I think that this actually doesn't add cc on mail it is forward sent e-mail also to user in rule list because it is execute after sending.

Good video and explanation. Although you've mentioned adding people to BCC, there's no option for it in the Outlook rules, only CC. Do you have any workaround for it? Cheers.
