This is so true. I dumped all my cosmetics and stopped wearing pants when the Holy Spirit convicted me of them. I used to live a double minded life, i thought God doesn't care about my dressing but the Holy Spirit rebuked me. I started reading my Bible everyday, and every time i read it, i would sob because i found myself guilty of being rebellious to God. I was so selfish and did not want to serve God the way he wanted. I thought i had it all up until the Holy Spirit arrested me one day. Now i dress strangely in the eyes of the world but to God, i am his precious jewelry. I thank God to have known the truth in his word. I did all the rebellion because i never read the Bible frequently and had no fellowship with the Holy Spirit.

AMEN!!!! I am a NYS licensed Cosmetologist and the LORD has been teaching me about the marine kingdom. I had to get rid of and stop wearing all jewelry, heels, braids, wigs, weaves, hair color, pants, & makeup. I've cleared out most 95% & now will no longer provide any hair services that consist of adding hair and nor changing the hair texture whether temporary or permanent. Not even blow drying at this point. I've been natural for 4 years now since the LORD revealed to me, I do NOT trust him with my hair. I CUT IT ALL OFF & began trusting him fully since then. It's to my bra strap but I will begin to wear my curly afro soon as my edges finish filling in. YES GOD IS NOT PLAYING WITH US! I'm still cleaning up shop & will never look back when I'm done. Now I still wear a lot of colors and makeup and stuff, sometimes I still do wear a little bit of a liner and mascara, and I wear my jewelry still, but I wear my jewelry for spiritual significance as a reminder of God's word. Each color of a bracelet I wear symbolizes a fruit of the spirit Spirit that's what it means to me so now I don't wear jewelry out of just what it looks like anymore it has to have some kind of meaning or significance to it. I think we have to be careful not to cross over into legalism. In all things we should be modest (clothing, hair, make-up, etc )but to think a woman can only be holy without them is extreme. Holiness starts in our renewed spirit and God will guide you in knowing what is extreme and what is not.
Well unfortunately for you, your mind is not renewed according to the word of God, Romans 12:1-2; his image and likeness is not worldly. Legalism is what you want to use as an excuse from the world which has nothing at all to do with God. His standards are higher than man's. God is always speaking to people, just like this video. You reject the Holy Spirit trying to convict you to change and then cry "legalism"! But you will cry and hell if you continue in sin. No attorney will rescue you. And even though God had been warning me with a still small voice (in retrospect I now know it's God), I convinced myself that it couldn't possibly be God, it must be the devil trying to use legalism to keep me in bondage. But I kept having this unsettling thought that "what if I die and then I realize that I've made a terrible mistake" - by then it'll be too late. It was as if my peace was taken away... Then another thought came "You're not worshipping a dead god, but a living God that talks to His children, why not ask Him if what these people are saying about outward holiness is true." You see, by this time, I had got to the point where I was ready to let go of all these things (makeup, jewelry, wigs,weaves, trousers...) as long as it doesn't mean I'm walking in legalism. And then I started to seek God in prayer. And God answered. All the questions I had in my mind about why these things are wrong and should be a big deal to Him, He directed me to the answers. After this I threw away all these stuff , and gradually changed my wardrobe. This is my story. Note: Mind you before this, I used to believe in modesty and using all these in moderation...not knowing that it didn't matter. I was still heading towards hell because of them.

I grew up in the Pentecostal faith and at the end of the day, if you let all of that go, but still commit other sins, it's still an issue. I grew up in a Holiness church where we did it all the way, no pants in church, no make up, no worldly things, no going to the movies etc....... Accept Jesus as your personal savior and believe he died on the cross for our sins, repent and live as Christ like as you can, read your word. Get an understanding for yourself and talk to God. I grew up in a church where we had shut ins and fasted and prayed and worshiped for three days straight, no food, no water, no TV, no telephone.

