- So make sure you go to www.Xhorsevvdi.com or just type on google you’re machine and it will take you to their website to download the upgrade kit. Make sure you turn off you’re anti virus software or it will not allow you to download this upgrade kit to fix you’re machine. My video shows you what you need for the most part. Each machine is different hope this helps.

You have a chip key correct? And did you use another chip key or no for your ignition

How big of hole did you drill and was the hole straight down or on a bit of an angle? My 2018 just did this and I have parts coming tmrw for it. Key wont go to on position to get cylinder out. -46 right now

Did you replace the switch or just the wafers? And if u replace the switch do you have to program the new switch?
Shouldn't have too, but if there's separate keys the immobilizer wouldn't read the chip inside the new key so you'd need to keep the original key by the ignition everytime you go to start it or program the new set of keys
To get the ignition out what position does the key have to be in

In the ignition theres “wafers” little metal pieces that keep the ignition from turning they all have a tiny number on them and that number is the depth of the cut on the key so when you put your key in that wafer falls in place on the cuts of the key and make all the wafers light up straight letting the ignition turn over.. if that makes sense to you
