- Some days I like to prepare for the week with reflection! Persistence is overrated and we need to breathe, float, listen to nature and go within.
Making these videos take some of the joy out of it. As they can get exhausting but when I think about the thousands of people who will benefit from them I feel like my efforts are necessary.