Even my mentor that I had for years told me on yesterday that women will not go to hell for wearing pants and that Jesus wore long dresses. I stopped wearing weave over a year ago, me, my sister and mother all threw away our makeup a couple days ago. My mother is 52 years old and has finally been convicted to stop perming her hair. I think insecurity is apart of it as well, we do these things to enhance our beauty when we’re already naturally beautiful as Yahs creation. In the book of Enoch it talked about how the fallen angels taught women the beautifying of the eyelids (makeup). One book that really broke down the evil behind makeup was a book by David C Packe on the hidden meaning of makeup.

What about Esther in the Old Testament? She went through a beauty makeover and they styled her etc… I see nothing wrong with fashion or makeup as long as your motivation is pure and it’s not an idol.
Read the story again. The women of the other countries who were not Jews, were given sweet odours, etc. (Esther 2:12-15). Esther required none of those things. You see nothing wrong with fashion, makeup etc. but, God sees it as sin, and idolatrous. Your opinion means nothing to God. Obedience is his law. Break it, and suffer eternal judgement. It is wrong for any of us to cover over what God made perfect in his image and likeness. Women wear cosmetics, fashions, etc. to attract, get attention, be prideful, arrogant, flamboyant, followers of the masses. Like tattoo the body when God commanded his people then, and now, not to mark the body. If you think you can stand before the throne of God like you are now, just do it.

God spoke to me one day clearly, and he said, "Will you give to me the daily sacrifice" I said yes, and then he said "I want you to give up makeup". It wasnt easy, but I know that it pleases God.

The Lord told me years ago as a teen to stop wesring weaves and braids and i haven't looked back since. This gave me an opportunity to grow my natural hair and its never been this healthy all my life.
Is it possible to wear the precious jewels that God created and still remain true to God? God has always used gold and precious stones in His word to us. He described New Jerusalem as a bride adorned for her husband. They are those who wear clothes that are not modest, also the piercing tattoo. Those are some of the things that goes against God's plan for us, not wearing bracelet or earrings and chains. anything can be used to misrepresent God in our lives, it's not just the gold etc. God gave His children the power to get wealth; according to Deuteronomy 8:18. The garments of the priest were decked with gold Exodus 28. Those of us who love God; will appreciate His beautiful gifts of precious stones and use it for praise and for glory. Exo 28:40 It's not the jewelry it's us.
When you study the word of God, you read it in it's context with the Holy Spirit teaching you all things. God created precious jewels to decorate, non- human properties, or as in Exodus the Breastplate of judgement that the priest put on at certain times. They never wore jewelry as ornaments of decoration, or fashion as we do in the world. God wanted the priest to be holy in life and representation. No priest of God or real people of God wore jewelry after God gave the commandment not to. The children of Israel were stripped of all those things after they left Egypt. Only the sinners who got corrupted with idolatry, wore worldliness fashion. As today same thing is going on. Lucifer, the devil blinds minds to deceive them so they can disobey God, and go to hell.1Peter 3:3; tells you that no jewelry is acceptable to wear as people of God.

