this week we talk about THE WAITING SEASON.
God gave you a promise... but he's making you wait for it to come to pass. we know it's hard. but you're not alone in the waiting. it's common. it's necessary. and God's timing is absolutely perfect. we PROMISE!
we read about Abraham and Sarah's journey with having their son, Isaac, in Genesis 15-21.
we discuss how crucial it is not just to wait on God, but to wait well. to wait patiently and expectant of God's faithfulness to fulfill His promise. we talk about how going outside of God's will (kinda like the way Sarah did when she didn't believe God would give her a son of her own so she offered her maidservant to her husband to have a baby by...) will always result in a major lack of peace and often times a massive mess. but hallelujahhhh we serve a God who proves His promise in Romans 8:28 to be true every time. He will not only clean up our mess.. but even bless our mistakes (like He blessed the life of Hagar's son, Ishmael)

Please explain the injustices of frustration in waiting involving children and custody cases. I am ready for the blessing but there is righteous anger about the situation of children in abusive situations due to court proceedings and the mother being persecuted for no reason- all lies

My husband and I started reading the Bible. we started with John, only because one of you said to start there!
After we read it we talked about it before bedtime. My son started to pray with us at night. In the morning is my alone time with Jesus, my prayers and meditation in the morning. Trying to get to know Jesus. Amen 🙏✨

Come away from all denomination and non denominational churches because then your disiples of local church not thee Lord Jesus Christ. Not only that being denomination your calling yourself by lesser name then Lord Jesus Christ.

Lightbulb moment when you said “God keeps us in the waiting season to build our faith” That right there just removed any hint of impatience within me. I don’t want to forget God by instant gratification. I want the Journey, the process, the lessons learned and the character development that comes within the waiting season 🙏 thank you girlies
Ari, at the 50-minute mark, I noticed something. When you were talking about being okay with being single, you were, let's say, more passionate than I ever heard you. It may have just been frustration seeping out in your tone, but be comforted. God knows the path for your life and stay patient, never compromising. I speak this from personally going through through and currently in the same situation. I know God will bring a woman into my life with GGB values, strength, and attitude. Some days waiting for God's timing feels like torture, but I know he has wisdom beyond my understanding.

I commented on the last video about my infertility when you spoke of the Abraham passage… Then BAM today you guys do an entire video on it and I’m in pieces. 😭❤️ I can’t explain the heart ache my husband and I have. We grieve the dream of who we thought we’d be by now (grieve the dream of being parents), and we sit in our big house that we just built and it’s so quiet bc there are no children running around. It’s been difficult not to do IUI or IVF bc we are trying hard to be obedient to God without interfering ourselves. We have even started our adoption applications- thank you for this video. It has stopped me in my tracks to pause & be patient. The waiting season is not a wasted season 🙏🏼💫
PS. I know the Lord speaks to you girls bc every episode is so relevant all the time, kinda spooky but in a good way 🕊️

You ladies are a breathe of fresh air! I was single for a long time because of choice and now that GOD has me more together, I am praying for a spouse from the LORD to be a help to me. I seriously pray for her every day throughout each day and I do not know who she is as of yet. My prayer to the LORD is that she loves HIM more than she will love me and she will love me a bunch!!! You guys are both full of the LORD and are gorgeous, and if you guys exists, so does what I am desiring! Psalms 34:7

God has been calling me back after so much adversity. Fire/ems through covid, lost loved ones, toxic relationships. I've been so angry and fell away from my religious roots. But God has been pulling me out of it all for another waiting/growth period.
I said the prayer. God is so good. Amazing seeing how much Ari has grown. Went from begging in prayer to declaring it. Went from whispering and stuttering the Bible to boldly declaring it. Jesus is amazing and is all over this podcast.

I prayed today! I feel so much better after the bad news yesterday. I am in a waiting season since my new apartment won't be ready until February so I am moving back home now. It's a great reminder of what God does behind the scenes.

