Love to see you go for a record in hollow body hold! A guy on Recordsetter did 13 minutes, and Alicia Weber did 31 minutes leg lift only hold at 12 inches. But I think your muscles and toughness are perhaps even greater. Hope you try. And make it official like the L sit.

I just do the alphabet in cursive see how far I can get, and when it’s the single leg variation I make sure to do it mirrored on the left side so everything is balanced.
