Thank you for sharing this video🙌🏽✊🏽
I’ve been on compounded Semaglutide for 5 weeks tomorrow and have lost 20lbs so far (hoping to have lost another few when I step on the scale tomorrow). Weight loss was always my primary motivation because I was in the pre-diabetic range at my physical in October, but overall health is my goal because I’m 41 and understand that hormones and gut health matter as well. Keep the content coming, Doc💪🏽

What do you think of using GLP meds as a tool to help establish keto/carnivore/OMAD/fasting habits?

No doc but I’m using it for OMAD and I swear by this stuff even though it’s only been two weeks. My physique is at the beginning of an incredible transition to the best version of myself I’ve ever had. Life is starting to get fun and easy like when I was 19 again!!! I’m on super low dose 15 clicks on a 75 click 2mg ozempic pen

What do you say about studies saying that these meds are causing stomach paralysis? Im curious bc I'm scared about going back on the meds. Thank you!!

Great question. These studies are absolutely TRUE. The reason behind the stomach paralysis is the over-stimulation of the insulin GLP-1 receptor I discussed in the video. Too much medication overwhelms the receptor and causes damage over time. These medications are safe in my opinion when used at a low enough dosage. When done correctly I have never seen an issue with slowed digestion or "paralysis". This is likely just a side effect from an overdose.

Very rare….and usually induced by the patient misusing the medicine or improperly eating
