I LOVE this!! I think everyone needs to remember that once you become a Christian you aren’t going to be immediately transformed from everything. It’s a process & what matters is your heart towards Jesus & allowing the spirit to do what he wants in your life. I’m proud of y’all!! & praying for you both & your ministry 🥰💓
@@blaga19judging others will drag them further away from God. You need to pray for conviction so they will change in God's timing. You are not in any space to judge someone else especially if you push them further from Jesus. Then you are accountable for that soul!
This reminds me of when I got pregnant at 18 un married , and my mom’s Sunday school class refused to throw a baby shower, visit me at the hospital, and kicked me out of the group. I felt so shamed that I never returned to that church. I wish people would remember that Jesus went to the adulterer and the woman at the well to heal and help them. Jesus went to the sinners to show love, compassion, and forgiveness! That’s why we should always ask what would Jesus do? We will all continually fall short of the glory of God, but Christians are here to love, encourage, and help one another grow, not judge from a cruel jealous place. Too many Christians weaponize and hide their jealousy and misery behind Christ and judgement towards others, which turns people away from, not towards God. ❤ Thanks for this amazing message, ladies!
I’m so sorry you went through that. That had to feel so terrible and dismissive. Christians need to realize if we want women who find themselves in these situations not to choose things like abortion, we need to do a better job showing love and caring for these mothers.
Please understand that it is their right to abide in their Faith. Remember it was your mistake not there's and they had no obligation as you were not a member of the Church. Faith is not inherited from a family member and the Church is not there for non believers but believers. The Church is open for those who want to hear the word and abide in it. It is not to compromise Jesus teaching and that means not to pull words out of context for our purposes. As my former pastor said, if you have been going to the church for let's say 5 years and are in the same spiritual place We Need to Talk.
@@BrunoFreitasdePaivaBen-H-gl6ds Parents that are believers need to understand that setting a good example of a Christian that is not compromised and prayers may be the only thing they can do. The rest is up to the Holy Spirit.
"Modesty points to Him, immodesty points to myself." So true, thank you for this podcast and a beautiful reminder that we each need to seek God's will for our own modesty and NOT judge others who are going through that journey with Christ. Much love!❤
That's not even sound advice. Scripture shows to hold one another to righteous accountability and judge righteous judgment. Obviously we can look at a situation like a new follower of Christ isn't surprising they dress immodest and need time to grow but these women are only saying don't judge because they don't like that people hold them accountable for knowing right from wrong with the immodest posts they have on their instigram.
@@vivaeuropa just seeing your reply, and just wanted to say thank you for sharing your perspective! However, I would have to disagree with you based on 2 things: 1) I said that we are not to "judge" others, not that we can't speak the truth in a loving, non-judgemental way. There is a big difference. One is something the Bible warns against, while the other is something that ultimately comes through spending time with someone and sharing the truth with them in a way that uplifts them. The Bible is very clear that we as believers are not in a place to judge. In Matthew 7: 1-5, Jesus specifically says "do not judge" to those who were following him during the sermon on the mount. Just as easily as we may nitpick how others (like these young ladies) are dressed, there is often a very big "plank" in our own eye that is causing us to have an even bigger problem in our relationship with the Lord. So, pointing out their flaws publicly on the internet is in no way building them up but instead causing the same problem Jesus is referring to in those scriptures. 2) you quoted Jesus' words in your argument, which can be found in John 7:24 (KJV) "[24] Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment." Your argument contradicts this verse because it says not to judge others according to appearance, which is exactly what judging others by their dress is doing. "Righteous judgment" then comes from God alone because not of us are righteous outside of Christ. If the Holy Spirit in us gives us the liberty to share with someone that their dress isn't modest enough, it's going to be done in a way that aligns with the fruits of the Spirit (lovingly, peacefully, patiently, kindly, etc.). And I can guarantee you that publicly calling someone out on the internet is not doing that at all. Again, I truly appreciate your argument and perspective and I hope this didn't come off combative! Just want the Truth to be upheld so others can know it and be set free because of it❤️
@@BrunoFreitasdePaivaBen-H-gl6ds Don’t tell these modern “Christian” women to dress modest. They love to dress as jezebels yet treat men as if we are the evil ones. I’m the old times. As woman in my early 30's, I am just now realizing that modesty is a little journey of its own. I've noticed with me, that it starts within the heart and works its way outward and then becomes a public appearance of our change within ourselves as we follow God. This is a beautiful platform as it shows a human, flawed journey to growing a relationship with God. We are not perfect, we all have a past and will continue to make mistakes but God's grace and mercy and his love for us shows in his forgiveness as well.
It's interesting, that most women finally find about modesty - or Christianity in general-, when they come to a certain age, when the beauty starts slowly fading away...
I absolutely adore you both. I've seen so much hate and negativity specifically from believers and it has been extremely disappointing, but Jesus called you both for such a time as this. Our generation needs you. Two beautiful, strong, young, ambitious and relatable people with enough courage to bring hope and light to the lost. To those who don't feel worthy of God's love and grace because they too, have a dark past. (Which.. don't we all?). You both have such beautiful testimonies and God is using every part of your journeys for a bigger purpose than you realize. Block out the noise and stay steady.
Yes I totally agree with you 100%. They're doing an amazing job and being so vulnerable. We are all here to grow together on earth and we won't be perfect. But we will try every day to be better and be more Christlike 🙂🙏🩷🩷

