In this video I am giving a quick review of the 18-135mm STM telephoto lens from Canon. This has been one of my favorite lenses, and it makes for a great lens to walk around and take photos or videos with. It would be a great lens to take on a weekend trip or vacation to get some great photos with.

I bought this lens in December 2017. Perhaps this is the best all-purpose lens Canon has ever produced. This STM version is fantastic. When I go somewhere and shoot anything and everything; just slap it on my 7D and enjoy shooting. I also own full-frame and APS-H cameras however, none of those has dedicated all-purpose lens like this. The 24-105mm is great however, not as versatile as the 18-135mm STM. Perhaps it’s nicely weather-sealed as well because, my five year old copy doesn’t have the slightest fungus in it. Sure, I do preserve this and all other lenses in air-tight boxes containing silica gel.
Nothing like this lens.
