Hi there, this product is really good so far! Thanks for your hard work. Question: Is it possible to have pictures populated into the body of the email? Ideally, this would include different pictures for different recipients. I tried adding the file name and format type to an excel sheet cell to be populated in the body of the email, but it only appeared as the file name/format, rather than the actual picture. What do you think?

As an update, SecureMailMerge support indicated a direct image cannot be added at this time, but a many-to-one mail merge would be a good way to build a table from the mail merge template.

Thank you for the videos, but I'm having an issue, the 'add files' button isn't working: my files have the same titles as the spreadsheet and i keep trying to upload them, but its stuck on "the following files are still missing" I tried starting over multiple time but I'm still facing the same issue, any recommendations?

You have to make sure your spreadsheet contains the filename and the extension. If you only have the filename it won't find the file in the folder you select. If that doesn't solve, reach out to help@securemailmerge.com

I'm trying to use this at the same time using Yesware in outlook, but anytime i use SEcureMailMerge, the emails are not tracked via Yesware even though i have Yesware add-in installed and checked to track emails. any ideas?

SecureMailMerge schedules the emails via the Microsoft Graph API - I can't say it Yesware supports that, but you could ask them if there's a workaround when emails are sent via the API and not via Outlook.

I can't seem to find the add-in on either the web or application version of the outlook? Where else do I find the SecureMailMerge?