The big difference between you two and most new believers is your guy’s lives are on public display for everyone to see. It’s called “born again” for a reason. You aren’t born and then immediately running!? No you have to learn how to walk. That takes time. It’s trial and error. No one walks perfectly with God but especially in the beginning. OF COURSE, you’re going to be criticized by people more so than others. I think it’s wonderful and inspiring how humble and genuine you both have been through it all. I’ve seen some not so nice comments too!! Yet you both have been kind and patient. Regardless of what you’re wearing, that says a lot about your hearts. Love you both!! ❤

Being teachable is so respectable. One thing that some people forget is that every day there's something new to learn and if we didn't get something right yesterday that's okay! Grace abounds, what matters is that we are trying to move forward and learn. I am proud of y'all. Even in this short time, it is evident that God has done/ changed so much in y'alls lives for Him to get the glory from it.
I was a jezebel woman for a long time. After I gave my life to God I still wore things that weren't so modest. As I continued to walk with God I was convicted to be more modest. Still to this day I'm not perfect and I'll put outfits together and look at myself and realize I need to be more modest. A good example is leggings. I wore them all the time and sometimes still do but I feel in my heart that God doesn't want me to wear that kind of stuff, especially in public. I'm always going to fall short and always learning. One day I will get there❤
@LavenderLemur i love jogger pants, track pants, sweat pants and shorts. I usually wear running shorts w longer spandex under them. A lot of times I do a really big t shirt over leggings or biker shorts so I do technically still wear them. I still dress really relatable to the point I fit in and don't stand out. I dress w intentions of modesty and God in mind. I like to imagine it like this, remember when momma would take you school shopping and you'd do a fashion show for dad when you got home? I completely understand this journey you’re on ladies. I used to be in the same boat and have struggled with modesty myself! I think as you desire more of Jesus and the truly reflect Him in ALL areas of your life, your hearts will change pertaining towards what you wear. Always ask yourself “does this glorify my holy, and righteous Savior?” “Does this bring me closer to God and being a witness for Him?” “Will this be helpful for my brother or sister in Christ?” Take the time to ask those questions and allowing the Holy Spirit to convict you & lead you is key. Also remember you don’t want to do right by people- BUT TO GOD 🤍🤍 People are fickle with their warped opinions- having the spirit of the fear of the Lord is what brings us closer & closer to being more like Him 🙌🏽

Exactly. A lot of Christian women who talk about modesty always sound jealous to me, because they don’t want you to cover up for GOD , but so that their husbands/boyfriends won’t look at you. It’s just jealousy. These women sound genuine though. When men talk about modesty is just goes straight to calling women degrading names that do dress immodestly. I’ve noticed.