This is true and a struggle for myself. Denial and justification should be evidence enough of our own internal deciet and torment. Jeremiah 17:9 says The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? We fight for our "right" to wear what we like, what we deem as attractive because we lie even to ourselves. I constantly battle between wearing what feels true to biblical instruction, even what I would want to dress like without worldly influence including my husband's and the way I want to portray myself to the world. It just dawned on me that you sent your books out for free when most, almost 99% of people would have charged us for God's word. It is disheartening that most people in the body of Christ make us pay for what God has given them freely. They teach that godliness is gain and they make merchandise of the gospel and justify it saying that ministry cost money and that when we go to stores, we pay for that so why not pay for something like a book or a course that's valuable. They make us pay for classes, deliverance, master courses, mentorship, etc. many of them do it. But you did not sell your book and I pray you never do. NOBODY ON EARTH OR IN THE BODY OF CHRIST would give out their books, especially with highly valuable information like yours, for free. Even one sister that swears she preaches holiness up and down, wanted to sell her books God told her to write and she told us that she was convicted and that God wanted all of it to be free. She has done this before by selling books and I rebuked her . She was trying to buy a house with her books that God told her to write. She is still merchandising the gospel by having ads on her christian channel instead of trusting God to provide her needs. Once God showed me she was a tare and a false prophetess, i stopped following her. I exposed her on my channel as well. Everything I said can be backed up, she's a witch and a wolf in sheep's clothing. But I don't have enough words to express my gratitude and thanksgiving to you for the book and offering it for free because knowledge and truth is free, we should not have to pay for it. This is a very legalistic and judge mental point of view. Christianity taken this far to Judge people over what they wear is ridiculous. Like food or anything else, too much extravagance is not good, but a little self care and as long as a woman is modest, pants are not a sin. It’s this kind of chains. Geez who are you to say that? I’m being led into wearing skirts and dresses and, although it’s been extremely difficult for me, giving up most makeup now as well. I’ve only been a Christian for about two years now but I’m finding the lord is working on me step by step to walk more in a way he approves of. I was so sinful growing up and very promiscuous and very emotionally ill as I didn’t have a good or present dad and I was molested more than once as a very young girl, which destroyed me and led me into a very sick life in many ways. I’ve also dealt with some serious demonic attacks which didn’t stop until I accepted Christ as my savior and learned to call on him to free me and also using his name to rebuke them, even in my dreams. Hello, it seems in biblical days men wore knee length tunics or ankle length tunics which resembles what we call a dress today. The women also wore ankle length tunics/dress. I guess the point I'm trying to make is they wore the same thing as far as ankle tunics.
Research your history well. Men's and women's garments have always been separate and distinct. During biblical times, Jesus Christ and his disciples wore long men's garments to the ankles, distinct from the women in the ministry. Everyday women have always worn separate and distinct garments up until the 1920 s in Europe, and America. Women want to justify their desires to wear what pleases them. You can do that. Just be aware that God will not justify or change his commandments for any woman, man, or child. He said in Deuteronomy, as a command for women not to wear men's clothes, and men not to wear women's clothes because it is an abomination to God, and he will judge every soul for their sins. Mam, there's no scriptures that forbids women from wearing pants. The old testament laws says women shouldn't wear men's clothing, but pants aren't for only men. When jesus came, the laws of the old testament ended - Romans 10:4.
Yes, Jesus came to fulfill the law. All ceremonial laws have been eliminated. All moral laws stand forever. Example; God commanded man not to commit adultery in the Old Testament, but it continues as a moral law in the New Testament. Matthew 5:28, talks about men looking on women in lust, are commiting adultery in their heart. Jesus said that love is the fulfilling of the law; John 13:34. Therefore, if women are obeying God's commandment to love one another, and our neighbors, women would not cause men to sin by wearing garments designed for men, which exposes their shapes, and private parts greatly. Women in the generations before us never wore pants even during wars, freezing weather, etc., etc. Long garments in biblical days were clear and distinct for men and women. There is no way around God's word, but to obey it. People are used to doing what they want, even Christians are greatly comfortable in sin. Yet, they are perishing in hell rapidly for those sins.
The sad thing is people don't want to obey God's word. The laws are not done away with. We are to obey the commandments, laws, precepts and statues. Christ came to fulfill the law, not do away with it. People want to do what they want to and not what the Lord commands us to do. God said to choose life and live. Also: people in Africa sometimes refer to the word "pants" for under garments. That is not what this scripture means. You may call them "trousers" or pants, which are long outer garments that men wore originally. Women only began wearing them since the 1920 in Europe, and Africa, 1970 or 80's. Panties are under garments, not pants (trousers).
Another thing is that, if we pay attention, female children are so pure, they will show you what God wants (it's already installed in us to follow Him). Where is the scripture you quoted about the "faithfulness of a daughter of God"? Galatians 5:16 is clearly talking about SIN! It even names specific SINS of the flesh. One of which just happens to be lust of the flesh. Men lust after women mostly because of their ungodly, worldly appearance. Women do the same. Each commit sin against God who will judge all sin, I cannot judge. Only direct you to the truth of God's holiness which you are fighting against. When you study the Bible, read it ALL in context. Taking a verse out to wrap around your opinions is not the word of God. Galatians 5:16; tells us to walk in the Spirit, that is the Holy Spirit. You cannot walk in the Spirit while preaching against the word of God. That is blasphemy. It says you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh, like fornication, adultery, lying, stealing, murder, hatred, etc. If you walk in the Spirit, you will not do those things at all. I have stated many times in Deuteronomy 22:5; clearly God knows what the difference is between men and women's clothing. The world's ideas of modesty, are not God's plan for his people. Most, like yourself do not know, I understand. Please do not misinform people based upon your world view and not God's word. He will judge you for it. 1Peter 3:3. Thank you for the great question. Romans 3:23 is the scripture you are speaking of. In the book of Romans, the apostle Paul was speaking to the Roman citizens which included Jews and Greeks. Many of the Jews believed that they were not sinners based upon the Law from the first commandments. They believed that they were already righteous through physical circumcision covenant. Paul was telling them and the Greek or non- Jewish citizens that salvation through Jesus Christ is the only way to be righteous because Jesus Christ is the fulfillment of the Law. He was the perfect sacrifice for the sins of mankind. They sacrificed animals under the law because of the sins of Israel before Jesus came. When any sin was commited blood had to be shed through an animal to cover it by Gods commandment. Jesus gave his life for all mankind, once and for all so no one would perish under Gods eternal judgement. Every man, woman, and child must pass through Jesus Christ as the savior of the world, believe in him, accept him, and repent of the sins . So Romans 3:23 tells us that all human beings are sinners born through the seed of Adam. Sin fell upon every human being and until Jesus came and died for our sins we were destined for hell eternally. There is no difference if a person is a Jew by covenant, or a Greek, Gentile by any way. We are all sinners and have fallen short of the glory of God because sin removed Gods glory from us through Adam, and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Genesis 3, Read Romans chapter 1-3 and you can see the clear picture. Mankind are all sinners, and can only become righteous through the blood of Jesus Christ sacrifice through faith in him, and obedience to his word. God bless you with more understanding, and grace.

