I just started running, did you ever experience calve pain? If so, what did you do to help with that problem?
Do you plan on running the marathon on feel or do you have pace/HR targets in mind? Good luck on Saturday!
Im hoping to find a sweet spot between 9:00-10:00 min/miles. It’s my 1st time so I don’t wanna go crazy, but if everything is on my side, I’d love to shoot closer to a 9 min average, but we’ll see!