"Criticism without proximity is just gossip." Loved it. Oftentimes I watch souls on YT, and although they may not do everything the way I believe should be done, like you said, even with proximity, as Christians, some things just can never be said outright, and only time and fellowship in the word and personal communion with the Spirit can bring those changes at all. May the Lord continue to lead you both and bless your hearts.
Thank you for your podcast. Is refreshing to see you and you have wake up my faith by your fun and modesty comes from the heart and you guys are modest and kind. Love your feminity... You are great
That seems to make sense that "modesty comes from the heart" as the Bible says "but with good deeds, appropriate for women who profess to worship God" (1 Timothy 2:10). Perhaps modesty, the right way for women, stems from the good deeds they actually do from their hearts, but I am not a woman to know exactly. As a man, I think it is absurd to dress in a way that is too sexy, but that might be a challenge for haughty women who might be sexually immoral (Proverbs 11:22).
When i was first born again i became super religious and i dressed like a nun with a head covering (not to be a jezebel) and i never felt pretty or thought it was okay to be pretty and i always felt condemned. I never painted my nails, and then one day i painted my nails and got condemned immediately for being a jezebel. Now that ive matured, Jesus has showed me it really is about the heart more than cleaning your flesh. There are more judgmental religious Christians who's hearts are far from Jesus's than secular people. Holiness is spiritual in the heart and not the flesh, the flesh will follow once you keep seeking Jesus and go through deliverance/sanctification in your whole life. People will judge from the flesh, but lack spiritual judgment of the heart and focus on carnal works and cleaning the outside of the cup. God bless your courage to have these podcasts, religious people will always go after people who are free in Christ don't be discouraged.
This!! Religious people are very damaging. When I came to Jesus I really tried to change my wardrobe and I did. I got rid of all the short dresses, tight clothing and I thought I’m doing a great job and progressing quickly. However, one lady in the church noticed that I wear makeup (it was light makeup though), but she challenged me (I guess she tried to make it seem like a game) to come to church without makeup. I came to church without makeup because I thought she knows better than me as she was a Christian for 10 years. Now looking back I see how young believers are constantly being judged for not being holy enough and nobody sees their heart and how God is patiently working on our hearts instead of immediately forcing us to be nuns. It’s really discouraging that Christians are eating each other up for ‘unholy’ appearances, mentoring them about the flesh and trying to make them religious as they themselves are instead of mentoring about true discipleship, holiness, spiritual warfare etc

