I just want to say thank you to you and Shan for all the recipes over the years. As a young married couple who are just starting out, we use many of your recipes in our daily cooking. We don't always have the same ingredients but still good eating for us. We appreciate y'all from our family to yours. Take care
Me encantan las chicken fajitas. Me encanta este tipo de cocina, me hace recordar las reuniones familiares haciendo parrilladas en mi país Venezuela 🇻🇪. Muchas gracias y bendiciones
The color you put on that chicken is amazing and makes this a cut above other chicken fajita recipes I've seen. You're a maestro, cowboy. Your dad comedy is also on another level lol! I'm gonna be singing "take my seniorita to get a fajita" all day now! P.S. I'm luvin your all's new outdoor setup. Looks really good brother. God bless you all (puppers too).
So profound, you need chicken and fajita in a chicken fajita, love your sense of humor. Your dedication to these videos, you'd not get me out there cooking in 40-degree weather.
It takes a lot of time and effort to make videos and I respect people for doing that. You and your wife make my day when I'm sad at work...I watch the channel Ty Ty ty❤
Hello there from Newcastle England.. We are now enjoying chicken fajitas thanks to you, I always used to cook them in a different way and usually overcooked them until tonight and they tase absolutely splendid !
Whiskey jack your right.. Patron saint of cowboys .. Prince of Cast iron.. And the mayor of all good times.. Rollins family Respected greatly in Ontario Canada..True North 🇨🇦
I hope some day to be able to live a life like you all. Much respect, prayers, and support from Indiana. Thanks so much for teaching us and also making it fun. As someone in their early 40's I'm starting to find out I should have listened. It's wonderful people like yourselves that will help carry self sufficiency, tradition, and knowledge for us that want to learn for years to come. So much more than a cooking show. There are real life lessons to be learned from this gentleman. How to interact with others and animals, how to speak with intelligence and respect, love for others, respect for all that gods done. THANK YOU Mr. Cowboy Ken and family. ✌️🌲
OMG. My favorite Fajitas of all time I’m saving this video so I can purchase just the right spices and pulverize my own! What a great way to cook and keep that chicken juicy and tender. I’m buying all these ingredients today so Thursday is Fajitas Night! I love yer large heavy pan; what is it made of? Your energy and dance moves are always wonderful to watch! Gotta give the dogs a treat! Thanks fer being you!
I absolutely love the recipes on this channel, and I can watch and listen to Cowboy Kent all day. He is so positive and just adorable!!! I truly enjoy watching each and every episode. Thank you! 😊
You are one of a kind and one of many. Every rural community seems to have someone similar, if less talented culinarily, but I love that you are out there for everyone to see, learn from, and wish they could know.
Again, success again!! You two make such a great pair and these recipes are fun. and we love fajitas with chicken thighs. There is nothing better than veggies cooked on the griddle or in the cast iron to bring the entire recipe come together. Totally enjoyed.
Every time I watch you cook , I need to remember not to eat first because I always get hungry again watching you cook ! Thank you for sharing another great recipe to try out !
Kent, I'm not sure if I'm doing this right, but one of my favorite videos is your biscuit and gravy video. I actually use that biscuit recipe as my go to when making them. One of my favorite parts of the video, is when you were going to add the sugar, but it was "over yonder" in the car. Then the "pie, crumb, cutter deal." Then having to use what you have at hand, and making do, when you run off and leave the biscuit cutter at home. The fun you have doing the videos each week, making sure your fans are not only entertained, but come away with a fantastic recipe that can be shared with family and friends. I've used several of your recipes for family gatherings, and they are always a big hit. That also gives me a chance to share your channel. Thank you, and Shannon for doing such a fantastic with your content!! That's how you smash that 2 million subscriber mark. Congratulations to you and your staff, on that awesome milestone!! Hope to make one of your events this year, so I can get (then), all 3 three of the cookbooks signed, and see, and hopefully taste the end results your outstanding craft. God Bless You All!!!
I love both chicken and beef Fajitas! Probably the number one choice when I go to a Mexican restaurant. Thank you Kent and Shan for sharing your recipe! This is GOLD!! God bless you two and the pups!
Cowboy Kent, you remind me of my grandpa, who was also from Oklahoma. Your episodes in your garden remind me of my great-grandpa who was a farmer and I can still remember his big garden.
We are having the chicken fajitas tonight with all the right ingredients. I’m really looking forward to them. Your Mexican recipes are our favorites. Thanks Shannon, oh and Kent too! The Mexican cake might be next. Thank you guys bunches from the Middle of PA.
They were OUTSTANDING! We like them better than the steak fajitas, only because steak can be hit or miss on quality around here. We just need to put a little more effort into that I guess. We used skinny chicken (thin) and cut them about 3/4” in width.
Mr. Kent, I've accrued so many of your recipes I don't know where I'm gonna put em all. Thank you sir. This old buzzard sure loves your stuff. I hope you keep up the great work. The wife and I love your videos.
Kent, you and Shan have become family. I wait for the next video by trying out the recipe featured in it. I save them to my favorites list. I will say that most of what I do watch them for is the laughter and love that is shared. Thank you both!
Do love your new hat, I want a good hat like yours, I guess I coming over to your place to get measured. I never seen precooking chicken in foil to make it moist, but will try. I cook in a Green Egg and my chicken is always good and moist. I not a fan of bell peppers, or should I say the bell pepper is not a fan of me, but I do use a lot of different types of chilis that I grill up and add to the onions. Fur babies do add a whole lot to life and yes I still my two huskies after walking them this morning in -9 degrees.
Interesting. I normally cook fajiitas at a much higher temp, on cast iron on the stovetop, but this look like a good thing to try. I usually use habaneros in mine, the flavor is so nice, my favorite pepper for sure.
Mr. Rollins has knocked another one out of the park! That is a definite give it a try recipe! Around our house, our Tunafish Sandwiches have turned into Cowboy Kent’s Tuna Melts. Unbelievably good. Same with our Sloppy Joe’s. We now call them Clean Kent’s because the pan is always empty when we make them. Sure enjoyed our visit out to the restaurant last summer. The food was great and were looking forward to another visit.
Outstanding! Love all those veggies in there. I add just a little cheese inside then grill it, like you did in the backyard a while back. Grill mark it crisp then top with lettuce, sour cream, and salsa! OH YUM! Better have a 2 liter of cola and ice handy to round out the feast!
I have found that Kent's mesquite seasoning is my favorite amongst so many seasonings I've tried throughout the years. Not saying many others aren't good mind you many, many are good.
Love ancho peppers. I grow them to dry and always have them fresh in season for customers who stop in and ask what are the peppers they need for grillin'.
Slightly off topic but, ice storm knocked out our power for a day or two here. We’re drinking hot coffee and eating good home cooked meals ‘cause I learned how to cook outdoors from Cowboy Kent and Shannon. Many thanks to y’all!❤
Lamission in midland texas got the best restaurant fajitas in texas. Put it in your bucket list people. I love fajitas! The meat is so juicy, someone with no teeth can put them away so easy!
The best way to cook fajitas is on a discada or disk cooker. I have been doing Friday Fajitas for years on mine. I usually just do green chile or habinero but I am going to have to try your seasoning.
Dear Kent and Shannon, This is Meg, I'm still in America. Those have to be the best looking Chicken Fajitas I have ever seen. I only whish I had a wood fire grill and smoker because that looks like one of the best meals you've ever made
