My mother's attitude was very different. She was bewildered by a negative attitude of a friend who complaint about being a mother. My mother loved me, and my brothers and she said that it was a joy being our mother. Love sometimes requires sacrifice. I remember too that she loved her father very much.
Ali Wong has always been funny, but the way I can feel how her pregnancy effects her humor and performance makes it even funnier. As a woman, I can relate to that kind of cadence on a spiritual level.

I was practically sawed in half to save my kid’s life when she was born. 4 days after surgery I am doing the stand, sit, lie down game from Who’s Line Is It Anyway because newborns need something every 30 minutes. The pain was awful. It took 6 months before she’d even sleep 4 hours at a time. My husband had his appendix out. 3 tiny little scars, hospital sent him home after 24 hours, and he was complaining about how much pain he was in and needed to rest.
You can’t convince me men are stronger than women haha. I also had a traumatic emergency c section and my husband had the audacity to ask why I could barely talk because according to him you’re on painkillers, you shouldn’t be in pain’. Wanted to strangle his ass lol.