God bless you girls! Don’t know where you are at really in your walk with Christ but I do admire you and love y’all’s personalities! God bless 💯
Amen, Angie. I love that Christians can judge other Christians. I Iearn so much from others and couldn't imagine having friends that don't feel comfortable enough to call me out. Also, Angie, I could see that you were hurt by that persons comment. I've watched many of your GGB videos and have never seen anything like what they are saying. Thank you for being real and vulnerable, i really appreciate you letting us see that part of you.
I can resonate with this. I do struggle with dressing more modest, but I see the beauty in it. And I do love the way I feel when I am dressed more modestly. I don’t get as much attention, but as I am older I don’t need that type of attention anymore.
It's an ongoing process called "Sanctification", It doesn't happen over night it takes time. God works on His time table for each of us. Keep doing what you are doing in putting the gospel first. You can never go wrong. God bless you both.
This podcast was essential! I was born in a Christian household, my dad's a Pastor, and growing up in a conservative church, I was thought to not wear pants, makeup, earrings and be modest. But I became a judgemental person, I mistook modest for being holy. The Holy Spirit started showing me how wrong I was. God had told my dad to leave the church we were in. Like the ministry we were in. He prayed so much and God putted us in a ministry where there were many people from different cultures and different missionary background. There one day at the church service, As I was singing, I looked at all the women, they were wearing makeup, jeans and jewelry buy they were praying and worshipping. Then the holy spirit in my heart said They are my daughters how dare you judge your own sisters. I felt so ashamed and from that point on I decided to change. Modesty is not only on clothes, the appearance but it starts from within us. Inside first and the outside will be a reflection of whats inside of us. Seeing you two talking about how God has changed and is changing you both is the same as he did to me but I was on the opposite side of the spectrum. Thank you girls ❤❤❤❤
Not gonna lie, when you guys first popped up on my RUclips, I didn't have the best thoughts. Two beautiful women trying to share the word and christian beliefs? Part of me was waiting to hear some bad advice with God's name thrown behind it. HOWEVER!!! You guys are actually one of my favorites, now. Your love for Jesus as well trying to help so many other people makes me smile. You read the bible to us, but you also try to relate it to our lives and even admit your own faults. We all fall short and sin, but you're not afraid to point it out and admit your own sins. Too many christians get this "holier than thou" mindset, but you guys don't act that way at all. Thank you, truly.
Thank you two for being so honest and vulnerable. Great talk! “modesty points to God, immodesty points to me” very well said, I loved that! I’m going to hold on to that. ❤️
No one is perfect. As women we struggle with this everyday. Modesty is the best thing for us! But we are human. Our flesh wants to win these battles and sometimes it does but like they said our hearts put Jesus first.
I really love this . I’m glad I found this channel . I have just gotten saved on Mother’s Day which was amazing because I’m a mom myself and my daughter had kept asking me to go to church with her (she’s 5) she recently just got saved last Monday ❤ . I hope I can bring her in a better upbringing with being a new Christian
I really just appreciate you both being open to this discussion, being honest about the process and how you wrestle with modesty and sincerely desire to honor God!!! I pray 🙏🏽 this helps women feel less judged and more open to the process of thinking through this issue! 👏🏽 such strength to be this vulnerable!
When I accepted the lord Jesus he changed my life and he still doing it. Not being a perfect but I can feel the inner peace and the joy that he gives me.
You have helped me so much! Honestly I was brought to tears too because I constantly feel like I am failing Jesus and im not a good enough Christian, like I need to be doing more. And o get aggressive feeling like I need to share him more. You two humble me so much. Make me come back down to really just loving Jesus. Its hard being a new follower: but you two remind me that its a pure relationship with Jesus one I want so much! And how to just love him and lean on him and show him to others through my light and gentle nature, modesty and just being humble. Thank you girls both I was feeling a little far from Jesus but you two had be sobbing with the humblness of just loving Jesus . I needed this so so much .
I honestly think that as long as everything you do glorifies God, from your thoughts to the way you behave, you don't have to worry about what anyone else thinks. Other people just get in the way of our relationship with God. A big part of modesty is humility, and when we humble ourselves, everything about us changes. The outside starts to look like the inside. The important part is being able to surrender everything to Christ. I think that's where most of us struggle. We don't want to surrender our entire life to Christ. We still want to hang on to certain sinful parts of our lives because they make us feel good.
Thank you both for doing this God inspired podcast! Love that your tackling these tough subjects and there are so many woman that need to hear this. I am an older woman who you have inspired to open my bible more and pray more and be more bold even as we struggle with being imperfect and sin every day. Stand strong in what God is doing and I’m so proud of how you are handling the criticism. As you said you are learning and growing and others will come to know Jesus because of your testimony🙏💕💕💕
I just can’t say this enough…. I love you both so much! Thank you for everything that you’re doing. I can’t imagine how much and how fast your lifestyle has had to change but God is with you. He is always with us. God bless you always. I look forward to every podcast. Please keep doing what you’re doing because we’re listening and we’re learning and growing with you. I love what you both said about having a good heart. You’re both truly inspiring!! Please stay safe ❤️
Yes! I love both of you for your humility and willingness to say that you're not perfect. Because none of us are, even as Christians! And I agree that its easy for others to point fingers, especially behind a screen but I see you transformation and its amazing. I'm on the same path and this resonated so deeply with me. Thank you for continuing to show up and share your heart for Jesus!
You both are literally such a big inspiration ❤️🙏 I relate to you both so much , & to see the raw realness of your Christian journey shows me that we are all not perfect and continue to learn to be better through our walk with Jesus . . That’s something I struggled with , I always felt I had to be perfect but we learn everyday to be better . . I also love being a woman I love makeup and clothing and I too struggled with clothing & I have went through my closet the past weekend and put so much in a box to give away because I will no longer wear stuff like that that’s provocative ! When you experience Jesus your heart just changes & you just feel different inside and out ❤️. I love you guys ❤️and literally always get excited every time I see a new video posted ! Keep up the good work , cause you both are changing lives !! God bless you guys ❤️
