  • This video explains why I think Dan Campbell is the best leader in the NFL today. His vision, leadership, patience and passion has led to The Detroit Lions becoming one of the more dominating teams in NFL football. I go over the importance of patience, passion, and having a vision when leading.

Dan Campbell is definitely the right fit for this team. He has heart, integrity, leadership skills, and the same competitive spirit that all of his players have. I didn't figure he would have a Super Bowl winning team in year one, it takes time to build a dynasty. But we are without a doubt, on our way.👍👍#onepride #goLions

Dan Campbell is a Leader of men. Those guys love and Respect him. Those players play hard for him. What sold me on Dan Campbell was he never lost the locker room his first year when they were terrible and going thru growing pains. Thise men believed in him and his plan

That 1st yr sold me as well. Coaching shows when your squad continues to play hard when you're losing. Our boys were playing hard all season, which was impressive. We were horrible, but toward the end I saw dramatic improvement and Brad began nailing picks. A solid nucleus to build from. I see that paying off in the future

No one will mistake Dan Campbell for Tom Landry or Bill Walsh, yet Vince Lombardi or Bill Parcels ...oh YOU KNOW IT BABY! YOU FEEL IT BABY!
The team is all in and this town is all in #DanTheMan

1st half of the video is a piece I was thinking someone needs to do. Then you expanded a bit which is good. Here’s an idea. Put together a montage of Dan Campbell on Dan Campbell, like him giving credit to BJ for the pass to Sewell. That’s just playing funny in your face MCDC. Would love to see it.

That would be a good idea. Lol. Yeah, this is when I was first toying around, so it’s a little amateur.

Enjoyed this a lot. I agree with you for the most part. I think Dan is getting tested right now because of the poor offensive showing the last two weeks but, more importantly, the awful defense that has been there since the bye. He has to figure this out and tough decisions will have to be made, especially regarding AG and general philosophy. I think the problem is a combination of philosophy/scheme and a lack of talent in key areas. Injuries to CJGJ, Moseley and Houston really hurt this defense. The defensive ends, other than Hutchinson, have been a huge disappointment. If they want this division and to win a home playoff game, they have to fix it. Let's see what happens in New Orleans.

Yes, the defense has been an issue. The offense has been struggling a bit as well, which is surprising. I have no doubt they will bounce back. They had 3 games in 11 days, so I’m sure they were just tired and unprepared

Leadership is making the most of the players you have such as Decker and Ragnow. Leadership is working hard to develop the talent you believe enough to draft: Barnes misses a big opportunity for a safety on Dak in Dallas yet what an interception in the TB playoff game. Leadership is not backing down while keeping your players prepared!
There will NO BACKING DOWN IN Santa Clara today in the NFC Championship Game! #DanTheMan will encourage his team to leave it ALL OUT ON THE FIELD and let the chips fall where they may...
Otherwise off-season I expect the Lions will draft a DT like Univ of Washington's high motor guy so long as his courage and football IQ and character checks out.
Given the injuries to Ragnow I also will not be surprised if the Lions draft a strong center.l
The overwhelming needs at both corners ...free agency? ...draft? Holmes and Co. will be on it for sure...