I just came across your channel. This podcast was so beautiful and it's so applicable to this very time in my life after facing my biggest rejection and failure and being forced to wait and seek re-direction.... and that point about the microwave and ready made culture is so valid... this time is truly the first time I am willingly embracing the waiting season like I know my soul needs
You ladies have an anointing over your life and this channel . I am a 46 year old woman of 4 kids and I've been walking with the Lord a long tine but recently in the past two years the Lord is bringing up some things He wants to heal me from. Your spiritual maturity is admired and I wish I knew the wisdom you both have when I was your age. I would have made wiser decisions but God has been faithful. He was faithful in bringing me a Godly husband after a very bad divorce and He confirmed I would marry this man within a year if I followed the Lord. He was faithful through my diagnosis with colon cancer. He has continued to speak promises over me and I am in the waiting 8 years now with a promise but I trust the Lord. I encourage you both to continue with what He has called you to do because your episodes are resonating with me and many others. I am so blessed to have found your RUclips channel. I’ve been feeling like I’m in a waiting/wilderness season currently. the job I’m at doesn’t allow time for small group etc. But I prayed that he would open up time for me to go to church, and he’s made my schedule very open on Sundays now!
I think he’s pushing me to poor into him with everything and wait for the day he brings other young God-fearing Christians in my life

I’m 19 , born and raised in CA , about 4 hrs North of LA , I saw on Jade Amber that she had been loving your guys podcast. I decided to check it out. I have been seeing signs of God calling me before I ever heard of the podcast , it was about 3 months of me being more curious of strengthening my faith and seeing subtle signs and then I came across your podcast about 2 - 3 weeks ago. In this season of listening to Him and His will…. He has been protecting me. One of biggest struggles is unhealthy relationships and men! I have never been in a Christian relationship. I went through a break up in December of 2022 and it was hard and I felt all of the emotions being sober and a new Christian. I knew He was close to me and still is. I try everyday to stay in His will and it’s worked as long as I LISTEN! For me it’s a daily prayer I pray, even praying/having conversations throughout the day. I will say out loud that Jesus is my husband/boyfriend. LOL I just want to say all of this for anyone that may struggle with trusting Him. He sees you! He loves you!
It's always good to laugh with friends, I really enjoy the banter, but even more I enjoy watching your growth in your faith. Keep living it. Love in Christ. Praying God continues to bless.

I really hope you guys see this but I just finished watching this video right before i started my bible study and i just read in 1 Corinthians 7:32-35 (NLT) it says, “ i want you to be free from the concerns of this life. an unmarried man can spend his time doing the Lords work and thinking how to please him. but a married man has to think about his earthly responsibilities and how to please his wife. his interests are divided. in the same way, a woman who is no longer married or has never been married can be devoted to the Lord and holy in body and spirit. but a married woman has to think about her earthly responsibilities and how to please her husband. i am saying this for your benefit, not to place restrictions on you. i want you to do whatever will help you serve the Lord best, with as few distractions as possible.” and i think that is just so beautiful because paul very clearly states how being single is such an important chapter of our lives and how it allows us to be fully committed to the Lord with no earthly responsibilities that you might struggle with putting God above.

I think I went throught my wilderness season already from the last 5 months. Being a college athlete and majoring in Nursing is not easy and I recently got closer to Jesus in the beginning of December last year and I've been prayed for many things these past few weeks so I believe I'm definitely in the waiting season so now I'm just asking Jesus for patience 💗
How do you guys have such strong faith.I wish I could,all I have is worries and problems.God has his favorites he blessed just like he had his chosen people in the Old testament. He blesses the rich and could care less about the poor its so evident.

But i know im at the cusp of breakthrough. Its been prophesied over me as such and yet i want to give up. Im under such spiritual attack. Im just so tired. Im just so stricken with doubt. Ive been hopeful too many time woth blessing and they werent what i thought. I just dont believe. Im like Sarah, i scoff at the idea that he will pull through.
I wont lie, when you said that it still took time for you to work through what you had to AFTER revelation, that scares me and made me so angry. I guess i really am impatient.
I personally can't have children because of my bipolar disorder but I definitely want to adopt when I am older and (hopefully) much more stable - although it is a lifelong and progressive illness but I have faith that God will help a sista out. Thank you for touching on the fact that some women physically can't have babies of their own blood.
Get baptized in the name Jesus Christ. Read your king James bible learn it inside out. God will heal you stop taking meds and stop watch so much tv worldy music. Tv movies.