It's very hard to find modest dresses, most dresses are too revealing ( deep neck, backless, sleeveless ,tight ) or expensive 😭 I don wear jeans but with long tops ,I decided not to wear short tops. I pray that I can find modest clothes or skirts 🙏
Believe me, I am in America and have broken records trying to find decent dresses, and skirts that cover me correctly. Blouses are not easy to find either. The Holy Spirit led me to: newcreationapparel.com, which has a very good selection of modest skirts. I have purchased many. The cargo skirts get plenty of complements from women who wear pants. Also, Baby O Clothing has a lot of skirts and I think tops. I found a seemingly nice dress company although, I have not tried them yet. Emery Rose dresses, is the name. That is a disrespect to the creator. We do not spray perfume on fruits because they have a natural scent from God. In the Bible, only prostitutes used perfume to attract men. Even when the woman poured the costly fragrance oil upon Jesus before his crucifixion, she was anointing him for burial, not for making him smell attractive to any person. I don't believe that wearing pants is a sin however, I have convictions against wearing makeup and jewelry since I used to base my life on how beautiful I looked, and I needed to change that because outside beauty was become an idol for me but wearing pants, makeup, and jewelry is not sinful. This is so true. I dumped all my cosmetics and stopped wearing pants when the Holy Spirit convicted me of them. I used to live a double minded life, i thought God doesn't care about my dressing but the Holy Spirit rebuked me. I started reading my Bible everyday, and every time i read it, i would sob because i found myself guilty of being rebellious to God. I was so selfish and did not want to serve God the way he wanted. I thought i had it all up until the Holy Spirit arrested me one day. Now i dress strangely in the eyes of the world but to God, i am his precious jewelry. Now I still wear a lot of colors and makeup and stuff, sometimes I still do wear a little bit of a liner and mascara, and I wear my jewelry still, but I wear my jewelry for spiritual significance as a reminder of God's word. I think we have to be careful not to cross over into legalism. In all things we should be modest (clothing, hair, make-up, etc )but to think a woman can only be holy without them is extreme. Holiness starts in our renewed spirit and God will guide you in knowing what is extreme and what is not.

