Exactly what I needed. I was frustrated that there was no CC or BCC option already embedded in the Mail Merge feature in Word. I hadn't thought of making an outgoing email rule to compensate until seeing this! Thanks for not only pointing me in the right direction, but providing such detailed steps to follow as well.

1. You can put a WeTrasfer link in the email text. WeTransfer can have as many documents as you wish. And you can have different attachments for each email recipient.
2. That isn’t possible, as far my knowledge is concerned.

Thank you, this is really helpful. My only question is, does the person cc'ed then get the same email 500 times? I need to send out at email to 150 people with someone cc'ed, but I don't know if that means that person will then be emailed 150 times.

Hi, I did the same thing,, create rule and everything. However, every time I was sending email thru mail merge in MS word, the cc is not working and the only recipient is the email address included in the excel file.. What do u think is the problem?

Good video and explanation. Although you've mentioned adding people to BCC, there's no option for it in the Outlook rules, only CC.

Yeah my bad. I shouldn't have mentioned BCC. We cannot add recipients in BCC through this method.

I think that this actually doesn't add cc on mail it is forward sent e-mail also to user in rule list because it is execute after sending.

If you wish to have a different cc list, you will have to create multiple sheets and apply unique rule for every sheet
Hi, I don't see rules wizard on Mac on the latest Outlook version - My rules manager looks quite different and It doesn't have the option to apply to messages I send - can you help me? Thank you!

Skye kam in outlook, you can have stacked and separate emails, depending on the settings

Try typing that email manually in the global address book. If you are not sure how to do it, let me know

I don't believe so. I think this just forwards the copy of the email on to the group. It mimics a BCC more than a CC.

good one. got what i wanted partly. I have two emails in my address list. I was trying to sending email to email1 and cc of that to email2 given i the same record. that is, i was addressing the email to the student and wanted copy of that to his parent. could not. I tried to create a field with emails seperated by semi colon. did not work! In gmail i could even send seperate files as attachments. which is not possible here.

You CC options only help for unique ID in CC what of we have list of users with TO and CC.
@@goleshekhar as far as I understood your question, you want to copy different people in CC. Well, the solution is to prepare multiple spreadsheet and apply mail merge every time you need different people copied as CC. Hope you get it. Let me know if you have any questions
is it possible to send a mail merge "on behalf" of someone who delegated you? And, also cc people?
The email will be from your account, unless you have access to the account credentials of the person delegating the responsibility to you. Of course people can be cc'd. Hope this helps
