I'm running the standard pipe with a Gabro standard map, keeps the exhaust valve open when in gear. That for me was a really good compromise. Maybe down the line I'll do the Akra and race map. And likewise, the fuelling is heaps better than standard.

@@xodas.same question - website is in French. What dealer was helpful with the access to the PADS system, I assume the ECU is just a download or did the actually send you the Aprilia race ECU as hardware? Thanks
Hi Paul it was bikebiz - my least favourite dealer of all time- however Deep(service manager) is excellent and he helped me a lot- they are lucky to have him. It was just software.
Just got my 2023 Tuono V4 Factory I have 500miles on the clock now first change will be the exhaust XODAS can you elaborate a bit more on the slip on Akar. and also was the up map part of the slip on package or did you have to pay extra for it thanks
@@iansm1000r I’ll do a complete side by side review next week, they are v different bikes, stay tuned. I’m likely to sell simply so I can get a new bike to review, I recycle the collection regularly, if I had the space I’d keep them All!

Yeah I had valve open previously and it sounded great!
Pro tip. Frequent wheelies will cause any nuts or screws dropped into the exhaust to fall out. Sounds perfect btw!

Hi James it was through French online store NRBIKE. Dealer sends them the CPU details, they send the race mode flash, pretty easy.

Yeah it was the Aprilia endorsed Akra which came with the tune so price was inclusive
The tune is 600 up charge at the dealer