And even though God had been warning me with a still small voice (in retrospect I now know it's God), I convinced myself that it couldn't possibly be God, it must be the devil trying to use legalism to keep me in bondage.
But I kept having this unsettling thought that "what if I die and then I realize that I've made a terrible mistake" - by then it'll be too late.
It was as if my peace was taken away...
Then another thought came "You're not worshipping a dead god, but a living God that talks to His children, why not ask Him if what these people are saying about outward holiness is true."
You see, by this time, I had got to the point where I was ready to let go of all these things (makeup, jewelry, wigs,weaves, trousers...) as long as it doesn't mean I'm walking in legalism.
And then I started to seek God in prayer.
And God answered. All the questions I had in my mind about why these things are wrong and should be a big deal to Him, He directed me to the answers.
After this I threw away all these stuff , and gradually changed my wardrobe.
This is my story.
Note: Mind you before this, I used to believe in modesty and using all these in moderation...not knowing that it didn't matter. I was still heading towards hell because of them.

I grew up in the Pentecostal faith and at the end of the day, if you let all of that go, but still commit other sins, it's still an issue. I grew up in a Holiness church where we did it all the way, no pants in church, no make up, no worldly things, no going to the movies etc....... Accept Jesus as your personal savior and believe he died on the cross for our sins, repent and live as Christ like as you can, read your word. Get an understanding for yourself and talk to God. I grew up in a church where we had shut ins and fasted and prayed and worshiped for three days straight, no food, no water, no TV, no telephone.

Even my mentor that I had for years told me on yesterday that women will not go to hell for wearing pants and that Jesus wore long dresses. I stopped wearing weave over a year ago, me, my sister and mother all threw away our makeup a couple days ago. My mother is 52 years old and has finally been convicted to stop perming her hair. I think insecurity is apart of it as well, we do these things to enhance our beauty when we’re already naturally beautiful as Yahs creation. In the book of Enoch it talked about how the fallen angels taught women the beautifying of the eyelids (makeup). One book that really broke down the evil behind makeup was a book by David C Packe on the hidden meaning of makeup.

Read the story again. The women of the other countries who were not Jews, were given sweet odours, etc. (Esther 2:12-15). Esther required none of those things. You see nothing wrong with fashion, makeup etc. but, God sees it as sin, and idolatrous. Your opinion means nothing to God. Obedience is his law. Break it, and suffer eternal judgement. It is wrong for any of us to cover over what God made perfect in his image and likeness. Women wear cosmetics, fashions, etc. to attract, get attention, be prideful, arrogant, flamboyant, followers of the masses. Like tattoo the body when God commanded his people then, and now, not to mark the body. If you think you can stand before the throne of God like you are now, just do it.

Is it possible to wear the precious jewels that God created and still remain true to God? God has always used gold and precious stones in His word to us. He described New Jerusalem as a bride adorned for her husband. They are those who wear clothes that are not modest, also the piercing tattoo. Those are some of the things that goes against God's plan for us, not wearing bracelet or earrings and chains. anything can be used to misrepresent God in our lives, it's not just the gold etc. God gave His children the power to get wealth; according to Deuteronomy 8:18. The garments of the priest were decked with gold Exodus 28. Those of us who love God; will appreciate His beautiful gifts of precious stones and use it for praise and for glory. Exo 28:40 It's not the jewelry it's us.
When you study the word of God, you read it in it's context with the Holy Spirit teaching you all things. God created precious jewels to decorate, non- human properties, or as in Exodus the Breastplate of judgement that the priest put on at certain times. They never wore jewelry as ornaments of decoration, or fashion as we do in the world. God wanted the priest to be holy in life and representation. No priest of God or real people of God wore jewelry after God gave the commandment not to. The children of Israel were stripped of all those things after they left Egypt. Only the sinners who got corrupted with idolatry, wore worldliness fashion. As today same thing is going on. Lucifer, the devil blinds minds to deceive them so they can disobey God, and go to hell.1Peter 3:3; tells you that no jewelry is acceptable to wear as people of God.