Amen, you two are the perfect example of the fact that God works in mysterious ways and he does have this. I am a new christian follower myself and recognize the fact that the lord puts people where and when they are needed. So happy I came across your platform on the web. We are all in this journey together and Jesus walked with sinners for a reason. Way I see it, there are only believers and future believers. Thank you for sharing your conviction. God Bless
Accountability, this is what it’s about! I’m always surprised to see individuals quick to speak negatively on others and we forget to apply 1 Peter 3:15 in our interactions. Ngl I was hesitant to follow y’all’s socials from what I saw but instead just prayed. Many forget what John 8:7 says and cast stones unto others without self reflection. Y’all got my respect and I will continue to pray for y’all’s journey. Induite Armaturam Dei ❤
You two are so refreshing to watch. Modesty doesn't mean dressing drably, doesn't mean not dressing feminine, doesn't mean not dressing smart or classy. Yes, we can and do judge, but we stay away from sending someone to hell in our minds or with our tongues because Christ is strong enough to bring all to him eventually since God will be all in all. (1Cor 15:28)
Wonderful segment. We are all being transformed in Gods perfect timing. Let’s all lead with love and compassion. The more we spend time with God the more he convicts us 🙏❤️
Really glad I found this podcast. Normally, the topic of modesty from Christian podcasters is so lame, because it’s always from those super Americanized Christians who grew up in Americanized Christian homes who preach this topic with the typical cliches you hear anywhere you would at most Christian denominational churches. But this was very good. And I knew it would be coming from y’all because ya’ll get deep, vulnerable and very real! I rarely see Christians speak on areas they feel personally vulnerable or possibly convicted about. There’s something really special about you two. I feel a power anointing from God when I listen to you two speak. I think it’s because you truly understand the heart of God. And that’s be honest, vulnerable, caring, and sincerely loving to each other. God loves humble and honest hearts, whose only concern is to spread love and truth. And nobody is ever going to be perfect. We can’t truly help anyone is we ever try to be perfect for fear of how others treat us or think about us. But this message was surprisingly very thought-provoking for me. Y’all kept making great points that kept challenging my current opinions on the topic. However, in my personal opinion, what the heck is wrong with crop-tops? Showing belly? (God forbid). Give me a break. Do we ever give men a hard time about being shirtless? Lol. And also, so what if starred in American Horror Story? I’m a Christian. I was a scare-actor at Halloween Horror Nights, Orlando. But I’ve helped get more people to accept Christ than most of my friends I know at church. Should Christians really avoid acting in Hollywood??? Did Jesus avoid sinners? Did he avoid being a witness in evil places and cultures? Angela could be a powerful example in Hollywood. How many Christians do you see in her position? But maybe there are lots of Christians in Hollywood, but keep it to themselves for fear of being judged. Also, maybe a lot of Hollywood actors decide not to follow Christ anymore because they get judged so heavily by other Christians and feel they are not “perfect” enough to be Christian. So they turn away from God entirely! Is that what Christians want for their fellow brothers and sisters? “Christians” need to give themselves heart checks before they go around criticizing every Christian that’s not living by their ultra holy Americanized church standards. Remember, this was how the pharisees behaved! And Jesus called them out on it!
You guys are on the right path keep on walking on it. Let the word of God have an absolute authority over your life and relay on His grace. You guys will be fine. 🙏
BRO ME TOO! I love putting on a nice dress and makeup and going out on dates with Jesus (I like asking his opinion on buying clothes) yes, modesty is necessary, it was a process for myself as well but when you get there you feel like a PRINCESS it’s ok to be girly we’re his little girls
This episode has made me realize how critical we as Christians can be of one another. I thought about how the harsh comments judging Angela made her feel sad and even made her question her own knowledge of God. This has me thinking of the people who turn away from the faith because of condemnation from fellow believers. It is our job to righteously judge from a place of love and correct other Christians when they stray. But Ari is right that the way in which we correct is important. We have to check ourselves because it is easy to see others’ questionable decisions and want to condemn them in a ungracious manner. But that isn’t who God is. He did the most gracious thing by giving Jesus to the cross. If we want to be more like him we need to be mindful and remember correction over condemnation. I was reminded of the woman who was brought to Jesus by the Pharisees to be stoned for her sins. Jesus said, “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.” We are all sinners in need of loving guidance ❤.
I was gonna be like so proud blah blah just found out through IMBD that Arielle acted in a movie called American Satan in like a brothel/orgy scene and has a decade of immodest/nude roles. Crazy scenes people think we are fools. Do whatever you want just leave God out of it.
I’m glad I listened to this. To be honest, I listened to your first podcast or 2 and found some inconsistencies with the Bible so I stopped listening. Additionally I found y’all’s IG’s and was kind of disappointed as it seemed y’all presented yourselves much differently on the pod than you did on IG. That said, I’m glad to hear that God is working to refine your ways to be His way and His thoughts your thoughts. We are all still a work in progress, and I’m glad to see your faith is real and you desire to obey God in all His ways, not just the easy ones or the ones you want. So many people decide to follow God in ways they agree with, but decided His way isn’t best in the hard things and I think that’s likely what people were afraid of seeing in you guys in the beginning. Angie, I got chills when you started crying about how other Christians made you doubt your faith. I’m so sorry that happened. One thing that I just want you to remember is that there are wolves in sheep’s clothing. Just because someone calls themselves a “Christian” doesn’t mean they are. Jesus even said many will come to the father and He will say He never knew them. Matthew 7:21-23 Be strong girls! My only caution is that because you are newer Christian’s, just make sure everything you say is fully aligned with scripture as to not mislead someone. I think it can be easy to see characteristics of God like loving and forgiving and gracious and forget that he is also a jealous and just God. He is our judge and he will judge us all at the end of our life’s. The blood of Jesus covers those of us who believe and saves us from penalty, but He is a just God and will bring justice upon those who don’t. Love, from your OC neighbor and sister in Christ. ❤

