Fantastic cook Matt! I'm glad you're back and feeling better, we missed ya. I could eat 5 gallon bucket of those fajitas, they looked so good. Have a great weekend brother and keep on feeling better 👍👍
Glad your back. Nice cook brother, I'm getting ready to cook the family a big breakfast with all the fixings. Thanks for the video and GRIDDLE ON DUDE.
The Blackstone Boss is back! Glad to see you're feeling better, Huss. Thanks for another awesome video. I could almost taste those fajitas through the screen! Take care, buddy!
Mathew... So glad to see that you seem to be on the mend. I fixed Flank Steak Fajitas for supper last night my self. But I must say you had a bid more veggies in your cook. I only had red and yellow bell peppers and onions in mine. I will have to remember to get some of the extra veggies and stuff for the next time I cook fajitas. Your use of chicken and steak together was a great idea. I will save this video to my Blackstone Cooking playlist.
Good meal my friend.. Mexican food. Seems to be very popular on you tube. THANK YOU FRANK FROM MONTANA.. PS hope you and yours have a great EASTER. Take care my friend....
Glad you're up and at 'em, Matthew. I love fajitas. I like those same diet portions. Fill the tortilla, then add some more. It's the right thing to do. Good show.
Holy #$%@! I just the blackstone with air fryer and warming drawer like 2/3 weeks ago. Game changer for cooking. I cooked your fajitas just chicken followed your recipe except added mushrooms was all gone food and pictures were amazing friends were like when we coming over! Thanks Hussey you got a viewer from here on out!
Enjoy all of your videos. The prep trays used in this video for the chicken and steak, where are these located or site for purchase. Thanks for the information and have a great Easter weekend.
Yes Sir. Mighty fine looking “Good Groceries”. Sorry y’all were so sick. That’s some terrible stuff went through my house about 6 months ago. Glad y’all are feeling better. Just be sure to keep that germ 🦠 on your side of the state. Lol.
I wanted to ask, when you put on the oil on the griddle before the vegetables, is the griddle pre-heated or do you put the oil on then heat the griddle?
I love this one here. It’s an instaread and IR built into one package. It’s my favorite for sure. Thermoworks Thermapen IR - www.thermoworks.com/Thermapen-IR?tw=mhussey
Where did you get those silicone trays you have your vegetables and meat in. I’m assuming they are silicone. Regardless where did you get them. Perfect size
Now that's one good looking fajita. Looks better than a restaurant to me. Plus you know exactly what it's going to turn out like.I would much rather cook my own food anymore because I am always disappointed by restaurant quality food anymore. Nice job!👍
Looks great but if I made make a couple of suggestions: 1-use green bell pepper. Especially if you use lime. Why? Lime is very sweet. The bell peppers you used were also sweet. While it make be different levels of sweetness, it takes away from the meat. 2-use lemon. Why? Same as point one, lime is sweet. You’re using sweet bell pepper. This will bring down the sweetness and take your fajitas to another level of deliciousness. 3-add some poblano to your fajitas. It is fantastic. Why? Because it’s delicious. Especially charred. 4-You’re using beef powder (bouillon), have you tried beed tallow? I make mine at home and it really brings out the beefy flavor you want. Plus it helps to season your grill. While it is true that it isn’t a neutral flavored oil like avocado oil, but it really jazzes up most dishes. Especially eggs and any beef you could have. Just a few thoughts. You can try if you’d like. But I would really focus on the use of lemon. I know a lot of places use lime (especially northern states), but I think you’re really missing out on some great flavors.
Beef powder and chicken powder, since I made your beef n noodles,I am sold on these powders!!! Made a chicken n noodles just like your beef, added carrots and celery!! DAMN er DARN GOOD GROCERIES, BOY!!!
Just making sure I’m not missing something. Beef and chicken powder is bouillon - correct? We always said bouillon if it is. Fajitas looked killer. Thank you.

I wanted to ask, when you put on the oil on the griddle before the vegetables, is the griddle pre-heated or do you put the oil on then heat the griddle?
Yes, it is always pre-warmed before. Be good to do that on a low heat.
