Hey Leshaun! I don't know how l missed this vlog. I lived abroad for years and yes l had to adjust a few things but l worked it out. I plan to move back overseas in the couple of years. I really appreciate your honesty, realistic approach to live and transparency.

Some people might not have food in the fridge because they may not cook. They may have their meals delivered, or eat out. When I worked certain jobs or places I never cooked. I just purchased breakfast and lunch near my job. I personally don't mind cooking, but sometimes there's not enough time.
Yeah but no because I’ve seen this from influencers who are doing cooking demos or somethings related to and still when they go to put something in the refrigerator or the freezer during the video there’s nothing else in there, lol

Oh that’s great hon. I’m sure we will run into each other. You should join my KoFi for a more personal way to stay in touch. Also my advice… even though I know you didn’t ask for it I’m going to give you my two cents so here it is… Stay away from nosy ass people in those groups and don’t be trusting people just because you share the same skin color as them. I feel what you mean about grocery shopping. Even moving across the US from one region to another, I've gone through that. Some states don't have certain grocery stores because it's more of a regional or local thing. Moving from the West Coast back to the Gulf Coast twice now, I've had to adapt to the grocery thing a few times, especially being a West Coast/Bay Area girl.
That said, those cabinets are so WIDE!😂😂😂 like how big do those builders think grocery items or dishes are?
Two final things, because I feel I'm being a bit long winded....
1: Anytime I hear "multi-tool" I immediately think of Multi-Pass from The 5th Element. 🤣🤣
2: only time my fridge is totally empty is when I'm moving in or moving out, OR I've evacuated for a hurricane and cleaned out the fridge after a power outage. It's weird seeing "clean with me" videos and the fridge is spotless and empty. Like, do they live there?
Girl, I’m laughing so hard at this comment 😂 yes you are so right those clean with me videos drive me absolutely nuts that’s why I had to address it because you know me I have to keep it real!
And yes you are so right about the groceries and honestly when I started adding up what my groceries cost… I’m glad I shipped them because it would’ve cost me a grip to replace all of that and some of it I would’ve had to have had shipped internationally and you know with customs fees I would’ve spent a ton!

It’s too expensive the cost for international things day charge you so much more. And then there are custom’s fees.
What company did you use for moving?
I moved myself. But I hired a company to ship some of my other items

Yes, I can tell you that the video I did where I talked about being scammed by MOVERS I put the information in the description his name is Luis and you would have to reach out to him to find out what shipments he has coming this way from that way.

Do you have to use filtered water, or clean your tap water? I watched a RUclipsr yesterday who recently moved to Merida and she said the water in her community had fecal contamination, so they don't drink the water. She purchases drinking water. She said the water is useable if they clean it with a little bleach.
Yes, if you looked at this video that you’re commenting under you see on my counter, there is a Berkey sitting right there clear as day. I get drinking water, but I triple filter it through my Berkey. I don’t even drink the water out of the bottle I cook with that since I know it’s going to be heated up to a high degree. But anything cold or room temp is filtered through my Berkey because even the bottled water sits in the heat in those trucks and it gets hot here and I don’t trust that the BPA may not be leaking back into the water. They tell you that things aren’t contaminated, but that also happens in America, so if you think you can get away with drinking the water there then good luck. The only place I drink water from the tap is New York City.
@@LESHAUNWILL I did look at the video. That doesn't mean I'm watching to see everything in your house. I watched it for your commentary. Thank you for responding and answering my question. The water system in my area is pretty advanced and well monitored. We get news coverage and phone notifications if they even feel like there is a possibility that there is contamination. I don't drink tap water, but I use it to cook and bathe. I asked because I wondered if people there had to have external way of cleaning the water before bathing or if it was suitable to bathe, just not drink. You answered my main question though. Thanks.
The algorithm will kick you down if you don't do lives 3× a week or post videos. Maybe come on and do story time or hot topics or look at houses🤦🏾♀️,skip if no car..just something with lives😂. This new world we live in likes Mess and Makeovers. That's taking over the algorithm and tv show reviews.
Thanks for the tips! The problem is I am doing other things to bring in money and seeing as this RUclips thing brings in about $100 a month and I really cannot dedicate that much time to doing videos three times a week so that’s why I try to do a video and then go live on the weekend since I don’t have to edit the lives. A lot of people don’t realize how much work goes into creating these videos. That particular video you just watched was three days worth of production. From start to finish and that’s only if I remember to turn my camera on 😂
