that's actually not at all a "full bath" in that wagon home and it's indeed, extra-Lilliputian, a very impractical tiny home for my own tiny home needs - even for a temporary vacation spot..but it's cute and I'm sure it's perfect for many others on holiday..also, her business acumen is impressive.👍👍
OMGoodness your gypsy wagon is adorable. Love the curved ceiling with the wood finish. The curved doors & windows up off the floor. (A pet peace of mine.) That tony kitchen looks like a child's toy. Thank you for sharing. GOD BLESS!
I have to keep reminding myself this is a rental. Lol...I crave more of a Morrocan/magical vibe but that only comes by actually living in the space and personalizing it. Back on track now...a super lovely and romantic rental. I would not be surprised if some decided to pursue their own Vargon (?) wagon dreams. Inspirational 💕💕💕
I love the extra attention to detail and focus on making sure the guests are warm and comfortable. Love the vardo wagon style! I have been studying the history of these wagons and I think she captured their charm and coziness. I would totally rent out my own tiny house if I had one to share the experience.
I love the space, particularly the full bathroom area with the ledge in conjunction with the shower. I know I would love the bedroom as well, and the beautiful detail.
Vardos are my favorite type of tiny homes. This one was very cute, but the last one built by that amazing woman, was my favorite. When I get one, I see myself purchasing it from the same company that built this one. I just wish there was a way to ship it overseas because I want to retire early in my homeland.
I am loving that gypsy style caravan home.Love how you decorated it, old world definitely takes me back to my childhood where my mom and I moved from place to place, if I had that tiny house, I would give myself that experience again!❤
Anita has wild decorating abilities! Wow I am so impressed with all her detailing of the tiny gypsy bardo! I simply love it! I wish I could also have one! But I am going to have to save up!
The gypsy wagon is amazing. Love every bit of it! I wish I could have at least 1 tiny house. Where I live you can't really have them so just watch all the videos and dream.
Cute gypsy wagon! You did a tremendous job from the curved front door to the Moroccan tapestry cushion covers, gypsy photos, vintage clock, teapot, and the angel lamp in the bedroom. Jenny
She is definitely a business person and also a mom - the video title is a bit simplistic, as if any mom can just buy multiple properties, own lots etc to create rental income. Not impossible, but definitely requires funds and knowledge. Props to this woman. Edit: I think the bathroom in this teeny weeny wagon would be much nicer with a tiny sink - I have seen several tiny homes where they had a tiny sink on top of the toilet water tank, smart use of space, water and you can actually wash your hands after using the toilet...
Unfortunately you’re almost forced to sit in the bedroom because that bench seat looks so uncomfortable and there’s nowhere to eat. I liked the others better.
I wish all major, medium , and small cities and towns could realize how important it is for society to adopt tiny house living . Get a clue elected officials !
I really love the way to the bathroom and bedroom, most of the tiny houses have a bathroom through the kitchen, I am not very comfortable with that design. But the bathroom in this tiny house is separated from the direct sight and for the design it feels open even with this small area. But I must say the bathroom could be a little bigger or some place might not be wasted in the little ‘hallway’ to the bathroom and bedroom. But at the same if the ‘hallway’ was not this big, the place could look cramped. How about caring a tiny sink in the bathroom right side of the shower? A good designed and decorated tiny home.. Holds the aesthetics.
I don't see how she is closing any doors. Everyone can reach for their dream in their own way. If it's easy, it won't feel valuable. Use her idea as a stepping stone to develop your own idea(s). I love the curtains. The bench seat is useless though the cushion is nice. I'd put a couple of comfy chairs instead with a table between and storage in ottomans.
She said she owned some rv lots. I thought the rv community owner owned the lots and you pay rent for the lot to have ur rv on? Or am I confused with the trailer park business model?

So beautiful. I'm super put off by her use of the G word. It's a Romani Vardo. They are Roma. Please, please folks. Don't use the G word. It's a pejorative. The cards are likely Tarot, by the way. Anyway, sweet little house. I'd love to have one to honour my children.
The proper term is Roma not "Gypsy" which is actually offensive to those of us who are Roma. Many people don't understand that as it's been used so casually around the world. Please consider changing.
It is. People tend to ignore that it is. Appropriating the vardo leaves a bad taste in my mouth and the attitude of this lady rubs me the wrong way but eh. Nothing I can do. I'm Romani, btw. Born and raised.
I would never rent a tiny home you're doing nothing but making the person's payments so they'll own the home and you get to live in it why don't you just buy them home and make the payments and then home would be yours

As a Romany person, this is one of the most racist videos that I have seen on RUclips. The word "Gypsy " is the iquivelant of the "n" word for black people. Perpetuating the stereotype that our women are all fortune tellers is disgusting. That is not what we would call a vardo. Call it what it is. A trailer.
@@amandawilcox9638 I'm also Rom, and the vardo is considerably smaller. Pulled by a horse, not a lot of room for belongings but cozy nonetheless. Usually a place to sleep and storage for belongings. Rom will travel together and when they set up at wherever they're going to stay the area around the vardos becomes the living and cooking space. Some vardos will have a stove for warmth but not all. There was an attempt to emulate the vardo here but it comes off more as offhanded appropriation than appreciation. Especially with the cards and the crystal ball.

Please stop calling it a "gypsy" wagon. It is considered a racial slur, because "gyp" is a word meaning "cheat." The Romany people are not dishonest and they don't like being called gypsies.
Would you consider renting your Tiny House as a side business? Answer: Yes, No, Mabye but _____
If I had one yes. I think it would be so fun and a great way to meet interesting people
Yes but I would definitely want to have multiple.
Not my own but a secondary one, yes
Yes. Already thought of this. Finding hard to find rv parks that allow subletting.

I’ve always been fascinated by vardos. They are so cute & unique. Now to incorporate that style into a bus build.
Agreed. I'm doing a van build as a vardo. So fun!
This tiny is very cute & cozy! Even though the kitchen is smaller I love it! ♥️

I love this vardo it's literally everything I want when I build mine!!
Definitely a cute little house
@7:45 you have this ledge you can sit on and play cards with whoever is on the toilet.
This lady thought ahead.
Unfortunately you’re almost forced to sit in the bedroom because that bench seat looks so uncomfortable and there’s nowhere to eat. I liked the others better.
Because the wall leans back this bench is more comfortable than you think.

The number of times she has said "beautiful" describing each room/decor..
I loved all 3.
Take a shower curtain and cover the entire toilet and another shower curtain to keep the door from getting wet. Overall, that is one cute vardo. 😁
Thanks for that idea.

I love this but wouldn't everything in the bathroom get wet including the t paper get wet during the shower?
You would need to put up a shower curtain.

Nice exterior, but the the interior...not so much. The bedroom wall looks like water damage and unfinished. It has so much potential though.
