Cell phones and cameras are really messing with criminals. So much to remember.
I was convinced he did it already but today I was really really convinced
He loved his family like he loved his financial victims 🙄
Yesterday he was a 'disgraced' former attorney, but today he's a 'former renowned' attorney. Why?
I don't care how much money I would make as an attorney, there is no way I could defend a murderer!!!
Thanks for breaking down all of this for us folks who can't watch all of this all day. It's nice to have the daily recap! Y'all do a great job.
His goose is cooked. He WAS at the kennels, when he said he wasn't.
You guys are framing this all wrong. He didn't kill his wife and child to garner sympathy. He killed them in revenge. His wife was trying to divorce him and his son was going to stand trial for recklessly driving their boat while intoxicated and killing a girl. His family legacy was crumbling before his eyes and he lashed out in revenge to people he thought were responsible.
Watching someone with a law degree make these "errors" is so beautiful for the victims.
Play it at whatever speed you want. He still said: I did'm so bad.
It ties back to Alex because he lied. He was at their location and was and recorded there. He also wiped out the calls to Maggie, leaving only the call to Rogan in his phone. Why would he do that? Mehta logical reason could he have to n two separate things ntetviews to say he was napping when he was with them both? He didn’t know Snapchat was recording his voice, obviously, or he’d have said he was with them after dinner instead of telling the authorities he didn’t see them at all until he found them dead, later.
Call me babe = Our relationship was glorious, just how Scott Peterson described his relationship!
Slow version is harder to understand than the original speed of recording !
He had to get rid of his son because of the civil lawsuits by the ppl that were on the boat plus the girl that was killed. Paul had no money and it was Alex's boat. Then, his wife was going to divorce him (can't wait for that to come out) and then the crap went down at the law office that day about him embezelling money from the firm. He was mad crazy and played the role and killed the two ppl who would mess him up. I believe his siblings have covered up for him. I have looked at the financials, don't tell me that Maggie did not know and John Marvin! Paul was a HUGE liability! Buster, he is still a question mark as a helper! Can't rule out any of the Murdough family!
If he was willing to have himself shot, I wouldn’t put it past him to hire someone to go after his family. Unfortunately they didn’t mess up. It still would take the light off him and gain him the sympathy he so desired. Either he did it or had it done
I think He killed her in rage and jealousy over the texts she was receiving as they were separated and he asked her to meet them there and then he took Paul’s gun away from him maybe struggling with him over it when Paul got his gun to protect his mother. He threw Maggie’s phone away in the ditch. He cleaned up and changed clothes.
So far, I see Reasonable Doubt. I did not expect to feel that way at this point.
his defense is paper thin. And his prison cell is being prepped.
Was there a insurance policy on the wife and son? That seems to be more of a motive….. he needed the payout for his debt and drug habit.
When is the most dangerous time in a marriage? When a spouse leaves or gets divorce papers (and/or sues for child custody although that does not apply in this case).
