Thank you for such a thorough video. I just purchased the same Magnum Project Painter Plus, and the electrical cord that plugs into the wall is only about 7 inches long. The electrical cord is much longer in all the videos I watched on this same machine. I'm going to return this back to Lowes.

Thanks for a very comprehensive review, plus the bonus roller attachment, which I wasnt even aware could be purchased. I need to repaint a few sheds & really dread painting with a roller since I mashed up my shoulder, so have been eyeing various paint sprayers.

Thanks for the information, I'm looking at picking something like this up instead of their hand held unit. You did a great job explaining how to use and care for this sprayer.

This paint sprayer works great. It does suck up the paint fast and you do waste quite a bit when you start it up and clean it.

Hey buddy ☺️ You can the unscrew the tip of the gun and turn the pressure down…then spray along the side of the bucket in 30-40 degree angle and it won’t spray back at you. Plus it makes the start up faster…☺️

I'm curious about the long-term investment. Graco recommends no more than 50 gallons per annual year, I'm projecting to be spraying that every 2 months

It holds up well if cleaned properly, but if damage does occur wear parts are readily available.so far I haven't replaced anything but the tips.

This is the consumer version, there is a beefier version.

How bad was overspray when you were spraying inside your garage?

I would not recommend that, I was careless. When painting inside with these machines everything you don't want to paint must be masked or covered up. The spray is thick and heavy and a good face mask is required. It will ruin your clothes as well. Cover things up and wear the right gear, don't be lazy like me..

Next time glue the box edges, put the face frame on with 1" 1/4 staples, clamp any finished ends.

I can tell you by experience this is a piece of crap. Constantly clogs even with thinning paint. Stay away from this one. If you want to stop every ten minutes to work on it then this is the equipment for you. The very first day mine stopped in the middle of a paint job, went in and out, I had to take it apart about 5 times in an hour. I wouldn't put this one on my worst enemy. I'm heading back to Lowes for my money back as it didn't even get through 2 12x15 rooms.