This is true and a struggle for myself. Denial and justification should be evidence enough of our own internal deciet and torment. Jeremiah 17:9 says The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? We fight for our "right" to wear what we like, what we deem as attractive because we lie even to ourselves. I constantly battle between wearing what feels true to biblical instruction, even what I would want to dress like without worldly influence including my husband's and the way I want to portray myself to the world. It just dawned on me that you sent your books out for free when most, almost 99% of people would have charged us for God's word. It is disheartening that most people in the body of Christ make us pay for what God has given them freely. They teach that godliness is gain and they make merchandise of the gospel and justify it saying that ministry cost money and that when we go to stores, we pay for that so why not pay for something like a book or a course that's valuable. They make us pay for classes, deliverance, master courses, mentorship, etc. many of them do it. But you did not sell your book and I pray you never do. If you have the auto-immune alopecia, start researching ways to reverse it. I wear caps, scarfs, hats all the time. I did a big chop years ago and also had some hair loss and bald spots. I’m being led into wearing skirts and dresses and, although it’s been extremely difficult for me, giving up most makeup now as well. I’ve only been a Christian for about two years now but I’m finding the lord is working on me step by step to walk more in a way he approves of. I was so sinful growing up and very promiscuous and very emotionally ill as I didn’t have a good or present dad and I was molested more than once as a very young girl, which destroyed me and led me into a very sick life in many ways. I’ve also dealt with some serious demonic attacks which didn’t stop until I accepted Christ as my savior and learned to call on him to free me and also using his name to rebuke them, even in my dreams. God bless you ma’am, you are a great role model and I thank you.

Hello, it seems in biblical days men wore knee length tunics or ankle length tunics which resembles what we call a dress today. The women also wore ankle length tunics/dress. I guess the point I'm trying to make is they wore the same thing as far as ankle tunics.
Research your history well. Men's and women's garments have always been separate and distinct. During biblical times, Jesus Christ and his disciples wore long men's garments to the ankles, distinct from the women in the ministry. Everyday women have always worn separate and distinct garments up until the 1920 s in Europe, and America. Women want to justify their desires to wear what pleases them. You can do that. Just be aware that God will not justify or change his commandments for any woman, man, or child. Mam, there's no scriptures that forbids women from wearing pants. The old testament laws says women shouldn't wear men's clothing, but pants aren't for only men. When jesus came, the laws of the old testament ended - Romans 10:4.
Yes, Jesus came to fulfill the law. All ceremonial laws have been eliminated. All moral laws stand forever. Example; God commanded man not to commit adultery in the Old Testament, but it continues as a moral law in the New Testament. Matthew 5:28, talks about men looking on women in lust, are commiting adultery in their heart. Jesus said that love is the fulfilling of the law; John 13:34. Therefore, if women are obeying God's commandment to love one another, and our neighbors, women would not cause men to sin by wearing garments designed for men, which exposes their shapes, and private parts greatly. Women in the generations before us never wore pants even during wars, freezing weather, etc., etc. Long garments in biblical days were clear and distinct for men and women. There is no way around God's word, but to obey it. People are used to doing what they want, even Christians are greatly comfortable in sin. Yet, they are perishing in hell rapidly for those sins.
The sad thing is people don't want to obey God's word. The laws are not done away with. We are to obey the commandments, laws, precepts and statues. Christ came to fulfill the law, not do away with it. People want to do what they want to and not what the Lord commands us to do. God said to choose life and live. We are to obey the Bible, not a portion of it. The New Testament is an extension of the Old Testament; we are to obey all of it!