I share your podcasts with so many ppl I know lol

LADIES this is AWESOME! You're both naturally very fair, yet it's the beauty of your inward selves that shines so much. As a man I find it ironic how the more a woman takes modesty seriously, the more inclined I am to follow her lead and hold her in the highest esteem. Respect for women is far better inspired than demanded. You both are beautiful examples to lead the way. 'Let your light so shine before men...'
You guys are gonna be ok the Lord knows exactly what he's doing so take heart and know that the Lord is always at work doing things in your life that are amazing and inspiring for all to see. God bless ❤
Y'all are dope im a guy who came from a religious family growing up im not perfect never was never will be but seeing your guys perspective, interpretations is a great thing to hear keep doing yall thing
As a Christian man, I really enjoy what you two have to say. I can agree with what you two say about constantly changing. Every Christian has to change their lives to honor God, and if any "Christian" claims that they don't need to change to honor God then they are foolish. I appreciate what you two have to say in all your episodes and I applaud both of you for setting good examples as to what it means to be christ like women, and I applaud you also for admitting your faults and the places that both of you are working on. God is constantly working on all of us. Great podcast. I enjoy it a lot.

"NOT judge others (women)" but about men that's very different.
It's feminism inside of churches
2) you quoted Jesus' words in your argument, which can be found in John 7:24 (KJV)
"[24] Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment." Your argument contradicts this verse because it says not to judge others according to appearance, which is exactly what judging others by their dress is doing.

I think as you desire more of Jesus and the truly reflect Him in ALL areas of your life, your hearts will change pertaining towards what you wear.
Always ask yourself “does this glorify my holy, and righteous Savior?”
“Does this bring me closer to God and being a witness for Him?”
“Will this be helpful for my brother or sister in Christ?”
Take the time to ask those questions and allowing the Holy Spirit to convict you & lead you is key.
Also remember you don’t want to do right by people- BUT TO GOD 🤍🤍
People are fickle with their warped opinions- having the spirit of the fear of the Lord is what brings us closer & closer to being more like Him 🙌🏽

It's all good! I understand there are those who are lukewarm Christian's but hopefully these girls open their eyes. And ultimately everyone will face judgment day..God's wrath will be upon everyone....and it's up to each individual regarding their walk with God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.
The devil also knows scripture very well. I'm not buying it from these ladies.
@@joeschmoe6720why do you think that way?
The men who judge you without love sexualize you and can’t handle themselves. The women who judge you are jealous and threatened by your beauty and your confidence. You are both able to be beautiful in the most Godly and classy way possible because of your biblical femininity. God bless you both and keep going. You inspire me and I definitely don’t feel judged by you ladies. I feel like a woman who is truly seen. I wish more Christians were like this.
you are being just like those feminazi wordly women with this statement
Two of the most humble and teachable sisters out there who are overcoming the world. I can tell you’re living the two greatest commandments because it shows in your countenance. Faith in Christ without works is dead.
They will overcome immodesty and get some low standard of modesty when their beauty had faded away and then suddenly they'll be miss chaste
It’s funny because the very reason that made me start listening to you guys and getting closer to God is the fact that you guys look/ dress the way you do because it felt more relatable to me
Same here!!!!
Look/dress like some prot stacey with a twist of modesty?
I see
It is so clear and evident that these girls are so pure in their heart. They both love and worship Jesus so much. It is so inspiring for women to empower women on the biblical truths that God has given us! May God bless you all💖💕
So many women "pure in their hearts" that wear thong bikini today

