pity sad judgment by supreme court. The owner will leave all work and pay lawyers fees, tarik pe tarik and no result. Law should be made simple and quick atleast for these matters. Same for cheque bounce cases tarikh pe tarikh. supreme court judge should step into common man shoes and feel the pain loss of time money and energy. Hope some supreme court judge read this comment.

Dear sir kindly advice, if tenant has evicted/vacated without giving rent,electricity bill,gas bill & now is in denial mode that i don't have money ,will pay you when I'll get money etc. Keep on making excuses and it has been 5-6 months since he vacated the place. Please advice how to recover the money in such scenario.

Sir I have been paying rent to my landlord via bank and sometimes by cash to his wife, daughters, son, and daughter-in-law as they all stay together. Every month my month is cleared. The landlord suddenly said oh you are confused, u don't remember your two months' rent, and he has no book records. I paid more again for 3 months' rent, previously he said, 2 months of 2021, and the present March rent of 2023. I transferred. Now this month April 10th, 2023, he said again 2 months' rent is pending ..Lol I told him how it can be possible every month for the last 3 years I am paying money every month. I paid April months rent and I didn't fall into his manipulative traps saying I didn't pay. He keeps saying I forgot and confused. The person who pays money never forgets. I usually pay between 18 to 20 of every month in cash. Can you tell me what I can do about it.

Now we are finding that she is getting divorce from her husband and the husband will give her 1 lakh 60 thousand rupees as maintenance or something and then she will clear our rent which is due for 5 months now. If we talk rudely to her as we are losing patience slowly, she is threatening us using vulgar words. From her lawyer we got to know that she will get the amount of money on 19th June but we are not sure if she will ultimately vacate the flat or not. We are feeling really helpless. Main toh agreement main Clause aise daalta hoon taaki is tarah sharif logo ko pareshan karne wala niyam mera kuch nahi kar sake.

Most of the society will ask for some charge if you are giving your apartment for Rent, as you are earning from that flat and not using is for your self. This has become very common in most of the buildings in Mumbai. Also society decides whom to give flat for rent, they don't allow single women, students etc.(not in all cases though)

Kirayedar kiraya na de aur makaan malik ko cheat kare toh ye cheating ka hi case hain. Issme zaroor saza honi chahiye.