Also: people in Africa sometimes refer to the word "pants" for under garments. That is not what this scripture means. You may call them "trousers" or pants, which are long outer garments that men wore originally. Women only began wearing them since the 1920 in Europe, and Africa, 1970 or 80's. Where is the scripture you quoted about the "faithfulness of a daughter of God"? Galatians 5:16 is clearly talking about SIN! It even names specific SINS of the flesh. One of which just happens to be lust of the flesh. Men lust after women mostly because of their ungodly, worldly appearance. Women do the same. Each commit sin against God who will judge all sin, I cannot judge. Only direct you to the truth of God's holiness which you are fighting against. When you study the Bible, read it ALL in context. Taking a verse out to wrap around your opinions is not the word of God. Galatians 5:16; tells us to walk in the Spirit, that is the Holy Spirit. You cannot walk in the Spirit while preaching against the word of God. That is blasphemy. It says you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh, like fornication, adultery, lying, stealing, murder, hatred, etc. If you walk in the Spirit, you will not do those things at all. I have stated many times in Deuteronomy 22:5; clearly God knows what the difference is between men and women's clothing. The world's ideas of modesty, are not God's plan for his people. Most, like yourself do not know, I understand. Please do not misinform people based upon your world view and not God's word. He will judge you for it. 1Peter 3:3. You are a professing Christian who needs to study the word of God, and allow the Holy Spirit to sanctify you. Otherwise, you are a nominal Christian, not a daughter of God. Thank you for the great question. Romans 3:23 is the scripture you are speaking of. In the book of Romans, the apostle Paul was speaking to the Roman citizens which included Jews and Greeks. Many of the Jews believed that they were not sinners based upon the Law from the first commandments. They believed that they were already righteous through physical circumcision covenant. Paul was telling them and the Greek or non- Jewish citizens that salvation through Jesus Christ is the only way to be righteous because Jesus Christ is the fulfillment of the Law. He was the perfect sacrifice for the sins of mankind. They sacrificed animals under the law because of the sins of Israel before Jesus came. When any sin was commited blood had to be shed through an animal to cover it by Gods commandment. Jesus gave his life for all mankind, once and for all so no one would perish under Gods eternal judgement. Every man, woman, and child must pass through Jesus Christ as the savior of the world, believe in him, accept him, and repent of the sins . So Romans 3:23 tells us that all human beings are sinners born through the seed of Adam. Sin fell upon every human being and until Jesus came and died for our sins we were destined for hell eternally. There is no difference if a person is a Jew by covenant, or a Greek, Gentile by any way. We are all sinners and have fallen short of the glory of God because sin removed Gods glory from us through Adam, and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Genesis 3, Read Romans chapter 1-3 and you can see the clear picture. Mankind are all sinners, and can only become righteous through the blood of Jesus Christ sacrifice through faith in him, and obedience to his word. God bless you with more understanding, and grace.

Grace is for sinners to repent and live a righteous holy life inward and outwardly. This is Gods standard which people do not want to obey. God was clear in commanding his people under the law to stop sinning. All moral laws still stand today through Jesus Christ who fulfilled the Law. Love is the fulfillment of Gods law which means complete obedience to the word of God. living a sinful life after salvation is rebellion,, and a disrespect to the savior of the world Jesus Christ. God said to put on the new man created in holiness. Ephesians 4:24.