"Criticism without proximity is just gossip." Loved it. Oftentimes I watch souls on YT, and although they may not do everything the way I believe should be done, like you said, even with proximity, as Christians, some things just can never be said outright, and only time and fellowship in the word and personal communion with the Spirit can bring those changes at all. May the Lord continue to lead you both and bless your hearts.
Thank you for your podcast. I often feel like I'm being lectured by a mom or dad in these Christian podcasts but with you ladies I feel like I am actually chatting with sisters and friends about our faith journey. Sometimes, our friends can have stronger influences than our own parents. So thank you for putting yourselves out there because we don't have many young modern women spreading the word.
Jesus is the most judgmental person but in a loving yet truthful way. With that being said I’m working on my modesty as well. I still wear crop tops but they have to be a longer crop than before and my shorts can’t have my buttox out anymore, I’m switching it up to make it better. We’re growing with time but we also must judge righteously, she’s right about that. If not, I would’ve never left bottle service when I was judged with love. Love y’all sooooo much!! Mad respect for the honesty here. You both are bringing the TRUTH and the Holy Spirit is clearly present in your lives. We need more role models like you.
I was gonna be like so proud blah blah just found out through IMBD that Arielle acted in a movie called American Satan in like a brothel/orgy scene and has a decade of immodest/nude roles. Crazy scenes people think we are fools. Do whatever you want just leave God out of it.0

Paul’s whole ministry would have been thrown out with that mentality. They state their awareness of imperfection and clearly show a passion of sanctification with Jesus. Thank you thank you thank you Ladies! I am a curvaceous girl and have recently lost a lot of weight which make my curves show a little more no matter what I put on. I recently wore a dress to church that was down past my knees, no cleavage and with a blazer. Some of the feedback was that I was dressed inappropriately. It honestly hurt my feelings because it was simply because of my shape. I was so distracted during service and I didn't stand up during praise and worship because I was subconscious about my back side. It wasn't until my first lady approached me and told me how cute I was and that she was proud of me for taking care of my body. She told me to keep my head up and never let anyone body shame you again.
Modesty is not to induce sexual want. What you’re wearing may have induced that in others but not in the church lady who thought you looked cute

Humility and a teachable spirit is truly the most important thing a Christian can have and you both have it!!! It’s the most admirable thing, to listen and follow where the Lord leads. God bless you both, you’re beautiful women on the inside and out! Keep fighting the good fight ❤
I think it’s really amazing how you describe that your walk with God is a journey. Don’t ever be afraid to continue telling your stories of lessons learned, what God spoke to you, and by our mistakes you’ve made. That’s how we all learn. Our walk with God is all about trying to be better everyday to glorify God. No one that makes these rude comments that claim to be Christians are perfect and that’s OKAY, because we are human and God loves us. This is the first podcast I’ve heard and I really enjoyed it!
Whenever I watch your videos I do see Jesus through the both of you, it’s the most beautiful thing. Don’t let other people’s slander touch your relationship w him, it tells us more about them than it will ever do for you. That’s something to have compassion about bc that’s truly a hard thing to live w. Love you girls from Minnesota!

"desire for purity" living as basic Beckys?

So many self-aware people shy away from preaching the word of God because they know their sinners in the eyes of God. But guess what, I’d rather have self aware diners than fake-appearing saints. This is real, this is raw and this is more encouraging as it’s real for young women today when temptation is everywhere and your CHOOSING to do good. Your both pretty and hVe good heads on your shoulders but choosing to be godly. That’s what’s inspiring to me
You say the same thing about men sinning? Like, unfaithful men or fornicators for example

Hi ladies! First things first, I love the support and accountability you keep for one another. It is so sweet and admirable. I pray for genuine friendships in my life to keep me guarded like that. Second, I’m so so glad you both have been strengthened by God’s spirit to continue speaking on your experiences in spite of discouraging feedback. To see young women living for God, and working in entertainment, is needed just as you both pointed out. How will people come to know God if Christians solely contain themselves in “Christian” spaces? Just your boldness and vulnerability alone magnifies His name. :) Also, thank you for redirecting the point that modesty begins with a pure heart that serves and leads others toward Christ! Yes and amen!! xx
"vulnerability"... amazing as women are eternal victims

If you would be uncomfortable then something is unmodest about it
Love your podcast, God bless you two ❤
I will admit I did have some hesitations about both of you when it came to modesty. I was worried about how much you were willing to sacrifice your old life in exchange for your new one.
However, I know we all have our battles with obeying God's word and some are more overt than others.
Regardless, I really appreciate you taking the time to talk about it. It shows you care, and because of that, you're both great role models - for girls or anyone struggling to live for God in a modern world.
Thanks :)

I don’t understand how you can be getting that feedback. To see your heart so turned on Jesus in the modern world is incredible and inspiring. I actually really like how you are “normal” girls just being transformed by his love. I believe you are both beautiful inside out…keep going, we need voices like yours so much in the Christ body.
"normal girls"?! Is the gospel about being normal - worldly - people or that is only when it's convenient to women?
You guys are beautiful examples to look up too! Don’t let the voice of the enemy get to you. I feel like I’m on this journey with you guys of bettering myself everyday for Jesus. You don’t have to be perfect to use your platform for Jesus. We can only let him work through all of us everyday to make us better !
Such a great episode! Thank you both. It’s so disappointing to see fellow Christians attack each other in the comments on social media. Is the enemy who uses men when they cheats on their wives?
Thanks, ladies! You deserve to hear that we young men need to hear this too and appreciate it! Nothing is more attractive than young ladies who put more emphasis on beauty of heart than just the body!
The way we know if someone truly knows God is by their obedience to him. Are they abiding in Christ? Are they abstaining from fornication? Are they resisting getting wasted in the clubs? It’s not about make up or being attractive there’s nothing wrong with that! God hates religion. It’s all about who’s faithful to him and living that life ya know. and abstaining from sin. A born again Christian has had a radical transformation with the lord. “If any man be in Christ therefore he is a new creation old things pass away ALL THINGS become new” :). Im not preaching the doctrine of perfection but the doctrine of SANCTIFICATION! Is God sanctifying you? Do you have that new nature walking with him and obeying him? Simple as that! God bless you girls! Don’t know where you are at really in your walk with Christ but I do admire you and love y’all’s personalities! God bless 💯

Did you grow up Seventh Day Adventist?

Why "modesty" is a process/journey and faithfulness or chastity isn't?
Is it because women love immodest clothing?
When I accepted the lord Jesus he changed my life and he still doing it. Not being a perfect but

I love this so much! I love how y’all are so deeply gracious towards others while also recognizing that modesty matters.

All that for to say you love some prot stacey and bible-thumping Becky
Jesus said, “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.”
We are all sinners in need of loving guidance ❤.
JESUS WASNT A HIPPIE HE DIDNT SUPPORT WHORE BEHAVIOR
I was gonna be like so proud blah blah just found out through IMBD that Arielle acted in a movie called American Satan in like a brothel/orgy scene and has a decade of immodest/nude roles. Crazy scenes people think we are fools. Do whatever you want just leave God out of it.
Hey y'all, big props to you for addressing this. Keep a high standard for yourself. It is difficult but always worth it.

I love you two so much, I’m a 19 year old guy and you two lead me to Jesus. You two are also an example of what I hope my future wife to be like. Following Christ isn’t about being perfect but rather when we’re in our imperfect moments who are we turning to/leaning on to carry us through. God bless you two! I share your podcasts with so many ppl I know lol

If the comments are too much to bare just disable them people will still watch regardless if they like your content.
God bless you two. 🙏
Love you guys! Everyone is on their own journey and God reveals the things we need to work on in His timing. God is never late. ❤
Also great prayer at the end.