It's very hard to find modest dresses, most dresses are too revealing ( deep neck, backless, sleeveless ,tight ) or expensive 😭 I don wear jeans but with long tops ,I decided not to wear short tops. I pray that I can find modest clothes or skirts 🙏
Believe me, I am in America and have broken records trying to find decent dresses, and skirts that cover me correctly. Blouses are not easy to find either. The Holy Spirit led me to: newcreationapparel.com, which has a very good selection of modest skirts. I have purchased many. The cargo skirts get plenty of complements from women who wear pants. Also, Baby O Clothing has a lot of skirts and I think tops. I found a seemingly nice dress company although, I have not tried them yet. Emery Rose dresses, is the name. Thanks for the question. According to the word of God, yes perfumes and colognes applied to our natural bodies is a sin because we are covering up the natural scent that God created us with. That is a disrespect to the creator. We do not spray perfume on fruits because they have a natural scent from God. In the Bible, only prostitutes used perfume to attract men. Even when the woman poured the costly fragrance oil upon Jesus before his crucifixion, she was anointing him for burial, not for making him smell attractive to any person. You will not find one holy man or woman in the Bible who wore perfumes. This tradition came from Egyptian, Babylonian, and later Romans and Greeks passed down to our generation. Europeans use to wear heavy perfumes to cover body odor because they did not bathe. God gave us natural hair, natural scent on the body, and natural beauty. If we stick with his original design we are well pleasing to God. Stay blessed sister.

Hm, I was led to stop wearing sunglasses and makeup too. I was not much into jewelry, so that wasn't a big deal for me to stop wearing it.

I don't believe that wearing pants is a sin however, I have convictions against wearing makeup and jewelry since I used to base my life on how beautiful I looked, and I needed to change that because outside beauty was become an idol for me but wearing pants, makeup, and jewelry is not sinful. If it is, please provide Bible verses and write them out so I can see where God, in Scripture, says Thou shalt not wear makeup, pants, and jewelry. Read 1 Peter 3:3-5 how godly women should appear before God. Jewelry has always been idolatry to God read Exodus, Leviticus. God has commanded humanity through His word how his people should act, live, and look. It has never changed for Gods word. Man does their own will which is sinful. Continue to follow your "I believe it's not a sin" philosophy, and you will be judged by the very God who commands against those things. Your opinion does not keep you out of hell. Only obedience to the word of God. I highly suggest that you ask God these questions, and wait for Him to answer you. You say those things are not a sin, God says they are. Who has the power of the word? Be humble and repent. The bible does not specifically tell you not to do everything. If you study the word then you will know what it says for yourself, you won't have to ask anyone. Make sure before you die, that you are 100 accurate on the word of God so you won't go to hell.

I'm curious about the Bible verses that say that God is against fashion, I've never found one of them.
1 John 2:15-17; says : love not the world, nor the things in the world. 1 Corinthians 7::31; says: the fashion of this world passeth away. In both scriptures, God is warning his people not to live, be attached to or follow the styles of the world, i.e., fashion. Fashion refers to styles, trends, worldly ideas apposed to God's holiness as standard of living. I was deep into fashion, styles, etc. I pursued modeling, and fashion in every way. I was obsessed. Thank God I am free from those bondages.

I just watched the tragic documentary on young people in China who are spending insane money on plastic surgery for "elf" ears, nose jobs, eye augmentation, breast, legs, every kind of plastic surgery. Plastic is fake, not natural. They are obsessed in changing their natural appearance because of insecurities of their looks. Social media influencers, and trying to be someone else's idea of beauty. They are not happy. This is not how God created man.

Where does the Bible teach wearing cosmetics and jewellery is a sin. The bible gave no such command against wearing these things. GOD is NOT AGAINST fashion. In fact scripture shows he loves jewellery. Please show where you see this in the Bible. My sister no offense given, but you need a good bible teacher to help you with your Biblical illiteracy.
One example : Ezekiel 16 v 10 to 13. Look at the kind of jewellery God loves. Fashion is not sin.

God commanded his people to remove those jewelry, clothing's, etc. and to purify themselves for Him as holy people. Genesis ,35:1-4. Deuteronomy 7:25-27, Exodus 33:4-6, Isaiah 3:16-24. Wedding rings were not used in those days but wearing jewelry has always been idolatry to God which is sin. Sinful Roman Empire began the history of wedding, or "love rings', and it came into the early church by corrupt priest. God never gave wedding ring as a part of marriage. God only counts the vows made between a man and woman, as a covenant. Lucifer was created by God as an anointed cherub who was beautiful covered with diamonds and precious stones for God's glory Ezekiel 28:13-17.
